Decided to visit this cigar shop as my first one did not have any Davidoff cigars. Very nice lounge with an indoor smoking area and the staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I only purchased the David off here as the other two were purchased on the street.

My first stop on the beginning of my cigar journey just over 2 years ago now and still my favorite.The selection is VAST for a place this size, the lounge is always immaculate and the owner Jim and ALL of his staff including James and Jason whom I happen to see most are immensely helpful.Youve probably read that theyre the only place remotely local to get Davidoffs in person and charge no lounge fees. Beyond that, Do get in on their connoisseur club which I believe is free for 5% cash back on virtually everything and if youre in the neighborhood, after THIS wonderful year, DEFINITELY hit their christmas party. Last year was AWESOME! Something like a $15 ticket for a $10ish cigar, that $15 back in store credit usable on specific product (but a LOT to choose from) and a fully catered dinner and pretty much all you can drink.See you guys soon!

Awesome place for your cigar needs or pipes. They have humidors, lighters, and a great selection of nice cigars. They even have cool collectors items to add to your cigar collection of items. If you purchase a cigar you can enjoy sitting down with the other gentlemen there and watch a soccer game and have a free cup of coffee or espresso. Cant say enough good about this store. I love going into here and the staff in always so helpful. Its a nice time to sit relax and leave all you problems out the front door. One of my favorite things when I walk in is the big giant Punch Cigar Jester. He just gives the place even more charm.

The Tinder Box is awesome! They always have events that provide a chance to get a discount on good cigars. The owner and staff are all very friendly, and its a great atmosphere to grab a cigar.

Huge selection of cigars with an extremely knowledgeable staff ready to assist. The lounge has large, comfortable chairs to sit in and two large screen TVs to watch TV or a game on. They have the lowest prices Ive ever seen!

Extremely friendly staff and very helpful for a newbie

I came from out of town as a somewhat noob, and after giving me space for about 5 minutes, someone was right there asking me what I was looking for. So cool and knowledgeable with no pretension or pressure from the employee. Bought two $10 sticks and half way through a Romeo Julieta San Andreas as prescribed, so happy. Great store. Wish I was a local.

Most of the other comments hit the nail on the head. Great place with attention to the client and a mind-blowing selection of cigars. Uber friendly in the heart of Bills territory. Being a Miami fan we got talking about NFL. Its not just about the cigars; its about a friendly atmosphere we we can sit, talk and most of all smoke.
