DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! My roommate had a nightmare situation with these people. His car had a simple key reset issue and he took it to them. They told him a price and then when he came back to get the car, they told him the price was much higher than quoted and refused to give him his car back. He paid what they initially told him. The dealership had to get involved and go get the car to return it to me and it turns out they didnt even fix anything. Not only did they lie and the problem is still there with the car but they used very shady business techniques to screw someone over. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Ive been taking my cars to this shop for about 5 years now. Theyve always been honest, affordable, and polite. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is that they no longer have a mechanic available on the weekends - this is such a huge problem for me that I find myself pretty much forced to take my car to other shops. With kids, car seats, school, etc, being without my car on the weekdays is just not possible... I really hope they eventually hire someone to start doing work on the weekends again!Edit: To the owner response - Im aware there is someone available on the weekends but so far theyve been basically incapable of doing anything we needed outside of oil changes. Even a battery drain test wasnt able to be scheduled on a weekend day. This is such a huge inconvenience! It wasnt always this way. Please go back to having someone who can do real work available on weekend days! I would love to be able to use your shop exclusively again.

I have had my 2008 Honda Accord in this shop 3x and every time I have walked away pleased. I found them online being new to Canton and Im so glad I did. They are a really pleasant, considerate, and a professional group of people. Great mechanic.

They always take time to explain to me what exactly is going on with my vehicle! I have never had any issues with them and they always get my car back to me perfectly sound and in a timely manner!

I knew the brakes were not working properly and Goldstar Autocare was able to identify the problem and repair the brakes as needed. Integrity matters, Goldstar wins. They had done some front end work a few months ago. Everything was great when I drove out but a few months later the front end was in trouble again. Of course at this point my concern was what was missed before. To my delight I was told that it was a part they had replaced and it was still under warranty - labor too!They could have charged me something - some shops would have found additional problems. Goldstar honored their work. I will trust them with my car from now on.Thanks!

Gas may be ok but theres a reason they offer a $.30/gallon discount for a car wash. The car wash is worthless & they try to make you feel bad because your car is too dirty. Then they give you your money back by charging you the gas discount back & refunding the balance. Thats their policy. Their started policy is $.30/gallon discount if you buy a car wash. Where I went wrong was expecting them to actually remove the dirt from my car. My bad! Fool me once.

Excellent service that is usually backed by a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. The gas station was recently renovated with brand new pumps and a new canopy. This location does not even have a car wash so that review is posted about the wrong business. The one they intended to review is located at 30th St, not 29th St.

Strut was banging around they thought it was sway bar which I had replaced the day before myself. They replaced the NEW sway bar of course that didnt help the strut so they stuffed a shop towel under the hood to stop the banging and called me and told me it was fixed I shoulda called the cops. Dont trust these people!!! I was a loyal customer spent thousands with them they dont care!Terry you are the one who did it I will not take my review down because it is the honest to God truth. Take whatever legal action u like it did happen a while ago but it DID HAPPEN I lived on 29th spent thousands with you and if you seen my face you would definitely know me. I was just looking for a new mechanic when I saw gold star pop up Im still very angry the way you treated me has left me not able to trust a mechanic again!

Friendly quick service at a fair price

Super rude. Not a shred of customer service. Pulled up around 9pm to get gas. Ive lived down the street for a year and gotten gas later. I pull up and try to swipe my card and some jerk barges out saying Can I ask a stupid question? What makes you think were open? As if its weird that someone would be trying to pay at the pump at 9pm right off the highway...? Every time I ever had to go inside to pay cash the guy didnt even look up. Never going back to this one.

Cant say enough nice things about these guys. Quick and honest service.

The owners son the manager, is childish and has no customer service skills. Will never go back there.
