I take my son there the staff are very friendly we like going there.

So I was given a $50 digital gift card for GameStop from a friend on Christmas and I used it initially on the RE2 remake and a Terry Bogard Amiibo that was set to come out in March of this year. Knowing that, I was more than willing to wait at least a couple of months to get my preorder. Then I used the card again on Persona 5 Strikers which, much like the RE2 remake, came to my house. That left basically the Terry Amiibo left and I was super excited. Well, color me surprised when the Amiibo didn’t come, I waited around 5 months for something I should’ve gotten day one of release, was told from a phone call that they would contact the manufacturing company but nothing came out of it, was given a crapload of emails saying that “there was a problem with my payment because they couldn’t process my payment”, and eventually my order was cancelled in May. It’s now June and despite them saying that they’d send me a gift card to the mailing address with the amount that wasn’t used (so somewhere around like $15), I still haven’t gotten the gift card. And what’s worse is that despite me preordering it online a few months before it came out, which I thought would allow me to get it by mail, it has since been in store purchasing only. Either I get my money back or I’m never coming back here again.

Every time I try to bring a game in here to exchange for cash, they say they cant do it. Other times they claim to not have cash to make the transaction. Theyre lazy about it because I went to one in Kingman and they did it immediately no questions asked.

I’ve been to many GameStop’s in this lifetime.. From Sacramento California, Killeen Texas, all the way to Columbia South Carolina. & let me tell you I’ve seen a store run like the store Bobby runs here. The guy always has a smile on his face & spreading positive energy throughout the store form the guests to his team. GameStop should be lucky to have a leader like Bobby running this location! Keep it up!

The store is clean and organized. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about their products.

They had the ps4 pro I was looking for, when I got home with the present, I found out why it was in the bag upside down, and why when checking out I was only shown the back of the box..If I didnt have to drive back to AZ and if it was not a gift I needed today I would be returning this and ordering from an online business..I feel bad giving this as a gift to some one.

I mainly go on here to buy certain action figures that they only cary here which is really hit and miss. Same with customer service, sometimes youll get someone super helpful and sometimes its like they dont wanna talk to you at all. As far as the game selection, I wouldnt know as I buy all my games online.

Ordered onlind for brand new red dead 2. was not new and data disc id very scratched.charging new price for used and falsely labled product very mad.

Great place for all your gaming needs. They have friendly employees, decent prices, and deals. They buy gaming systems and games. Good place to check out especially if your looking for the latest games.

Staff is great, always go above and beyond one of the employees spent almost 30 min with the customer service/IT help because my account would not allow me to redeem my points, not only did she help every costumer there with a smile as she helped me deal with this issue i had been dealing with for weeks that customer service could not help me with weeks at a time she got it fixed and figured out in 30 min of 4 weeks other couldnt! Props to her (Itzel)! GameStop should feel privileged to have a employee like her. Its very rare to find costumer service like that these days! Gamestop needs to do more for their employees!

I was greeted when I entered by two (2) very knowledgeable gentlemen. The one gentleman I spoke with was Josh; he helped me very quickly and accurately. I came in to trade some old games in, walked out with a new game and I was upgraded to a pro membership for just $5. Awesome experience!

Great staff, last two times I went. Wish there was more Wii u and 3ds games for the kids.

Rarely has what I am looking for and some of them have bad customer skills also alot of the times when I pre-ordered a figure I had to cancel pre-order cause they never received it

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The employees know what theyre talking about and attempt to help of they can. They have become a bit eclectic in their merchandise but I can still find what Im looking for. Overall a good store to spend a few extra dollars in every now and then.

GameStop is my one-stop shop for video games and video game-related items. They always have the game that Im looking for and if they dont, theyll definitely find another game of equal or greater value that I can occupy my time with instead! Not to mention that the rewards for the Power Up Rewards members are CRAZY AWESOME!!! They also do midnight release events for games sometimes and thats always cool if youre a night owl like me.

Im not normally a fan of game stop because the employees have a tendency to be pretentious and douchy . With this stated I actually like this one the employees are down to earth and helpful.

I visited this store because they had something I needed In stock. I wanted to trade my old consoles for a new Xbox one. The staff not only helped me unload my car, they also did everything they could to get me the best console for the best value. I was very impressed. While my trade was taking place, I felt very comfortable while waiting because the staff was so knowledgable in their field. They even knew about the old games as well. Very good experience at this store. I would recommend visiting while in town.
