Good variety of products.Environment was clean in and outside.Customer service was excellent. They salespersons were kind and very considerate. They asked for my ID when I used my credit card which gave them extra kudos.

Don’t go here, don’t waste your time. They’re not friendly or welcoming, and they were really rude. Save your money the wigs are trash, and that’s me being nice. Ive given this shop so many chances and honestly, every single time I go here (the visits are years apart) I remember why I vow each time to never come back here again. Just take my advice and turn around.

Very nice neighborhood beauty supply store. They are very nice to my hair clients and treat everyone with respect. If you have to exchange anything, they dont give you a hard time. Prices are slightly higher than other Beauty Supply Stores but the Customer Service is very good!

I called every store in the area and this is the only with Face Shields in stock (2 styles, both very cheap), which my son requested for school since fabric masks become hot and uncomfortable... to all the Asian store haters in the reviews... this one provided good customer service, and there are virtually ZERO black (or white) owned alternative retailers with such amazing variety of products. More than Walmart, which does much more to keep poor people poor and disrespected than these Korean family owned shops all over America!!!

Everything is overpriced and they promote skin lightening products aimed at black people. Would not recommend this store.

Its my 1st time being here. I needed some braiding hair. They have a large selection of hair. Its a little crowded so I wish it was a bit of a bigger space and for things to be separated more but it was a quick in and out for me. I didnt have a chance to interact with a staff member there so I cannot speak on that. Due to COVID they are requiring face masks and gloves. They do have gloves inside in case you dont have any. I plan on going back.

I’ve had a good experience at this store the few times I’ve been. But today I thought I’d run and grab some curl mousse, only to find the store locks their doors 10 min before closing. I’m not happy right now because I can’t find get this mousse at Walmart, that’s poor customer service for last minute shoppers.

I will go back.

This beauty supply is stocked with everything a woman needs to look and feel her beautiful best. Its right across from Walmart next door to the Dollar Tree and it has everything you need.

Worst beauty supply store ever! And Im from south Florida, where the ratchets of the ratchets are and Ive never had customer service like this. Bad business people, worst customer service ever, and extremely unprofessional. I went there for the first time yesterday and bought some stuff. But when i got home i realized the 30 Second Hair glue was extremely hard to come out so when i took the top off, the glue was like thick slime and i wouldnt come out. And when i was able to get it out, it wouldnt stick and this is the #1 glue in hair stores and Ive never had an issue with this for years until now. I went back to the store today and showed them the glue and said Id like another one. Not a refund, another glue. They refused to do so because the glue was used. I had to be at work in an hour and i had a full cap freshly spritzed and glued to my hair. (Glue was from a little bottle i had gotten awhile ago). And i had to use a small straw to take the glue out and to put on the tracks so yes i did use it because i had no other choice but it was barely gone. And they yelled in my face, the old guy smacked the money in my hand and told me to find another store to shop in.Any thoughts?...

Out of the other locations that Ive been to this one was my least favorite.The look of the outside was unappealing and I felt that the placement in the inside how things were stored, was kind of all over the place with the placement of products. My favorite location is the one in Lawrenceville. The customer service is better & look is more appealing & easy to eye of how products are placed . Or maybe Im just use to the one in Lawrenceville. But I didnt like this location as much though it is closest to me.

Keasha, is nothing but a hater. That store is way better then Sallys. Customer Service is unbeatable.

Their customer service is the worst. Ive witnessed them argue with other customers before. Ive had issues with getting assistance with buying hair. The last straw for me was when I was stooped down looking at something on a bottom shelf & 1 of the ladies tried to squeeze by & almost knocked me over & never said excuse me, Im sorry, or anything. I said excuse you, you almost knocked me over & she didnt even look back or say 1 word. I politely put my items back on their shelf & left. The location is very convenient for me, but I will drive further out before I spend another dollar in this place.

The most Horrible place to shop no customer service and forget buying anything you need to exchange as there are NO refunds within their 10 business days policy but please be aware there are no exchange either. The manager threw a bottle out the door almost hitting me when I told him his return policy is flawed and a scam and walked out without the product I do not need my daughter picked up the wrong item all I requested was the product same brand but Not only rude but voilent. I thought seriously of calling 911. to press charges. They have lost one customer and hope you will take the extra trip and shop somewhere else. Just so Rude to be doing business.

Horrible customer service. Lots of wigs to choose from but very outdated styles and low quality. Travel the extra distance to a different hair store. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door or to the counter.

The employees arent friendly. Please shop where you are accepted and treated with respect.

If you have any pride do not shop here.An Asian woman, possibly the owner made a comment that didnt sit well with me. I got to thw door ten minutes before they closed and as I was approaching she seemed to be coming to lock the door. I opened the door and she said were closed! I told her that I just needed one item and Id be out of her hair. She said no, you people are always late. They get no more of my business. And hopefully she she wont get yours either.

Here is the deal. Its a very nice store with lots of makeup, hair, hair accessories, wigs and even a few clothing options. But they are infact, very rude. They have a horrible return policy that is very contradictory. Its not outside the regular rude that you experience from a non-Black owned beauty supply store (If you catch my drift). The owners of these establishment tend to have HORRIBLE customer service and it is because THEY CAN. They know that we will continue to come back... And we do. Smh I only go there when I need something my local black owned beauty supply store doesnt have and cant get. Enter at your own risk 🤷🏾‍♀️

Never open until closing time EVER

I purchased a flat iron from here and returned it the next day unopened because I saw a better one online that I ordered. They wouldnt even refund me or exchange it even though their refund policy stated differently. They will never get my business again. They are also very over priced on a lot of their merchandise. Beware you can find the same products much cheaper I did some research. For example I also purchased a heat protector spray from them for $11.05. I pulled it up on line and other stores were selling the same spray for 5.00.!! So if you want to just spend extra $$$ this is the store for you!!!!

Opened up a jar of locing wax and there were fingerprints in it and the owner ran up saying I had done it and had to buy the jar. Not a big deal since I was going to buy a jar of it anyways but annoying that she insisted I buy that jar. The beauty supply store down Peachtree Industrial is further but 100% worth it to not being harassed into buying locing gel with everyones elses finger prints in it

Love it! Better than sally!! I moved from by Atlanta and its hard to find alot of the products Im used to using but this store has EVERYTHING!! Prices just a tad bit higher than what Im used to but well worth it. U WONT be disappointed. Extended hours are a plus and open 6 days a week as well. If u dont want to travel to lawrenceville or suwanee area for good quality hair products this is the store.
