I do like dining motors I really do theyre nice and they have a good sales department Good management and everything they try to work with you and do the best they can to get you in the car you want I am nobody means endorsing go buy a car because it is very expensive for those that cannot afford it or even those that can it is very taxing on a family, but I do have to say that I dont like how they run your credit I understand theyre trying to get you the best deal but 15 credits checks at different places just to get one car is not okay in my book at all. But other than that my experience here has been outstanding I just dont care for how they check your credit to get you the car. Also the shout out to the express oil lube they have a very good group of guys in there that will work on your car do your oil change check the tires and theyre very nice also they have a very wonderful mechanics department.

Tyler was very helpful and friendly. We werent expecting to leave there with a vehcile considering it was Saturday and our bank isnt open on Saturday. However, my husband contacted our bank the previous day inquiring about the interest rate. Dunnings was able to beat that rate! so we took our new ride home that day! The oil change and tire rotation service is very well run!GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Low quality cars...had mine for 3 weeks and its been in the shop twice and they still cannot seems to fix it. And our sales man told me it was my fault for buying the car .....can I give a negative star? If so I would!!!

Well where to begin I bought a brand new truck from the other dealership and I saw experience a lot of problems with my vehicle so I had to take it to Dunning motors while I had my truck left there for over close to a month and they were replacing my transmission torque converter and a to grill it should be done in about a week which I was fine with that then they message me a couple days later saying it’s gonna be another week your your shutter grill was broke which I was fine with that then I go there pick my truck up in the following week and noticed there is something strange about my truck the next morning and I seen that someone from there wrecked my truck they had paint all over my window overspray everywhere all over my door and you can see where they put the mud work in the dent was previously at so they fixed it and there wasn’t really much of a change or they fixed it because you can still see the bodywork and the paint is starting to flake and I have received a letter from the mail saying that they were going to make me a deal on my truck and they offered me 30 grand and they told me I needed this leftover money to save up to pay the truck off which I had the money within two weeks then when I go there with the money they told me we can’t give $30,000 we can give you 28,000 and they told me that offer they offered me the first time the deal would still stand by the end of the month they do have some very bad management there and they need to take care of the problem I didn’t buy a wrecked vehicle when I purchased this truck

If you are from OUT OF STATE like PA and WV, stay away from this dealer. They dont know the laws of other states and their ignorance will cost you !We wanted to buy from a local dealer but chose not to due to great prices on a new 2021 Ram. My husband went there and the sales guy was excellent! We made sure it was okay to be an out of state buyer and they assured us it was fine since they do it all the time. But that is as far as it goes.The finance department and title clerk made an error. Due to their ignorance of WV laws, we were not able to get the trade in tax credit in our state costing us over 2 grand. You would assume they would know what they were doing since it is their line of work.Mistakes are made all the time, we are human. So, we called the general manager and she was rude and told us it isnt their problem and we are on our own. The response left me beside myself because I am an insurance agent and I sell in the tri-state area and if we are going to sell in other states, we are required to be up on the laws for each state. So, if a dealer is going to sell to out of state buyers, they should not claim ignorance to other states especially the states that are within 20 minutes from their dealership.We never received any communication after that and have been dismissed completely.STAY AWAY!

I had an appt Thursday 4/13, the salesman Bobby tells me to come back the next day bc he has about 3 cars to show me. I come back the next day, he takes off early after asking me to show them lied and not shown me one car with a cracked windshield. Bad business, liars, sneaky, and but leaves a bad taste in your mouth with how they handle their business. SAD!

Saddened with this business after many of years of purchases and many times I chose their garage to do various work. Not only myself but a majority of my family as well. This month my parents purchased a year old car from Dunning Ford. After closing on the deal the car was getting fully detailed before my parents were going to take the car. When arriving home in the car my step dad noticed a dent in the trunk that was not seen prior. A friend of the families, salesperson in another words called my parents a liar and refused to pay their guy to pop a small dent out. This situation is small but disheartening.

I was very surprised to get told my car was done!! I had just got to the service dept it seems like. Between fast and courteous service, I’m more than impressed!!!

Rude salesmen that are oblivious to the cars they sell. Had 7 transmissions replaced in a jeep compass that had less than 30,000 miles. Prices are marked thousands of dollars above the price you could purchase off of the automakers websites. Oh and they love pressuring you into buying pre-certified wrecked cars. Theyre the biggest scam around.

We arrived Saturday afternoon of Columbus Day weekend, grinding to a stop in Cambridge after a trip from out-of-state. The brakes needed attention and we had to be back home for school and work on Tuesday. Luckily, Mike put us in touch with John Dunning for an appointment when the shop opened on Columbus Day Monday morning. In a couple of hours, the Dunning Chevy team had diagnosed and fixed the brake problem, getting us on our way back home. In spite of major traffic delays, getting on the road early was important and we made it home safely. We are very grateful to the John Dunning, Mike Carpenter, and the Dunning Service Team for the quick and thorough work on our urgent brake problem, even on a busy holiday weekend!!

I had another tire shop downtown tell me I needed brakes, so I took my vehicle to Dunnings. They called me and told me I didn’t need brakes,& had no idea why someone would tell me that. It’s nice to know that I can trust them,& I won’t be taken advantage of. They have my business from now on.

This place over charges for service and the service you get done, in my case dont fix it so youre out hundreds of dollars! Then you ask about it and nobody can give an honest answer! Yet its supposed to be running but wont start! Ends up for the most part it was out of gas and fuel gauge is actually faulty! And the code for the part they just put on it is still showing up when scanned! Such a scam!

OUT-OF-STATE BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!First and foremost, the sales staff and sales experience was great!That is where the good experience ends. I live in West Virginia(20 minutes away), not Kansas, Oregon or California and the Dunnings finance/title team made a clerical error costing me over $2,300 additional to what I agreed to pay on the bill of sale in their office.I was unable to receive the tax credit from my trade ( that I had expressed concern on previously to the sales team because I am an out of state buyer, to which I was assured that they do this all the time and there is nothing to be worried about) due to an oversight by the finance/title office. Ive made trips to 2 different DMVs and was informed that the dealer just had to transfer the title of my trade to receive the tax credit, they couldnt believe such a large dealership had made such and oversight. Either way, mistakes happen, so I contacted the dealer and spoke to a manager who told me that they cant be expected to know all the laws/ regulations and that they would do nothing to help me. I called the DMV and they told me that its 100% the dealers obligation to make sure the titles are transferred correctly to receive tax credit.So if your an Ohio resident, maybe youll have better luck, the sales staff is excellent. Out of state buyers steer clear.

Id rate a 0 if I could. I contacted the salesman to let him know we were coming. We drove almost an hour to drive a car that another lot had. Then we waiting almost another hour while he took my information. Once that was done and they drove my car, he said the car I come to see wasnt available right now because the other lot closed at 5:30. By this time it was 6:30. I ask how that was not know before I had made the trip or the car wasnt picked up beforehand. Then they gave me my trade in value....btw...2019 very clean car. Offered me almost 2k below rough trade in value(NADA). NEVER GO HERE

Purchased an Equinox 2 days ago, 12 hours later engine light came on, next day car completely stalled 4 times in an intersection. Took it to a mechanic, both intake and outtake solenoids both needed completely replaced AND NO OIL IN THE ENGINE!! Called to have them make it right, “oh sorry about that we can reimburse you for half the parts cost”. I’m furious!! If you go there, at least check if there’s oil in it!! Ridiculous customer service!!

Ive bought 2 new Jeep Wranglers from Dunning. And Tim Jones was my salesman and he is awesome. When I went to buy my 1st Jeep in 2013, I wanted a particular color and options. He spent hours looking online for me. Never tried to talk me into anything else. We finally ended up ordering one. The only thing he did try and change my mind about was getting an automatic, instead of the standard that I insisted I wanted. My Wrangler came in and it was beautiful. I had it for 2 1/2yrs before I developed foot problems that caused pain when pushing in the clutch. Had I listed to Tim I wouldnt have had that problem. So I called Tim and he ordered me 2016 Wrangler, exactly the same as my 2013, except now it was an automatic. He always makes you feel special and never tries to hurry you. Im sure the other salesman are great also, but I can definitely vouch for Tim!!! Cant comment on their service department. Never had any issues yet.

Yesterday 2-4-2019 my daughter got her oil changed and her car checked out at Dunning quick lube. Sarge and the guys there always do a great job. They found a tire that needed repaired. She went next door to Dunning Motors service department. They told her that they COULD NOT help her. She would have to schedule a appointment. For a tire repair. REALLY. SO i guess too all you people traveling through Cambridge Ohio. If you NEED help. Do not go to Dunning Motors. Thank you Meadowbrook tire for helping my daughter. As i was driving down the road my water pump went out and my car overheated. I pulled in. The sales personel were very helpful and the service department fixed my car the very next day without an appointment. Very reasonably priced also.

Im not sure who owns this place but I just want to thank them so much for saving my life I have an electric car and the Walmart up street overcharged my card about $300 and said it never charged me! When it did! I had under 25 miles left on my car and Runnings was right up to the street and saved my life! Its free and I really appreciate the fact that they have one because everyone else lies on their site or they are broken.

Proceed with caution...I had a great interaction with my sales person and they even let me take an extended test drive on a car I was serious about buying.When I returned from the test drive I noticed a chip in the windshield. I couldnt be sure if that happened on the test drive or if it was already there, so I was forthright about it and asked them to fix it and I did not further negotiate the price or make a stink about any of the other issues I found with the vehicle.I purchased it and when I went to pick it up the windshield was still busted. They told me they had had someone service it and that it wont get any worse. Thanks a lot. I went from thinking this was the best car buying experience ever to feeling like I had been scammed. They knew because I live two hours from the dealership I would not leave the car and come back again and they took advantage of that.I also want to warn potential customers that if you make a signed agreement for them to do anything with your purchased car before you pick it up that they will try to write check whatever problem youve brought to their attention as opposed to fix it.

I was there for a half hour and in plain view and no one helped us. I guess they dont need any money. There were salesmen standing around talking to each other also.

Went theyre for an insurance claim I should have listened to some of the guys at work they told me not to but I didnt wanna judge off other peoples opinion....They tried to say wasnt accident related and then they call me back a couple days later and said I needed change my alternator my battery my starter for them to find out what the problem was because it wouldnt start. When I could just take my care to autozone and they could just plug it in and tell me if my battery or nater starters bad very unprofessional. When I first went there took them 35 minutes to even find my paperwork. Took my car back went to a shop in zanesville problem got fixed....I definitely dont recommend this shop to anyone else.
