Absolutely wonderful customer service and tremendously generous! Every single order I’ve made with them has arrived on time (or early) and has been packaged securely. Cigars can be a pain to ship due to their fragility and humidity requirements. NCC always provides appropriate humidity packs in every shipment and “over” wrap and protect the products. They even throw in extra gear and/or sticks occasionally! Can’t wait until I can go visit them in their lounge!

Chill place w/ a good selection. Only downside is that the lounge costs $5 for a day pass....but it comes with free munchies. I guess its a way to get rid of loiters. But still, if Im there with the boys and we each buy a (few) handfuls of cigars we should be invited into the lounge as a courtesy. Even if we dont have access to the snacks. Just to sit and enjoy our purchase.

Nickel City Cigars has an awesome boutique cigar selection. Tommy and Tom Z are great guys who value the industry and those in it. Some of the best shipping I’ve seen. Great service. Only dealt online so far but will make a trip up eventually! 11/10 would do business again!

My review is solely based on ordering online as I am currently stationed overseas. With that said Tommy and crew have always made sure all my orders being shipped are well packaged and it shows as military mail can be very rough on packages (especially when out to sea). They arrive safe and sound and ready to smoke even after what can be up to a three weeks (being shipped to Japan) in transit due to Humi-Smart 2-Way Control packs included in sealed bags. I highly recommend them for all your boutique cigar needs!
