I will change my review when you change the hours on internet. Arrived 7:55pm for nail repair kit. Door was locked lights on. Signage on door says closes at 6p.m. Please PLEASE fix times to be the same. I drove here for nada. Thanks

They didnt tell my daughter the extensions wouldnt work for her hair and now wont give her 20 dollars back. I thought these people were knowledgeable about the products they sell and are supposed to help you. This company just takes little kids money instead of helping them get what is right for them.

Came here with a friend to pick up some hair dye and it was a class of customer service in its own. The woman who helped us (I cant remember her name, she had two nose piercings) was remarkably informative, honest and a genius in her craft. We both learned so much from her and the products we got were top notch. Will definitely be back.

Its extremely frustrating to even try and order online. I am looking to do a curb side collection and it does not even give the option. Also, tax and shipping (shipping which I dont want), is estimated. How can you not know what the tax is on a given amount.? Estimated gives you the freedom to take any amount from me? This is an extremely horrific experience.

Keri, the Store Manager, is the reason I come to this location again and again. She is knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly helpful and kind. She actually remembers her customers names and in my case, my allergies and always steers me toward products that are right for me and my specific needs. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I now know why her store is usually the highest grossing Sally Beauty store in the entire state. Ask for her by name the next time you stop by and see for yourself why she is sooooo AWESOME!!!

Its okay. Products are pretty good but the staff is 50/50 if youre going to get decent service or cold stares. Ive come in more than once where an employee will block an aisle talking to their friends, and then roll their eyes when they have to leave them to check you out.

The store manager is seriously the best, she’s very knowledgeable, helpful and the sweetest. Actually all the girls there are super sweet, everytime I go in they’re super nice and helpful.

Ive been a loyal customer at Sallys in Buford for several years now and I am continuously satisfied. Associates are always kind, helpful, and knowledgable of their products. I recently had an experience in which a store manager, Patty, went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. I highly recommend visiting this Sallys location and becoming a Sallys club card holder.

This particular location is hit or miss with customer service. Sometimes they are super helpful, sometimes you cant even get a greeting at the door. Sometimes you get someone who is super informed, sometimes you get someone who doesnt have a clue

Super unprofessional. Nobody greeted or engaged us. One just stocked shelves behind us and didn’t ask if we needed help and a lady up front with red hair and glasses was eating a banana and talking on her phone about a family Christmas party. I’m a manager in retail, this would not fly with me.

I came today at almost 2pm, and it was closed. No reason for it to be closed. Seriously there was no snowing going on since last night and roads were fine, not even ice on them. Walmart next door was open the parking lot was packed, saw 4 people trying to get in Sally’s while I was leaving and they seemed as annoyed as I am. Who doesn’t open their store when is on schedule 9-8... seriously.
