I called the store and a woman answered and she was very rude and unprofessional. I asked questions regarding the iPhone 12 and she couldn’t answer any of the questions I asked, only gave me “I don’t know” for responses. She was very unprofessional and answered the phone as if it was her own personal phone. I then asked her what location she was and she hung up on me. I then called back and she took the phone off the hook. Avoid. Avoid.

My new Stylo phone has smallest storage ever. 16gig.My photos over filled it. Cant even text or receive text. Then i changed my PIN / password and im locked out. 611 cant even get in. The most mismanaged foreign talking goofs in all stores.

Just to save anyone reading this some time...the ad for free phone when you bring your number to Metro PCS does NOT apply if you are coming from using Walmart Mobile. Its okay...I just took my business somewhere else. :)

Hes a nice guy over the counter, but he isnt straight forward for since the owner name is AJ, hell talk over the phone.... ( hes the shout caller) its7 days, every time I was in their has a few people that had issues with their phones or other providers... Needless to say I didnt get a refund on my ZTE, zmax... It shout off after the 2nd day at work 75% batter would not turn on until the morning I had it in the case, and make sure you buy a case the ZTe company covers the phone for a year

Terrible. I was lied to when I bought the phone & was told if I didnt like the device I could return it within 7 days for a full refund. I brought it back in 2 days later, & they refused to return it. Also the owner was mean and rude about the entire situation. I do not recommend this business at all.
