They are crooks. Found out a couple of months after buying my car it already had multiple wrecks on it. After 3 years they decided to hold my September check I mailed in on 9-3-21. Well on 9-29-21 they send Mikes auto recovery (M.A.R.S is what on the wrecker) to repo my car. Well when I call she said I had $100 balance maybe late charges Idk. She said she tried to call but only number I had was a block number call me and myself like anyone else don’t answer them do to scam. They do not know anything about business. They will wait till your car is about paid off then not cash a check and try and take advantage of you if you don’t have the means. I just ended up just paying my car off but cost me $375 wrecker fee which I had to pay cash for at the dealer ship after I was told I could pay it wrecker service which normally is what you do anyway but it’s more of their shady business they have going on. Just don’t even stop.

Don’t buy any cars from the guys they just had a empty lot not long ago for going out of business . Poor Dealership full of scammers

Very unprofessional in desperate for money . Poor customer service my co worker had got car towed for having insurance then they found out she had emailed them a copy, afterwards they still try to make up more excuses to take someone car asking for her to make extra payments ahead for her to get car back :SCAMMERS

1 year into our car and it has been great. I definitely would recommend Eastep for a clean, reliable, used car. The funny thing is used is hardly what you would think. We got a 18 Nissan Armada in 2019 with super low miles. Their process was quick, painless, and professional. Making payments has been fine except the only thing I wish they had was a online payment option.
