Very good people, great service

This place is GREAT!! They are a new business within the last couple years. Coming to this place was my only choice at the time because it was Sunday and they were open and my vehicle couldn’t make it much further. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly faces and assurance. The man stated he wouldn’t be able to get my car done until tommorow he understood that was still difficult for me to deal with as I needed car that day. He granted me a rental free of charge to use while I had work done as I had explained my situation and how busy I was. Next day I heard from he explained to me that there were more problems with the car and was able descriptively explain how and why. Unfornuately he had to call back to have found more problems but said he could still make it work within my budget so I was happy to hear that. I had driven up to get the car and kinda got stuck waiting while he was getting the alignment done. I decided to go down the street to eat Sofia pizza for dinner and I got a call and he said to me “sir, I have a deal for you.” First thing comes to my my mind is this guy is tryna make some more money and then he lets me know that I really should also replace the rotors also now in the beginning I told him no and he said it should be fine but after taking a closer look he realized my rotors were too far gone he said that if he let him keep the car one more night he would do the back rotors for free which were the ones in real bad shape. But I mean he did it for FREE. All cause it was a last minute thing and he didn’t want to send me off in a bad situation. Very polite very knowledgeable very understanding. I got two new tires, two new rotors all 4 brakes, a new tie rod, an alignment, an oil change, a new battery, all under a 1000 dollars. Like seriously??? Just saying that’s a damm good deal this guy put his neck out there gave me his car so I could continue getting to work and then hooked me up with a great price then an even better price cause he realized a mistake last minute ya it was a commute back and forth back and forth but he made it worth wile THANKYOU QUINCY GATE AUTO YOUR A LIFE SAVER!!!
