I went to Cambridge Honda to get information for Accord hybrid. The salesman was really good but the manager of sales was one of the worst person I have ever met! He said very mean things in really really normal way. I’d recommend you to go to any other Honda dealership and avoid if you want to finance or lease a vehicle. The reason he was like this is because I could easily sense that he thought I won’t buy the car just because I’m a 25 year old guy.Also he had the car I wanted but he won’t let me test drive it saying he has to take the car out of the showroom. Never trust this dealership. I’m going to report to the Honda headquarters as well and make sure they suffer for this!! (I wanted to give the dealership a zero star but there’s no option to do it)

I came to Cambridge Honda to buy a Honda Accord LX. Buying a car was especially difficult during this time because of the microchip shortage and various delays, but Ruben Calderon was helpful throughout this process. He texted regularly with updates on when the car was expected to arrive from the manufacturer, and we kept in touch about the status of the vehicle every other day. Eventually the car was available for me to drive after 3.5 weeks from when I first visited the dealership.

Potential service customer trying to get a service done. When called, the service rep was extremely rude (She said whatever then hung up the phone). Tried calling again multiple times after phone was hung up, but only reached voicemails. I guess the service rep was avoiding my calls. Later on, I managed to get another service rep and asked to be transferred to the service manager, but only to be transferred to a voicemail. Doesnt business know that service reps represent their business?! This kind of rude behavior puts me right off. Not sure how this place is getting all the five stars...

From a young black single woman’s stand point my experience with Salem was much different. He was rude, and very confrontational. I left the dealership in tears because of him. He was not happy to see me when I came at 9am when the store was open, he told me there was only one used car to see and that there was nothing else for me to see at the Honda dealership. He didn’t want me there, he made me feel worthless and the whole experience was terrible. If you are looking for a Honda go somewhere else. I ended buying a car from Honda village in Newton. I don’t understand how people can go around treating others the way Sal treated me.

This was my second time getting a lease at this dealer. I also got car service here a few times. This last time I worked with salesman Oleg.Every time I come back to this place I receive a wonderful service. I am given all information I request, discounts and accommodations. There were several times when I got extra perks which are always nice. This time, I came in to pick up my paperwork so I could go get an inspection sticker. I was with my young kid and pregnant, and I wasn’t looking forward to making an extra stop and waiting for an inspection. Oleg just did this all by himself while I was just waiting at the dealer as a nice gesture. Thank you! I deeply appreciate this!With the car service in the past - similar things. As a new mom I had a lot of probably stupid questions but wanted to make sure I was looking at the safest vehicle. Monica answered all of my questions over the extensive phone call I made before going in. If she didnt have an answer she reached out to her superiors and got right back to me. When I went into the dealership to see the 2 suvs I was looking at everyone was very accommodating. I appreciate everyones knowledge and expertise specially Josh and Monica, I do not remember my sales reps name but everyone was great! I have since sent my aunt in to purchase her suv and have suggested them to a few clients so far.
Does this location no longer offer service such as an oil change? I have called Monday-Friday (sometimes more than once a day) to schedule maintenance and I have never been able to connect to service department. Also Gave receptionist my information for a call back, yet to receive one. Shouldn’t been this difficult to schedule an appointment and I have never run into this before at any other Honda location.

Once you start asking questions, thats a huge mistake. They will start showing their true evil colours. If you guys are smart and want to save money and time, please go to another Honda dealer in Boston.Also, I would request Cambridge Honda to please show some decency and professionalism to your customers. I came Honda with my wife to purchase a new car. My Honda was outside as we were waiting for the paperwork and the front of my bumper was hanging down. Without being asked, Javale put some zip ties on my bumper to hold it up. I really appreciated this as it showed the care they have for their customers.
Disappointing experience with Monica, Salem, and Josh. We spoke with Monica three times today over the phone regarding the price of a vehicle and were told if we brought the listing to the dealership found on CarGurus that the “price would be honored”. After driving 75-minutes to the dealership we were told that Monica (who knew we were coming in) was the “online sales rep” and that Salem would be assisting us. Salem printed a sales quote to which we mentioned the previous conversation with Monica whom stated the price that would be honored (about $1800 under MSRP). Salem stated he would need to ask his manager to pull up the conversation with Monica to determine if this price was quoted. After a moment the sales manager inquired again about the price we were quoted, requested to see the CarGurus listing, and explained that he cannot sell the vehicle at that price and provided brief education about how CarGurus is a “third party site” and that the price could not be honored unless it was on the dealership’s website. The manager stated he wanted to work with us and offered us approximately $1000 off the MSRP. Despite whether CarGurus listing was accurate or not in regards to pricing, the sales manager and sales associate did not own the misrepresentation of their vehicle pricing by their online sales rep (Monica). Extremely disappointed in the lack of ownership and deception by this dealership. Additionally this dealership was deceptive in listing of fees; as Monica listed additional fees over the phone the “sales commission” fee of $150 was not mentioned but was listed on both quotes received at the dealership. Ultimately we walked away because our only encounters with this dealership and their staff were accompanied with deception and misrepresentation.

Since I bought my CRV in 2017 I have been going to them for all my car services. They do an amazing job and their lounge is very good if you want to sit and work till your car gets serviced. I compared the prices for some of the services that I got with other dealers and always got a good deal here. And why am I posting this review after 3 years 😊...because last time the my gear knob button broke when I was taking my car after the servicing and they replaced it with a new one promptly without charging me for it. The way they handled the situation was just awesome and how every customer wants to be treated!!!

I purchased my car about a month ago. They put 5 hard inquiries on my account without my permission. I confirmed with Salem that only one inquiry would be done despite them sending it off to multiple financial institutions. He said yes only one with the utmost confidence. I never would have agreed to the inquiries if I had known. Vanessa was the finance manager and she said “well this is not Salem’s department.” If it isn’t his department, he should have deferred to Vanessa or gone to her for verification of my question. I feel completely taken advantage of from this dealership. It went from being a 5 star review to 1 star because this has directly affected my life. I went from zero inquiries to five. I reached out several times to get help with having these removed but after multiple calls and emails, it took two weeks for someone to get back to me. He called while I was at work, and so I called him back and it’s been a week since I made that phone call. I was waiting to hear back from someone to leave my review and see if there can be a resolution to my situation. I have waited long enough.
