They were willing to take my car in on an urgent basis and had it fixed within 24 hours. It was my first time here and was in a difficult situation at 10:30 pm-didn’t know what to expect. Took my *brand new* 77 Corvette in to be serviced. It’s hard to find a shop that knows what they’re doing with these cars. They were quick, clean, professional, and my car is better than ever all within one day.

Ive gone to Brooks Automotive for 10-15 years. Always professional, straight shooters at a reasonable price.

They said they “fixed my AC” it will only work if it is on level 3>Max AC. Now refusing to service my car due to 2 missed appointments, which were unable to call due to not having a cell phone with any service for that week- The OWNER was very very unprofessional, rude, and of course will not own up to the fact that they TAPED wires to my battery, AND did NOT fix my AC the first time it was serviced. In result the fan didnt work,And caused my car to overheat- and now not safe to drive due too their mistake. Threatens to call police due to their negligence? CROOKS.

Amazing service every time I go here. From routine maintenance to tire repair this place does it all and for honest/reasonable prices. There is always somebody available up at the front to help you out and they wont upsell you on things you dont need. Awesome repair shop with speedy service.They have accurate diagnosis equipment and knowledgeable mechanics. The owner Doug is a technician as well he replaced one of the ignition coils on my car that was causing a misfire.....was very pleased with the cars performance afterwards.

I like reviews and use Yelp often, you all should too! Its honest feedback. I recently found this shop on line and as soon as I walked in, I liked the vibe. Privately owned, actual owner on site. And then the trifecta. Hes smart, engaging and laid back. I have an old car with good bones and Ive been there twice. Both times there was an effortless fix on their part. A fare price, a positive experience and a job beyond well done. 5 stars.

Honest shop? I think not. I wouldn’t advise taking your car there. I brought my car there and spent over $300 and the same symptoms returned again in two months. I brought it back and he made the claim that it needed a rear brake job. I left with no satisfaction, because I certainly wasn’t going to spend another $300. What a waste of over $300 for a job that was not done right. I can’t recommend this auto shop. Go at your own risk.
