Eric and Jay are AWESOME!!! I flew in today and arrived at my hotel at exactly 10pm. I called this location and these amazing guys actually waited 15 minutes after closing to allow me to come and purchase my cigar!That is customer service at its finest. I’ll definitely make this my go to lounge when I’m in Buffalo or Canada. Super amazing guys and this is one of those rare occasions I wish I could give a business 10 gold stars!!!Eric and Jay are in the pic I posted.

Visited here for the first time today to watch the game. They offer the best selection of cigars in the area by far. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was top notch and helpful. They had food out and football on multiple big screens. They showed me hospitality and treated me like a regular. I will be back next week!

The guy behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. Excellent selection of cigars and decent prices. Also lots of other stuff like cutters, boxes, lights etc. Nice area to smoke and watch the games.

The owner is so friendly and they have cigars for every occasion. Something can be found there for everyone. From Zippos to free coffee the place amazing. Clean and even a back room with leather chairs to smoke a cigar and watch a game. Forget shopping online go to Buffalo Cigar you will not be disappointed.

I stopped in because I was in Buffalo for my birthday weekend, the host greeted me warmly and the selection was great, I would recommend anyone in the buffalo area stop in and support them.

Absolutely beautiful lounge! Great selection of a wide range of brands. Prices are great, especially considering a downtown location. I love the back lounge and free amenities. I will definitely be making multiple visits while in town visiting. Highly recommend to all.

Stopped by to have a look before the Sabres game, as it looked good online. Lots of stock and different brands. Very knowledgeable about cigars in general and their stock. Everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Pricing was great, but Im from Canada and they dont have the same duties. January 2 I will be back for another Sabres game. Definitely will be going to Buffalo CIgars, this time Im going to smoke a cigar.....or two

My boyfriend and I are in town for the weekend and we stopped in since hes a huge cigar smoker. Definitely highly recommend if youre looking for a good cigar and just a place to hang out and smoke. Stopped in quick last night to pick up a few sticks. Im in from out of town for business the help was awesome. Helped me pick out a few different cigars from my normal smoke. Great cigar. Got a t-shirt. They threw in a cigar log which Ive never considered before. Will definitely stop back in when Im back in town.

While in Buffalo you need to check out more than the wings. Buffalo Cigars in downtown Buffalo is easily in my top ten lounges that I have visited.Classy seating areas in front and back of the lounge and humidors lining each side of the rectangular retail space. All the accessories a cigar smoker would be interested in are avvailable throughout the store.Fauston Castillo was staffing the lounge and offered me a fresh ground coffee while we both smoked a Diesel Whiskey row and shared our love of the leaf.Top Notch Lounge. Check it out.

This is my favorite spot to smoke in the city. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, the atmosphere is always inviting and friendly. They also have an incentive plan so you get points for the sticks you buy that you can use towards future purchases.

Outstanding cigar shop! Everything is laid in an orderly fashion, lots of seating to enjoy your cigar. Shop owner was super helpful and very friendly just what you would expect in upstate New York......class act!

FANTASTIC! Layout of tables with chairs with ashtrays for indoor smoking and selection of cigars. The gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and offered suggestions since it was my first time. I am looking for a Fathers day gift and thought cologne and cigars is a great gift idea.

Being from the Nanny State of Ontario where cigar lounges are outlawed, my friends and I poked our heads in yesterday when heading to the Bandits game and, well, it was heaven. Cigar selection was amazing!!!! We sat and indulged in a few for about an hour and watched the world go by from the sitting area by the front window. I can see us making special trips now to Buffalo to enjoy this simple pleasure for an afternoon. See you soon!!!

Cigars are arranged alphabetically, prices are clearly labeled, and they sell both single cigars and whole boxes. The lounge is inviting, and they offer complementary coffee and sodas. If you like to take your time and browse, they make you feel welcome to do so. If youre in a hurry and need something quickly, they do their best to get you in and out. They even have pipe tobacco and accessories. This is by far the best cigar store in the city, please check them out!

I am from Buffalo ( 1943 ) but now retired in Dallas Texas. My B-I-L Ken knew i smoked so he took me to Buffalo Cigar. Had the pleasure of meeting Vinnie and he showed me the shop and was more than helpful. Of course i bought some sticks, even had one on the patio with some locals. The shop has a good assortment and the staff was great. The only thing missing was chicken wings (lol). Anyone into cigars, a great atmosphere and friendly staff, this is the place. Thanks to all you at Buffalo Cigar.
