Excellent customer service. Always answer their phones and do great work. When my car was totaled, they dropped off my rooftop carrier and other things so I didnt need to make another trip. Highly recommend.

I originally used Hi-Tech because of a referral from my insurance company. The body work performed was extremely well done and the customer service was excellent. One of the associates, Joe, was a consummate professional, incredibly helpful and treated me with a high level of respect. He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I would highly recommend use of Hi-Tech for the quality of their work, attention to detail and for the importance placed on customer service satisfaction.

Excellent service and experience! The shop was super responsive and even had my car ready earlier than expected. After my car was side swiped while parked, I went through my insurance (Geico) and found Hi Tech. I cant tell you how professional and kind this shop is. The owner got me on the phone and the first thing he asked me- I kid you not- is are you/is everyone ok? knowing that I was calling because of a claim. The work was slightly delayed only because of small things out of their control (everything is out of everyones control due to Covid!). But every time I called they didnt sound annoyed or frustrated. The body work done looks fabulous. They detailed the car after so it literally smells like new. Im thrilled with their service and will visit them again for anything I need.

I can’t give these guys enough praise. Dan and his staff are absolutely awesome! I’ve had them work on 2 of my trucks and they’re always super helpful, friendly, efficient, and do a great job. I couldn’t be more impressed and will be a client for life.

Busy for a reason, these guys are good. Needed them for an insurance fix. Very friendly and good at explaining the situation.

They didn’t respond to phone calls, and didn’t let us know when the car would be ready when there were delays. The repairs were substandard and in less than one month the paint was chipping and the bumper cover needs to be put back in place after every time I drive the car.

They did a great job and were communicative throughout the whole process!

I would not recommend anyone buy a car here. Its not worth the risk. I purchased a car here about 5 years ago, and its been a nightmare. After a year of driving, my engine literally just fell out of the car, and snapped the axle on its way down. At least I happened to be going 10mph at the time, for heavens sake. Every time I take this thing to a car wash, some piece comes flying off (a tail light cover here, backing of a side mirror here, etc). Who knows if it was just like crazy glued together or what. My entire steering system failed and had to be replaced (a $1,600 repair, and the terrifying experience of suddenly NOT BEING ABLE TO STEER while driving). Now some inner mechanism of one of the back doors is broken and it wont open at all. Ive got to take it in and have the whole thing opened up to see whats wrong, and judging by my past with this car, Ill be lucky if I dont have to replace the whole door. Dont be fooled, my car was cheap for the miles and year and I thought I was getting a deal (my first car, I didnt know any better) but Ive easily paid more than half the purchase price in crazy repairs since Ive bought it, not even counting regular maintenance. I cant afford to trade it in for something else right now but I absolutely cant wait until I can. Dont make the same mistake I did by buying a car here.

I cant recommend this shop highly enough. My insurance company sent me to them after a tree fell on my car during a wind storm. This happened to also be smack in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis. Everyone, especially Daniel, was extremely conscientious, professional, and considerate during what was a difficult time to conduct business. They kept me up to date with daily progress reports, and were even able to finish the job one day ahead of schedule. The end result looks perfect. Daniel even went the extra mile (or nine miles, to be exact) and delivered the car to my door when the work was finished. Huge thanks to all involved for making what could have been a stressful experience completely painless. Hi -Tech would be the only shop Id call for any future auto body needs. Thanks again.

I was sent here by Geico when I scuffed up my car in a fender bender and the service here was fantastic. They replaced my bumper, moldings, and painted my car to perfection. The owner even went above and beyond and buffed out some scratches I had on my hood from scraping off ice in the winter. I will definitely come here again over going back to Cambridge Honda to get fleeced. Good people.

I just recently moved back to the Boston area after living in New Jersey for 8 years. In those 8 years I had never been involved in a car accident. 3 weeks after moving back to the Boston area and I was rear ended. My baby was hurt and she did not look good.Thankfully I had my friends at Hi-Tech Auto Body take care of her and she is looking better than ever. Danny and his team were amazing. Laura handled dealing with the insurance companies, Danny had lined up a rental for me and Princess Leia was always happy to greet me at the door. Wonderful people and a pleasure to work with. Working with Hi Tech was the best experience Ive had with any auto body shop. They fit me into their schedule right away and although their first quote was better than other places, it was still a little too high for me to afford and they were willing to work with me on price, which was great. But most importantly, my car looked brand new when they were finished! I was very pleased with their work. They even vacuumed and washed it and gave me a complimentary bottle of touch up paint. I would definitely recommend taking your car to them!

Fast, Good works and Friendly attitude: I got in Hi-Tech for the repair/ paint on the driver side of the door for my CRV. Danny got the work done in 1 day, which is very fast. He also gave good advice and take away for how to maintain the vehicle in good condition, have good care towards customers and their cars.Will recommend the service to friends in the future!

Hands-down the best experience Ive ever had at an auto body shop. Daniel worked with me to set realistic expectations for time frame and price and Hi-Tech exceeded those expectations by returning my car in a timely fashion with excellent quality of work. I shopped around after someone drove into my driver side door and then left me with a huge dent. I went with Hi Tech when they worked with me on the price. Not only did they do the work for a great price, they did a great job, and they even added in an extra repair at no extra charge! I hope others find there way to this shop!

I have been a customer of Hi-Tech auto body for about 10 years -- they have taken care of any body work weve needed on our cars over the years. After a recent visit they asked if I would be willing to write this review for them on Google, and I am proud to recommend them. They have fair pricing, fast turn-around times, and excellent and attentive customer service. This has always been my experience with them.

I have been to Hi-Tech auto body twice in the past 6 months for 2 different cars. Both times, they repaired my cars quickly and within the time they said they would. Both times they worked with my insurance company to get the job done right. It is also notable that they are right across the street from an enterprise rent-a-car.For my first car, I had to have the side-view mirror replaced. I realized after a month that the mirror they had put as a replacement did not have a defroster even though my previous one did. *This was an error made by the estimator from my insurance company*. They ordered the part without me having to leave my car there, and when the part came in they installed it quickly and worked everything out with my insurance company. No headache at all even though i was anticipating some frustration.I am young and have not had much experience in dealing with owning a car, but i have heard many nightmare stories about many different auto repair shops. Having had 2 great experiences with Hi-Tech, I cannot recommend them enough.

I would not recommend this body shop. They went back on their initial offer to pay half the deductible and essentially took advantage of an older lady over the phone by charging her a lot additionally for fixing some minor unrelated damage. They then did not even fix all the damage, claiming that they had to cut corners to keep the car from being economically totaled, even though the insurance company had included those repairs in their appraisal and had already paid them to do this work. Only after a heated argument were they willing to keep the car for another three days to complete the repair.Overall the repair was only marginally acceptable, with paint imperfections in some places and body panels fitting irregularly. It is an older car and does not matter that much, but it shows the attitude of this shop. Maybe they treat newer cars better, but I certainly would not take an older car there!

Buyers beware. Hi Tech Auto Sales failed to explain key facts just to make a sale. My wife and I(who are not car people at all) were sold a 2011 Subaru Legacy from Hi-Tech Auto Sales. We were sold this car without the knowledge of it being a RECONSTRUCTED TITLE. Had we have known what the words RECONSTRUCTED TITLE meant or had they been explained to us, we would have gone with one of the other cars they had on their lot. At the time, we had two babies under 2yrs old. It would have been a no brainer to look past the once demolished Subaru and buy another car on their lot for safety reasons alone- but we were not informed!! Both the Title Department at the RMV and Consumer affairs dept. of the Attorney generals office, told me that they should have explained what Reconstructed Title meant before we bought the car. The kicker is, I actually had a professional relationship with this shop and they still went out of their way NOT to tell us exactly what we were buying. Ive spoken to many owners of Auto-body shops and the overwhelming consensus is that..There is no way they didnt know that they were selling you a car that was deemed a total loss, a Salvaged Title. As a sales professional myself, whos job it is to make sure a client knows what they are buying, if you omit or fail to explain key facts just to make a sale, its the same as lying, in my opinion, not to mention unethical and low. Im just happy we werent physically hurt and had to deal with possibly getting an insurance claim denied. Scary stuff....

Took them a month to figure out I had spline lug nuts, took townfair tire 5 minutes. They also broke my seat refused to take ownership and broke the switch for my fog lights. Very corporate structure. They want you in and out

This review is for Hi-Tech Auto SALES, which is part of the same business as the auto body shop. They repair cars that have been in accidents and resell them.I had to buy a new car this summer. After a terrible experience which involved returning a lemon to an aggressive jerk, I found Hi-Tech. The sales side of the operation is one guy: Phil. Phil is, without qualification, the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He is patient, helpful, completely honest and transparent, and completely low-pressure. Buying a car from him felt like a collaborative process, rather than the game of cat-and-mouse one gets with most used car dealers.On my first visit, he let me test drive three cars, and did not pressure me to buy. For each car I drove, Phil was totally open about the accident it had been in, what work had been done, and even what work they had decided was not worth the cost.Subsequently, he helped me take two different vehicles to my mechanic so I could get them looked at. One of them came back with a report that it was not in good shape internally (though the body work was great). Most dealers would start to BS and hedge. Phil asked what they had found, and I let him look at their report.When I did buy a car, it was missing a hubcap. Phil followed up, first replacing the hubcap and then the wheel itself when it turned out it was the wrong size. All this after he had my money! I should also add that he texted and called me a few times during the process to let me know things were ready, etc. He was consistently helpful and attentive.The only downside to shopping here is that it is a small lot with a limited and somewhat random inventory. The prices are reasonable, but not exceptionally low. So, it may or may not have the car you need, but its worth the visit just to meet a car dealer who does what we wish all the other ones would do. I had a minor accident on Christmas Eve and had to file a claim for repair. I started looking for my insurance co. preferred auto body shops in my area and I found Hi-Tech auto body 5 mins away.I had some pretty extensive passenger side damage that crossed both doors on my 01 BMW 5 series. I decided that I would give this shop a chance and since they had to do the work to the specs from the insurance, I figured I had little to lose. I stopped by on a Sat around 6 ish and the gentleman in the office was literally putting on his coat to leave. Despite that, he still came out to look and asked if I wanted to go ahead and leave it. That is great service. I decided to come back the next day though.When I went back in the morning, I was greeted, left my keys, and they got right to work on my claim. They said that it would be about a week or so for the repair, so I waited. Once I got the call back (exactly 7 business days later) I went to pick up my car. All, I could say was WOW! They did really great work. They detailed the car inside and it looked brand new. I even had some minor damage that was not part of the accident and they fixed it for no extra charge.Armand was super easy going and great to work with. The car looks as good as the day I bought it. Also, the color matched perfectly. I will definitely go back for any bodywork I need. Great job guys.

Bad experience with this auto shop. Took our vehicle in but we couldnt get hold of the personnel regarding services for 2 days. We decided to take the car back and the back door had the panels removed and on top of that they stole our quarter roll for $10. Never going back again.

Terrible service. The vehicles they sell are junk. Garage is a total rip off and whatever you do DO NOT give them your credit card number!
