The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly but I must warn all not to buy an electronic device from here. A randy lanyard cartridge battery I bought 10 days ago stopped working and I was told that the store only stands behind the product for two days. The girl did try to work with me a bit I didn’t have the receipt but I didn’t want money back anyways only an exchange for a different model that isn’t prone to the fire button not actually firing like the one I purchased. But because I threw away the empty cartridge that came with the kit (honestly I have never needed an empty cart), she stated that all she could do is give a discount on a new one. I sense almost that they thought I was trying to scam. I have been coming to the store since January 2018( back when the register was on the far wall and before they had the humidor.) and have Gone there easily 100 times, spending 30 bucks or more each time. Why would I want to scam over a lousy 29 dollar cartridge battery? If you are not looking for an electric device I would even still recommend them. 99% of my experiences here were great. But after today I will not return

This place is awesome I bought a water pipe from them today. When I got home one part of it was defective and wouldn’t hold water. Usually places wouldn’t care and you would get stuck with the defective item. But they told me to clean it as best as I could(COVID mainly) because they said they were returning it. And bring it right back to swap it out for anything of the same value. I truly appreciated it and walked out with something even better!! Thanks again Andrew much appreciated!!!

Devlin was utterly and completely AMAZING!! He provided me with great customer service and an all around great experience. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to hear what problems/ wants that I had or was looking for, and recommend the products that would suit me best... and all the products that he advised exceeded my expectations! The store was very clean, inviting and very, very fairly priced. I will be going back in the future! Compared to experiences I’ve had at similar establishments, I was blow away by how wonderful my visit to this store was and how professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating the staff was. I look forward to my future visits and I am glad that I found a store that I know will be able to answer all my questions and provide me with an amazing experience, which sadly you don’t see a lot of anymore!

Awesome shop and awesome people. Every single person you encounter is friendly and ready to help. One of the best glass shops on the eastern side of the country.This is the larger location of the two but there is an equally good selection at both locations. No need to go to one over the other.

Went in to buy a much needed new glass piece, and was surprised when asked to spin a wheel to give you a percentage off glass items for only three bucks! I spun and got 50%, they had other discounts like 20% or even buy one get one free. So that was pretty cool. Joe was super helpful when I was deciding on my purchase, and answered any questions I had. He definitely made my trip shorter and easier. I probably would have been in there all day with the selection they have. Ill definitely be returning.

If your going to sell mostly cheap thin glass thats made in bulk from China, you should at least have a return policy to help your customers out whenever they buy your cheap glass, only to have it broken within minutes of leaving the store.Shame on me for gambling on affordable glass... I should have known better when the person behind the counter warned not put a flame close to the beaker I bought, at risk of the glass cracking from heat. Why even bother selling glass that cant withstand heat?

Great store! Smoking accessories, vaporizers, cigars, rollings papers, wraps, waterpipes, he has everything. All price ranges, high quality. Way cheaper than some of the glass shops around town. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

So me and my wife bought smok pen 22 from art of glass. Went back to buy new coils. None of the coils they have fit. Purchased coils from the smok website and still dont fit. So there are no replacement coils for them. Stopped back into the store and talked with the owner. Everything was handled professionally. Great business. 👍

Huge selection, unique novelties besides the glass, as well bring a retailer they sell wholesale as well. My only hesitation was price but the variety was outstanding. You should go at least once. Worth it.

Great little shop that carries cbd and Kratom which really helps with stress, anxiety and pain relief. The owners a really nice guy and staff is friendly and helpful especially katelyn who really knows her stuff and goes out of her way to make sure you’re getting the absolute best options for what you are looking for based on your individual needs.
