The gelato is superb, probably the best I’ve ever had. Service has always been good. Tons of flavor options. It’s expensive but totally worth it. (I recommend Tiramisu & Raspberry as a flavor combo)

I thought this place was pretty good-tasting, but the prices are absolutely stratospheric and not worth in my opinion. I went here with my friend and my roommate, who loves gelato. Its hard to resist, but it always feels bad to spend that much money... the craziest thing happened after we came here though, we met two randos in the park who are now on the road to becoming our good and beautiful friends. So maybe its magic in some sense!

The gelato is good and higher quality when compared to near by places. However, I was negatively surprised when I noticed that all the employees weight the cups before giving them to you. As a results, I received a cup where I could see the bottom, where they removed some gelato since it was too much for that cup. Thus, I believe that the quality over price ratio decreases, as the portions are smaller than you expect when ordering. I did non like the gesture: it felt like the company is too much focused on profit instead that making the costumer happy. Moreover, having to weight each single cup slows down the serving and that is one reason why there is usually a slow line.

Some of the finest gelatos and hot chocolates I have ever had! There is something special about their hot chocolate. Does not feel watery or milky, but more like a molten slab of pure chocolate.

Last year i went to New Orleans and was my first time trying a Amorino Gelato. The gelato was great but the customer service was terrible! Today i was craving a pistachio ice cream and decided to go to the one in Cambridge. Glad i did! Teddy was great and very helpful with our questions (since we cannot sample the flavors anymore). They were out of the blueberry cheesecake but i had the figs and mascarpone instead and was amazing. I was happy they had the pistachio i was craving plus i got to try a new one. Cant wait to go back!!

Well. We love the product, but the store here in Cambridge is below the standards. The customer service is poor, the beverages are always warm, never cool. The information before making your request is poor. Today, my wife went to get me a Frappe that we just saw the advertisement in front of the store and she asked for it, nicely, politely, when she received the product missing two items (whipped cream and macarons) she asked, and the answer was: they are extra, she said, ok, but your picture outside doesnt mention it, and the answer: We dont follow the photo. She said: okay, then Ill pay thr extra and thr attendant: we dont have whipped cream today. Jeez. Why keep the advertisement then? Waste of 15 minutes on the line for a product that is, below any standard. We, again, like the ice cream, but hate the store. Well go to Newbury St from now one and hope this could help lot of people to choose wisely. Shame on you Crew from Cambridge Amorino Store.

Good gelatos but quite expensive. I guess it is a chain and has to pay higher overhead. Beautiful presentation and yummy gelato so you cant go wrong unless you prefer ice cream.

Delicious! I was surprised and excited to get the pretty flower and 3 different flavors even for the small size.

We orderd a pint of ice cream through Grubhub and it was never delivered. We could not get any help through the grubhub app and so we called the store, but the two people working there were not helpful at all. It wouldve been pretty simple for them to just make us a new pint, we offered to come by and pick it up, but they refused and said wed have to go through grubhub. It never got resolved, so we waited and went through a 2 hour back and forth with them and grubhub for nothing and lost $20. Its good ice cream, but not worth ever going back again after that debacle.

Mostly went because I wanted a rose-shaped treat and ended up being pleasantly surprised by how unique the flavours were as well as how good everything tasted.Picked 3 flavours for my cone—strawberry, mango, and cheesecake—the last being my favourite. Also had a waffle with ice cream which was very good as well. The whipped cream and the waffle itself were not overly sweet, which was nice because the ice cream provides more than enough sweetness.Really wish I had time to try the macarons, but I’ll be using that as an excuse to visit another location sometime soon.Only down side is the price. It is definitely a little expensive for the portions you receive, but the flavours, presentation, cleanliness, and overall ambience of the store makes up for it.

Save your expensive look and cosmopolitan style...the Gelato is what counts and yours was less than mediocre!

If you put artificial flavors in gelato, it is not supposed to be gelato. At the least, the disclaimer should be posted at the door.

This was my first time at Amorino and it was amazing!! I was instantly greeted by my new friend Rose who very patiently walked me back and forth assuring me the whole time that if I wanted to taste ALL THE FLAVORS that, that was more than ok. And she wasnt joking! I almost did try them all... In the end settling for... FOUR FLAVORS!! Coconut andsalted caramel were my choices and Rose and another new friend, Elia, chose their favs...blueberry cheesecake and passion fruit, to round out this decadent dessert!! And wouldnt you know their choices were tops!!! Not that my choices were slouches mind you. IT WAS THE MOST DELICIOUS DESSERT IVE HAD IN 47+YRS LIVING!!!!!Thank you Rose and Elia for making the experience that much better!!!Youre the greatest 😘

They look fancy, and decorate your ice cream with an interesting shape. If thats what you like, go for it. If you care about the taste, texture, and amount of ice cream you get, this establishment miserably fails on amount and texture, and does OK on taste.

Very good ice cream place in Cambridge. I think cones are $6 - $7 each but they are a piece of art with very large helpings of gelato. They have one in Paris as well, which I went to. Same deal.

The seating areas strange & awkwardly shaped, but the desserts high quality & its variety of flavors impressive. In nice weather, theres additional seating available in the park across the street & in another just a block away.

Eclectic gelato and sorbet flavors, portions and designs. They shape your ice cream cone like a flower! I loved it!! Real and tasty flavors and they dont hold out, you can get as many flavors as you want, at a fairly decent price considering the location and quality!! My new favorite ice cream spot, even as a vegan!!!

The prices were kind of ridiculous for what you get... the portions were laughably small. For a premium price, we also felt rushed by the service.The gelato was good but Id recommend Toscaninis or Forge over this place (and both would give you 4x the quantity for the same prices). With so much good ice cream nearby at more reasonable prices, Id never go back to this place.

Good deserts, but my only problem is that some of the employees do not say thank you if you give them a tip. Very odd and some do not say yourwelcome if you say thank you. I had a very strange experience the last time I was here probably will not return.

Must try place. The sorbet and the icecream are really delicious and the best dessert one could ask for. I am not sure how many flavors you can pick for a small cup or cone. But i was allowed to choose 3.Falvours to try: mango, coconut, banana, hazelnut (mango was mind blowing). I would give them 5 on 5 for the service.

Very nice gelato. Linimitabile (Nutella like flavor) is a must for me, followed by nocciola and pistachio.

Made a point to visit this location to see just how good the gelato was, and it did not disappoint. The variety made it nice for our whole group. One celiac was able to get macaroons with his gelato. One person was able to get crepes with her gelato. The add ons and flavor combos might feel a bit overwhelming but Molly was able to steer us in the right direction. Happy to hear theyvare open late for us to grab a last minute treat after the show.

This place is my new favorite place for gelato. I just returned from Rome Monday and the experience I had at Amorino was the same as I did in Rome. I totally recommend it.

Delicious gelato - enjoyed each of the 3 flavors (hazelnut, coffee, and salted caramel) and the macaron (salted caramel) that I ordered. The only downsides are the high prices and how quickly you are rushed in ordering considering the price.

Its decent gelato, but the pricing is really high and the method of paying first and then having to quickly decide what you want us quite annoying. We had to rush to pick our flavours because we werent allowed to stand and look first.

Boston finally has a quality ice cream parlor. This cozy location offers frozen delights reasonably approximating gelato. Parking is always challenging in Harvard Square, but this location is just down the street from the MBTA red line Harvard Square subway station.

Amazing!!! They have wonderful mango macaroons and mango gelato you have to try.
