I’ve been shopping with Sephora for a year or two now. I recently joined the membership of having Sephora and earning points. I started right after Covid hit and since then I’ve hit Rogue twice. I was also able to use my points towards $100 gift card that only comes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings if you have over 2500 points you can get the gift card. Everybody kept asking me why I saved my points and that is the reason why. I absolutely love Sephora better than Ulta I know it’s legit more pricier but you definitely get more brands and more products that are worthwhile. I am a content creator and makeup Influencer and I work with a whole bunch of brands including some inside Sephora and honestly I do like Sephora better because there’s more selections and the shipping is amazing as soon as you hit Rouge your shipping is free. As well as I get all of my products that I need in that one day I go. 100% recommend it.

Had the best experience today with Rosie at the Sephora in the Buford Mall. She was pleasant and understanding of my facial needs and concerns. She really listened and cared about my issues. I will definitely return to Rosie for future advise and questions about my skincare necessities. 😁

Literally the most welcoming + attentive staff in any beauty store I’ve ever been to! I get kinda shy when staff approach me but even when they do and I need help finding things or the product I’m looking for is out of stock they’re always very willing to help me find it and are really attentive! I go to Ulta a lot as well but I prefer (at least comparing the two locations I go to) this Sephora’s customer service way more. 10/10!

This location has deteriorated since they started having new associates, i have made a purchase of $200, at the register i asked the cashier for a sample, she said they don’t have and stopped receiving it, i really didn’t care at the moment as i was rushing however i remember in the past the Mall of GA location was my favorite, well not anymore the employees are not as nice as they used to be, i went to the north point location and complete surprise, all young ladies very enthusiastic and happy to deal with customers, i have asked for a sample just to see and was given 3, big difference,i used to go every week to the Mall of G A location and the staff used to be very friendly in the past, i don’t know what happened to you sephora, your new hires are a fail in the Mall if GA location.

My experience was 10/10. The girl helping me was Maria C. I’ve never been able to match foundation in all my years. I’ve had several bad matching experiences but she tried multiple different foundations until we found the perfect one. She even picked me out a foundation to try that is perfect for my skin. She was super sweet and on top of that I wish I got the girls name at the front but she was sweet as well and her makeup was awesome.

I dont shop here for personal reasons but I do enter quite a bit while I work for Instacart and every time the employees are incredibly helpful

They never have anything in stock! For months now makeup, perfume, etc....many items continue to remain out of stock. This may not be all the stores fault, but its pretty inconvenient for the customer. Ive switched to Ulta for most of my makeup needs at this point.

I went to sephora at the mall of ga last week. A beautiful young Korean lady with the coolest hairstyle she herself cut and dyed red tips thats what caught my eye. She was so kind and helpful. We both liked the same citrus and woodsy scent so she knew exactly the perfumes I would love. Her name is Grace. I will be back for another fragrance soon just because she was so super.

The people working at Sephora were so helpful and knowledgeable about skin care- specifically Katie!! Definitely recommend!

I purchased a Valentino “perfume” for my girlfriend for Christmas amongst other items from Sephora. I asked the sales ladies if the perfume I had chose out was a good gift to get for my girlfriend. I had tried about 9 different perfumes and was told that that was definitely one of the best options... well turns out it’s a guys cologne.

I had the pleasure to have been assisted by Gaby today. First time I ever had her help me at this store and she was everything. She took the time to help me with a few products. I asked her about a few suggestions and she took the time to help me. She knows her stuff and has the right attitude. Ive never had a bad experience at this Sephora.

The store is nice size with good coverage of product selections..I would have liked to be assisted by a woman of color for foundation concealer matching since I am darker complexion it helps talking to someone who is familiar with matching darker complexionsOverall my experience was a good one.Beware the cashiers ! They are wizards with words and you WILL walkout with a Sephora credit card!

I went to the store to get some last minute Christmas gifts. I wanted to get the perfume tester set for my mother because she enjoys them every year. I was helped by Crystal who was super informational. Unfortunately the store did not have the tester set in store so Crystal looked online so I could order them but the site showed out of stock as well. Without hesitation Crystal said she would check with the other Sephora store that was in the mall. She delivered great news that the other store had a few left. Needless to say I was able to get the tester set. I would not have been able to get the set without Crystal’s helpful. Above and beyond!

Every sales associate was super helpful and nice even when the store was insanely busy! Joan was lovely to us and gave us great advice on men’s cologne!! Would come back!

I always get such great customer service when I come here. And Crystal is AMAZING!!!! Im still new into makeup and I came a couple of months ago in which she helped pick out a powder foundation shade. She got the color right on the first try!So today while looking for a liquid foundation, she yet again got my shade right on the first try!! She is a makeup wizard or something. Anyways, she was so helpful and informative. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help me out!

The employees were super friendly and helpful. They color matched me perfectly without despite not able to swatch due to safety reasons. Their stock was a bit low, especially with Fenty Beauty. My overall experience was great and I appreciated the tips I received from the store associate.

Katie was very helpful, but missed details

I went here today with my baby wearing sweats and no makeup. (I’ve noticed that the employees here treat you differently if you aren’t in a full face of makeup. Rude.) I pushed my son around in the stroller waiting over 30 minutes for anyone to even attempt to help me. I asked about a Fenty bronzer and the women said “I’ve never tried it” and walked away. I felt like I was being watched and judged the whole time I was there and left without buying anything for that reason. No one seemed like they wanted to help and sometimes you just want others opinions in person to help make a decision. I wish there was another Sephora location around me but sadly I will have to do my own research online and go into this store to purchase. ☹️

Service was horrible. One African American young lady lwas so rude when i asked for help she act as if she was too busy, I was looking at something and she implied “don’t touch that”. This used to be my favorite place to go buy my make up from a while ago however they change employees like they Change the store. Most times I go here I get the worst customer service ever!!!!! They are so rude !! Last time I was there I ended up leaving and not buying anything!!!

Great location... only location close to me and thats 30 min away lol. But, theyve got everything organized and of course, theyre expensive. But their Sephora brand products are reasonably priced. Theyve got sales too. Id recommend this place!

I have never had an issue here like others have stated. The team is nice and helpful, I love the lady in the perfume area, so bright, cheery and friendly. They are always eager to help.

Some of the girls that work there are nice and helpful and other and just on your head the entire time. They think every girl who walks in is going to steal. Some of us go in and look around or actually buy something so NO HONEY. I love makeup though so Ima still go.

I love shopping at this store, the beauty consultants know the product so well. It is always so exciting to come into this store because the girls always have something fun going on with their makeup. The team is friendly and real attentive. Whenever it is busy, the girls are making sure to greet and help me. They guide me to what I need and get back to me. I always recommend this store!

Its always kept very clean and nice, despite all the traffic, and I always have a wonderful time speaking to Vincent who consulted me about my skincare routine and actually got my skin to clear up! My girlfriend came by to get an eyebrow liner that was out of stock, and Ebony came by and was so patient and kind in helping her find the pencil!She offered to void the shipping fee, suggesting that the store ship the pencil as soon as it comes in stock to her house.Great experience, Ebony was very patient and took her time even with the pile of gift cards we had.Toodles!

Great customer service and friendly staff! I was even able to obtain two samples of foundation at my request (my friend informed me they would so big shout out to her) so I could wear both to decide which one was the best match to my skin.

Walked to a group of employees chatting. I say “I need some help, can someone help?” As I approach. A couple of the employees started helping someone else. Understandable. The older Hispanic woman That somewhat makes eye contact, says really low “uh huh” and I repeat my self “I need assistance “ and she points to the people that had just walked away (assisting someone else) Lol not a “yes, ma’am I actually am not available but I’ll get someone to assist you.” Or anything to let me know she cares about HELPING. If you shop at Sephora, you are well aware you might have to wait for help, that’s not the problem. It’s the attitude. I walked away, put everything I was going to get down and just made my return instead of my exchange. This store has improved but unfortunately still lack the appropriate attitudes towards customer service. Very disappointed. I will have to stick to the perimeter store.

I cant say the customer service was bad, it was just nonexistent. I walked in the store and two employees were having a conversation. They never once, looked up from their conversation to acknowledge that a customer had just walked it. I had to find what I was looking for on my own. There were several ladies working there but no one asked if I needed help. When I was ready to checkout, out of all those employees there was no one at the register. Meanwhile these two ladies are still chatting away. Finally someone came to assist me. If this wasnt the closest location with the item I wanted, I would have just walked out.

Seemed like the employees have alot of fun together. I was looking for lashes, and one lady sought out another who wears them to assist me with her opinion. It helped me decide. They were very friendly.

I’m very disappointed with this location. I was literally stalked today by almost all the employees. Treat your customers of color with respect and not make us feel like we are shoplifting!

Usually, the customer service in this store is HORRENDOUS, but my last two visits were very pleasant! The first one there was a girl that was super friendly and kind. She helped me find an amazing lip color! The visit today I believe the girl that helped me was a manager? She was by a laptop but stopped to come help me. She was super kind and did not try to force any products on me or anything at all. I really appreciated it. I cant rave enough how pleasant my last two visits were!Heres to hoping they keep improving on their choice of employees!

Staff is obnoxiously rude and unhelpful. I had an allergic reaction to a beauty product i was trying and I went around the store trying to find ANYONE to help me get it off. Only one person helped me, a girl with blue hair, and she tried to call for her manager or anyone one else who could help and everyone ignored her (and me). She brings me over to her manager and tells me to wait until she’s done talking to another customer ( at this time i was already breaking out into hives). When the manager was done talking i tried to get her attention but she rudely just brushed right past me. If i could give this place a negative star I would.

I love how I was helped and felt like a priority at this location! I also got my Fenty products too always a plus to walk out with a bag!

Ive been here twice and both times the prettiest, nicest girl named Emoni helped me out with choosing make-up, an eyebrow tutorial, etc! She was so nice and helpful! I like this one because its not as crowded too.

Line can get pretty long, but the cashiers are usually great. Purchased the wrong shade and brought it back the next day-exchange was quick and easy!

I was there yesterday when it was crazy busy. All of the employees offered to help me, they gave me great suggestions for my skin type, and helped me with samples and color matching. Totally agree with others, this store lacks friendly customer service. I am disabled and needed assistance with color matching a foundation that was oxidizing (the store lighting was making it even more difficult). The visit was difficult for me to begin with due to my health issues and the Sephora associates made it a truly negative experience. The only employee with any courtesy whatsoever was the cashier... ironic the one taking your money didnt mind being friendly and smiling.Very unpleasant experience.

YOOOOO I walked into Sephora not even to buy anything, my friend wanted to. So I get dragged in here and this lady very rudely told me how my foundation didn’t match, how I should return my foundation and get my money back!!!! I cried a little because she said it so rudely, she could’ve said all of that in a nice manner and I wouldn’t have cried!!!! Jokes aside, thank you to that woman— the only person with the balls to tell me my foundation didn’t match. Reevaluating all my friendships bc they don’t ride for me like that Sephora employee did. THANK U, U BEAUTIFUL RUDE WOMAN!

Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional employees, me & my gf walk in and the employee without even greeting us came up to us & told my gf her foundation didnt match her neck. She never greeted us and continued to be rude to us hispanic female on 11/20 around 7pm.

So far for me it has been a good store to help me with beauty products. They tend to be very busy so it can be hard at time for them to give you their whole time.

Employees are polite and helpful. The store is organized and well stocked. There isnt a wide variety of mens cologne unfortunately though.

Not only are the employees rude but they are so quick to judge the customers there. They feel the need to always assume if someone is going to steal one of the products. Absolutely hated this place!!!! Employees are not friendly at all they do not offer any help. They are rude and it wasnt hard to tell at all that they are just there for a paycheck. I was in the store for an hour not one person offered to help I had to ask for help. I stopped an employee asked if they sold 3d fiber mascara said yes and walked off. So I looked around still couldnt find it. Stopped another employee asked once again about the 3d fiber mascara she walked over pointed at the rack and walked right off. So I look at the two kinds sold find another employee ask her about the ingredients and shes clueless only thing she could tell me was how one sold more than the other. So I look around some more at lip colors and things. Found a color that I liked in a lip plumper but it wasnt stocked. So I find yet another employee to get the color I want after getting it I ask her some questions and she tells me it was a lipstick and then offers me the exact same product I asked for. Last but not least I go to check out when I get to the register the cashier mumbles something I look at her and ask her huh and she repeats it really quickly and and rudely I still didnt hear her so I just said no check out and wait on my friend. So I stand in line with her she gets the same exact cashier and this time I heard what she said she was asking if we were a member of their beauty club thing. My friend said no and that was it. No explanation I realized after looking around the register that when you buy things you get points that you can redeem for gifts. You would think thats something you would want to explain to your customers but they didnt. The cashier was noticeably angry about working there glaring at people.

Only oversensitive girls have been writing reviews. Place is nice people are nice. Stop acting like everyone should worship the ground you walk on. Literally everytime I go in someone helps me. Things get stolen they watch everyone obviously. Make up appointments are amazing always leave happy.

Depends on who helps you. Some days theyre helpful sometimes they look at you like youre stupid. Im just uninformed and may need help getting the right tone or product for my skin. Cashier is always in a Meh state.

The company has went down hill! They say they ban people from making returns abusively. But I was banned and the only thing I have ever returned was one item that was $500 in the 6 years I’ve been shopping here. This company is a joke I will never shop here again!
