Bad experience and attention. I have a tax exemption card issued by the state department. Usually when I present it, people find out what the procedure is like and know why at other times. However, the first person who served me did not know, she asked the manager Rachel how the procedure was done. She showed an uncomfortable attitude and didnt even bother to check the card in detail. She told me that I should call customer service and I told her that I was not the one who registered the payment and she became more uncomfortable because she had to find out. He picked up the phone and spent more than 10 minutes talking to someone and told him that I was presenting a card and that it said something about not paying taxes. Upon hearing this, I asked him to take the card and at least take the trouble to read that it was a card issued by the State Department, in the end, he hung up the phone and carried out the transaction without any problem. She knew how to do the procedure, but questioned the document she presented. Docume to with information from an official website on the back of the card where people are invited to consult the information and there is also a phone number. The discourteous attitude is absurd and even more so when one is not expecting a handout. We paid for the product but nobody deserves to be treated in such a way. I will never make a single purchase again. In addition, the customer service has no service in Spanish. Only in English and French... and what an irony!!!! Most of the customers are Latinos. (The largest migrant population in the world in American territory.) Discrimination? I leave it to you to consider. You Latinos can call customer service and corroborate. In French, of course. Merci!

All the magic of bath and body works just the crowds are always a downer. But thats not the fault of the staff or anything other than it being inside the Mall of Georgia.

This Bath and Body Works is very well laid out. They have a surplus of the new fragrances, but they do sell out rather quickly. The staff, for the most part, is rather friendly and very thorough in explaining everything. Definitely recommend coming to this one.

I came in for an exchange, (I didn’t like scent of the items) and the manager (I hope she is, if not she should be) helped me out. Best customer Service from a manager I’ve encountered, she explained the policy to me and gladly helped with my exchange. Thank you so much guys, y’all rock here ❤️

This is the first and only bath and body works Ive been to and I got the worst customer service from the cashier today (1/11/2021 at 6:33pm)! Shes not friendly or professional what so ever. I walked away from a sale that was approximately $200-$300 because of how I was treated.

I specifically came all the way to the mall to use my 3 coupons I got in the mail. I sat the coupons down on the counter by me while I was looking at and smelling different candles. An employee picked the coupons up and ripped them without asking anyone around if they were theirs. I then asked if she saw my coupons thay were sitting there and said no even though I saw her pick them up and rip them. Her and another employee proceeded to talk about it and did not help at all. I asked other employees if there was anything I could do and no one cared or was of any help. You would think considering I had about 4 bags of merchandise that was easily $200 someone would offer some kind of help. I was so frustrated and annoyed I ended up not purchasing anything and may not again in the future. I shop here pretty often and have never had an issue but this situation left me not wanting to shop there at all.

The sales were wonderful. I love the candles all though that are a tad bit pricey. They also have some wonderfully scented hand sanitizers.

My male coworker came to work on yesterday smelling so good. I asked him what he was wearing and he told me it was a cologne for men from Bath & Body Works called Graphite. I made it my business to go there after work. I also invited another coworker to go with me. They have this buy 3 get 2 free deal going on so I was able to get me and my husband something. My coworker was just supposed to go for the ride. She end up spending $158. Everyone is always super nice when I go in there. Im definitely going back. They have some Bergamot Candles that I must have. Check them out folks...

Went into this location to take advantage of the B3G3 promotion. I also went to use my “free gift” email on and $10 or higher purchase. The item had to be $14.00 or lower. I brought something to the register that was tagged $14.00, it rang up at $16.50 and Louise, the cashier said I couldn’t get that item. “But it’s tagged $14.00” I said. Louise then said she would talk to her manager. Now, I’m great at reading lips. Tina told Louise that I changed the tags and proceeded to try and take the price tag off. I went right over to the shelf and pulled three more samples to show they were all tagged $14.00. Tina, with an attitude, then stated to honor it. What a horrible customer experience. Accusing people of switching tags. Please re-educate Tina on how to create a world class customer experience. Thank you.

Went in on a Saturday night @ 8:45, was buying 3 body sprays. The total came to $13.98. I handed the lady a $100 bill and she said “oh, honey, I can’t take that.” What?? Since when do you not accept CASH as a form of payment? This lady responded to my question by saying that the Bank was closed tomorrow (Sunday) and they could not accept that as a form of payment. Say what?? I’ve never heard of that. How in the world can B&B even open for business tomorrow if they can’t accept cash as a form of payment? Decided to come down to the lower level Bath and Body Works and asked them about their “policy” on accepting cash on a Saturday night; these ladies looked at me likes I was dumb because there is no policy like that. Very disappointed in the customer Service I received at the first B&B and will not be returning anytime to soon to the upper level B&B store inside Mall of Georgia. I will however continue shopping at the lower level B&B where my money IS ACCEPTED!!

Terrible customer service.When Management is notified of service issues they too show no concern for the customers.If you contact management at corporate office, once again they show no concern even when it involves senior citizens and the customer service they provided.You may wish to find a more concerned customer friendly store to spend your money at.
