My husband talked to a salesman there and had everything in place for me to pick up a new van. He and I were there the day before and had everything signed, so I just had to go and pick it up and drive off. I got there and the van they tried to give me was not the one we signed the papers for. The man told me it was, you must not remember. I was offended because I was not born yesterday, I seen the one we choose. So then after getting my husband involved, they did bring the correct van to the front. I was very upset at this point and decided not to get the van. Just be careful when going here, they can try to pull a fast one on you if you are not paying attention.

Im shopping for a cheap car to get me thru as my main ride is broke down. Seems to have a nice selection of vehicles in all ranges. Found one cheap that seems reliable enough for the money.

The only reason I gave two stars is because the guys are super nice but service sucks we got a car not very long ago and have had nothing but trouble with it battery was bad which they did replace for us had several other issues took it back into cambridge used cars and it set at there shop for about a week with no call to let us know it was done or anything they they claimed what was wrong with it was covered under warranty so we took it to dunning and they fixed all that but there was other issues they wanted to run a diagnostic test on it and said the car was running lean. I took it to another shop had the oxygen sensor replaced then it was fine for about a week now the car is over heating and check engine light is on.

These people know how to treat a customer! From lowering the price to make the loan work to laminating the temporary tag they treated me like family. Not to mention the fact that Ricky came in on his day off to make the deal happen. Great experience great vehicle!

Ed Clewell ripped us off! Bought a used vehicle and was told he would fix a couple things. Come to find out, HE DIDNT FIX ANYTHING. He continued to brush me off telling me it was fixed. After trip 3 for him to fix the same problem, he assured me it was fixed. Well it wasnt. Had to go to another mechanic and he found the problem. A blown head gasket. I asked Ed for my paperwork for what he had fixed and GI FIGURE, HE COULDNT FIND ANY OF IT. So needless to say he screwed me big time. People like him is what gives others a bad reputation. My experience with your company was I looked at a used vehicle as stated under the name and I was told it needed a battery and was instructed to go buy one and it would run turns out the salesman didnt know Jack squat about what hes selling sir so Im sorry that my Google review is not to your liking but the internet isnt for everyone. This was probably the easiest vehicle purchase weve ever made. They were very friendly and not pushy. They gave us a great price on the vehicle we were looking for - it was nice to stay local! Would definitely recommend them to others.Update: Just had to post this. A few days ago, I pulled into a gas station to put air in my tire, as a sensor said it was low. I heard a voice behind me ask how I liked my van. I turned to see Mr. Campola, who was at a gas pump. Not only did he remember me, but he offered to pump the air for me.Turns out the gauge was broken on the air pump - so he had me follow him back to the dealership to pump it up there.I had a van full of kids headed to Columbus - and he made sure wed be safe on the road.He already had the sale - he didnt need to go out of his way. But Im glad he did.Well be coming back for future purchases because of this.

Our salesman, Jerry Teter, sold us our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan and was so helpful! Hes been in the car sales business for over 50 years! The van had just arrived on the lot, so they hadnt had time to look much over on it. I took it to a repair shop to get it looked over and the rear brakes needed replaced, the tires needed balanced, a caliper was sticking, and there were some leaky lines needing replaced under the hood. They fixed all the issues without and kept the price the same! With a child on the way, we couldnt be happier with our vehicle!

We bought a 2000 Dodge Durango February 26th from here. 4 days later the motor started ticking. We notified the dealer and he wanted to help us find a cheap motor. He wasnt going to help us get it fixed at all. The motor blew, and all the mechanics we had look at the truck said the dealer or his mechanics had put additives in the oil, to quiet the ticking noise (meaning they knew they were selling a bad vehicle). So please dont buy from here. They are shady from the start!!!!!
