Im changing my review today. Ive shopped at this store a number of times over the last year. When they first opened, they were very friendly. Today, I purchased 2 Design Essential products by mistake. I forgot that I had decided to switch to Aunt Jackies products. I called and explained and then went back to exchange. However, the man there said that he couldnt exchange one of the 2 products because the product was not filled to the top. He said I must have opened it. However I did not open it; thats the way I purchased it and I didnt even notice it. I explained over and over to him that I did not open it. I even asked if he had camera footage that he could check to prove that the level was the same as when I purchased it a few hours earlier. He said the cameras would not have a close enough view. He refused to exchange it. I had one other product that he did exchange for something else. I still had a $1.08 credit and just told him to keep the change to further show him my character. It was a very disappointing experience. I had no reason to lie and I treat people the right way. I thought they were the same based on the gospel music that they play, but today I learned that they are not living that life. I will not be returning to this business as they sold me a product that wasnt full (I didnt even notice until he pointed it out) and then wouldnt accept it back. I informed him that I would not be returning and he shrugged his shoulders. Terrible way to treat a loyal customer.

When I first went hear, they where nice and playing gospel music. There were selling good and fancy items. I recommend this place to be the top beauty store in the area.

Great place if youre looking for actual supplies however they have a horrible inventory of wigs. Also due to covid they do not allow try-ons however other beauty supply stores will offer a discount since wigs cannot be returned.

Very friendly, clean store, calming environment. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

Never answers the phone and never open when I go by though hours say they should be open. Trying to see if they carry hair steamers for my girls.

Extremely friendly staff and never the feeling of being profiled or followed like some other places. Always have what I need and the staff seems to go the extra mile for customers. I will always come here for hair products. 🥰

I’ve visited the location twice now and on both occasions I’ve had a great experience. I’m always able to find exactly what I need the store is always clean and the shelves are always stocked.

This place has a great selection of products and a very friendly and helpful staff. Im so glad we finally have a store like this in our area.
