I have been here before we bought a Cherokee about 4 years ago and had been back to look since then, we didnt like it, not good salespeople, they lied,. But we just bought a truck yesterday, spent 2 days deciding what we wanted and they have done a 180. Casey was great and I highly recommend you go see him. Worth it and he was patient and showed us probably 20 cars before we got the one we loved. Give him a chance you wont be disappointed !

I had been through a few dealers prior to coming here that were a disaster. While I understand it’s a dealers market right now due to shortages this dealer did not try to short me on my trade. There was no back and forth. It was one and done. This was hands down the easiest trade and purchase I have ever experienced. Sales people were motivated but not obnoxious and polite and ready to provide customer service. I can’t tell you how long it’s been since my sales person actually came on the test drive and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. This experience was hella refreshing.
Service advisor Ahmad was quick, friendly and helpful. We just moved to Texas after driving cross country. Lithia checked out my Jeep, changed the oil, rotated the tires, and did the safety inspection so I could get the paperwork to get my Texas license plate. I was very happy with the service we received.
The staff was very courteous and attentive to detail. They listened to what we were looking for and tried to accommodate according to our needs. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
We went car shopping at several different places this weekend and even though we didn’t end up purchasing a truck at this location we really liked the salesman Sonny that helped us, he was not pushy at all and that’s something we love! He was great and had great knowledge about the truck we looked at. if they had the exact truck my hubby wanted we would have bought at this dealer, but supply was limited the day we went in. I’d definitely recommend talking to Sonny for anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
I’m a college student in his last year of undergrad and had to find a new car on a budget. As soon as I walked in I told the salesman, Andrew, that we just wanted to test drive a couple cars and go to other dealerships to test drive other vehicles and come to decision after all the options were looked at. Regardless, he was so pushy and persistent that I buy a car from him right then and there. This made me feel extremely uneasy about doing business here. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the price for the quality, better quality and a better price for it can be found elsewhere, and the salesmen I talked to at other dealerships actually listened to me and didn’t push any car they could find on me.He also told me I wouldn’t find a better deal at any other dealership I went to, so I’d do your own research and don’t take their word for it.
Rizwan has been taking care of me and my 3 vehicles I’ve had since I moved to town in 2011. I won’t let anyone else do service on my vehicles from oil changes, to rotations to major mechanical work! The entire crew here is great!

Dropped car off to have oil change package at 9 am. Finally received call that my vehicle was ready at 5:45 pm. After all day having my vehicle, the air in my tires wasn’t checked and they are all low. Consequently, now I don’t even know if the oil was changed. I’m not happy. Especially since I received my car back as the service desk was closing.

I went in today to get a simple oil change and FORTUNATELY they had a high volume of cars in front of me so it was going to take a couple of hours. I then decided to walk the lot and see what they had in stock, Sonny then approached me and took care of me ( even gave me a slice a pizza) he helped me find a truck that I liked and that I could get in. Definitely did not waste my time or lead me into believing that I could get into something that I couldn’t. Absolutely would recommend y’all go out there and see what they have to offer. Go see Sonny he is amazing and I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with a car salesman like him. He helped me out a ton and I’m sure he will do the same for you!
This is one of the worst places to ever get a car from. I got a car from them going on 90 days and my starter throttle body and gas pedal went out got it replace and it still don’t work. Var shut down on my twice driving while me & my infant was in the car was stranded for 9 hours at Walmart parking lot. Call lithia they gave me the run around. Don’t get no cars from them. They told me they can’t trade my car cause I haven’t had it long enough to trade it in. But if it’s not working it shouldn’t be a problem with them trading. RUN PASS THIS PLACE DONT EVEN STOP
I booked an online appointment for 0830 on Monday for an oil change. I got there, told them I had an appointment and they said oil appointments are first come first served so they would not honor the appointment I made online. It took almost 4 hours to get the car in and finished. My boss allowed me to come in an hour late and work an hour late, but instead I had to take a half day off work. Awesome!I wish the would have sent an email letting me know about the appointment thing. I could have rescheduled better with work, but I would assume they’d have wait times other days too. It shouldn’t take a half day for an oil change.Oil was changed. Woohoo!

The worst dealership don’t waste your time there unless you are buying something cash or going in with over 10k down. I lost my vehicle in a car accident which I was not held responsible. I had a good down payment of 3,000 and credit score of 625 and I did not receive help. They hit my credit so many times I later received a mail in the letter that my credit was checked several times bringing my credit down to the 400’s. Worst dealership in Texas.

We purchased the vehicle out of state and were assured they have experience working with our states DMV and are familiar with the process. It has been nearly TWO MONTHS since we signed paperwork for the $75, 000 truck we purchased on 3/31. We picked up the vehicle less than 2 weeks later 4/12 and have yet to receive confirmation the paperwork is finalized. Every couple of weeks we get an email saying they forgot to have us sign paperwork, and just received one from the title clerk who is beginning the process but needs more information from us first. In fact, when we reply with signed paperwork scanned back, we ask for confirmation of receipt or follow up when paperwork is processed, but have not received responses from these people. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have reached out to attempt to resolve this issue with the Sales Manager Nick, but he made excuses for his staff and in looking into it said he would call back but had the DMV title clerk call me back to discuss. Completely unprofessional. I would caution anyone from buying from this dealer out of state. Hopefully Texas buyers have better luck with the process, but ultimately, I wouldnt want to deal with any of these people again as they clearly only care about selling a vehicle rather than any sort of BASIC customer service and follow through. For a customer who didnt try to haggle and didnt ask for anything extra or special, I would expect to be treated a little better than this.
Spoke with sonny at dodge about a used truck . He did everything he could to get me approved. Unfortunately my end was short . Sometimes people get mad they aren’t approved because of their credit or down payment not enough but sonny really tried his best . That to me meant a lot . Not ever being turned down . Thank u sonny

I supposedly purchased a vehicle on 5/30, which I drove 4 hours to do so. The vehicle died and would not start, hence I was able to drive it from the car dealership lot. I have made it clear that I no longer want the vehicle since its not clear whats wrong with it. Ive called several times and have been given the runaround. First all of the managers were in a meeting and I was told that I would be given a call back after theyd taken my contact information. Ive called several times and I still havent been able to talk to anyone or havent gotten a call back and now Im being ignored and Im trying to find out why.
Service department is slooooow This is my 4th trip to the dealership for an oil change. The last 3 times I was told it would be at least 4 hours before the got to it. Took half a day off today to get it done. Was told it would be just over an hour, went back to check after an hour and half and they still hadnt started it. He said it wont be more than 20 minutes once they get to it, I reminded him of what he had previously said and his response was okay. I would take my services elsewhere but I paid for the free life time oil changes when I bought my Jeep. They are overstaffed everywhere else but the service department.

Took almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Even though I was told I was the ‘3rd car in line’ aROUND 8:30 AM, no one came and updated me until I went back after 11 AM and asked for a status update. Turns out my car was ready and probably had been done for over an hour. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I got my car almost 2 months ago and the back camera was broken the day I got. The salesperson said he would call me to come switch the week after.. NEVER got a call! I called them multiple times about it and always get put on hold, etc. went there 2 weeks ago to pick up my new plate and told them again about my wait. The salesperson Jon said they didn’t have in stock and had to order!! Called him on more time and he said he was busy with a client.. after they sell you are a car you are no longer treated as a client I guess! But they keep calling me all the time about some papers they forgot to give me to sign...Nothing against the Jeep, just the terrible customer service!

I had a really bad experience with this dealership. The assistant manager Ridwan Ahemd was very rude, really bad customer service. He was not willing to help or work with my car issue after they caused a problem in my car and it starts leaking. He said they did not touch the part while he had to vacuum the circulation in the car water system and unscrew the bolt in the part. Really disappointed from this service. I paid $900 to fix my car and he tells me to pay towing and new part and labor for a problem they were the cause of it!
One star! The one star is for the great sales experience w/Albert. No stars for the worst service I have ever experienced in my 30 years of driving! They dont even call you (at least my service person) to tell you if your car is ready to pick up, what the status is on your car, or anything! This has happened to me multiple times! I end up having to call them at 5:30 to find out. And this is the least of my complaints! I will not buy another car there b/c of the service, unfortunately for Albert.

So I had to drive 3 hrs back to get it fixed by them.Lithia service dept tried to say I did it. It wasnt until I started filming them and saying how about i go take the truck to outside mechanic to take 2nd look at the entire truck that they decided to fix the truck.So unprofessional. You expect this from buy here pay here lots not a real dealership.

I came in to this dealership needing service done on my 2017 challenger for multiple reasons. I had been once before to install a decorative pedal cover that needed to be replaced, and they got it done. The second time I came in, I talked to the Service Advisor, Chris Munoz, about a whining noise I had. Turns out I needed a new differential, and they got it replaced under warranty in a week. The other issue I had was my screen delaminated, causing it to ghost touch everything to where I could not use anything tech related on my car (radio, navigation, climate control, etc.). The part to replace was going to be around 2 grand, and I bought the car used with the screen delaminated a little, but it still worked perfectly. Chris told me to contact corporate and Uconnect, who makes the screens, and see if I could get a special case started in order to replace it for free (the screen delamination problem is throughout the Mopar lineup and is so bad, but there is no factory recall as of yet). He also gave me his personal contact info to make sure he could answer any more questions I had (which I definitely ended up using). I ended up getting the case started, and as of now I am just waiting for the part to come in, so I can get it replaced, for FREE! Chris helped me so much throughout this entire ordeal, from diagnosing multiple issues to suggesting me go up the ladder and contact DodgeCares, to keeping me from being out over 3 grand on a three year old car with less than 40,000 miles. I cannot thank him enough, and Lithia Dodge has definitely earned my future business and respect.
Terrible service. Called in advance to let them know I’m coming from Houston to buy a truck, drove hour and a half just for them to tell me they sold it when I got there. Gentleman was very rude about it too.

I wasnt sure what was going on with my Jeep. I called and Chris was so helpful. I was able to drop my car off and get it taken care of within a day. They checked some sensors, fixed a recall I had no idea about and kept me informed about what was going on . I felt confident in the service they provided because of their communication and super helpful & friendly customer service they provided.
After this dealership backed out of a deal they kept my $500 deposit after they said they would refund me. Still going through fraud with my bank as theyve completely ignored all my calls and requests to speak to the guy responsible for returning my money. Disgusting dealership.

I went in just inquiring about our options to trade in what we had, get two new wranglers and a used car for our kiddo for Christmas, and he came through and made all of us happy! It was super important to me that my kiddo get her first little car and she we made that happen. They get the job done for most things but will not replace our broken air pump. They say it works but it does not. Have attempted to get it fixed twice and they keep telling me some odd things of why its acting the way it is. That was not the case before it broke on my wife. Wife better not get stranded or I will not be a happy camper. May have to return it like the lady from the old discount tire ad where she threw the tire through the front window.......

I was very fortunate to have her as my personal assistant in catering to my needs. She was very professional, a joy to talk to, and kind as can be, in every way. She listened to every word I had to say, and made a strong effort to help me find vehicles that matched my checklist. She was very informative and proficient in vehicle specifications, history, etc. What I appreciated the most about Jeannie was her integrity; she truly placed her best interest in me as the customer.I have never had such a wonderful walk-in at a car dealership. Lithia I knew better I had done all my research and knew exactly where I was on my credit score..and it wasnt bad..and still they tried to stick me with a subprime bank..with a 22.5 APR..I came home and applied with Chrysler Capital Chase bank BB@T bank and Brazos valley schools credit union..and got approval with no more than 4.0 APR with each and every one of those loans...Lithia is a crock dealership..this one in Bryan is Im not saying all of them..Thanks bluebonnet dodge..I Love my new RAM..

I would not buy anything from this pace at all I got a bigger truck from them because the one I had was getting to small for my family seen I got it on November 22 2020 I had it in the stop 18 times and I just took it back to the shop again for the same thing all this dealership wont is to sell you something so you can keep it in the shop all the time .. and just pay for it every month and not be able to even drive what you pay for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sales consultant misled me, regarding the value I was getting for my trade in. He sort of only vaguely pointed to a number and I looked at the total. I even said, so Im only __ upside down and he let me believe that, when in reality, it was twice that because they were counting tax credit or something like that. I finally realized that I wasnt getting the best deal when I was in Finance signing papers and he explained it to me but by that time I had been at the dealership for 5 hours (!!!) and I didnt want to haggle anymore, I just wanted to leave. Ingenious sales technique on their part but I will NEVER buy another vehicle from here again. I’ve bought 3 here in the past and I plan on getting a Challenger in the next few years, but I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

He was a fairly new salesperson, but was eager to accommodate us with exactly the vehicle we were looking for. When he didnt know the answer, he quickly found someone who did. The entire staff went out of their way on a very busy end of year sales day to make our car buying experience a pleasant one. The staff members were well versed on their products and services. We were very pleased with the energy and friendliness with which we were treated. Because it was so busy, it did take a tad longer than expected to get out the door. Great sales staff and I was able to get 90 percent of the features I wanted at a great price! The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of five is because they did not have someone on staff to detail the truck before delivery. It had nearly 500 miles of random people use/test drives and the inside showed it.
Willie did everything he promised he would do for my husband and I. He told me that he would have me in a vehicle today and guess who just pulled off the lot in my very first car purchase from a car lot 😁😁😁😁WE DID😘. I WOULD GIVE HIM 10 STARS IF I COULD. From my experience the team there has been very professional and accommodating. The maintenance side has been helpful and hasnt tried to nickle and dime me. Instead, I have had reliable support especially from a service manager by the name of Reyes (pretty sure thats right). I bought my 2015 Jeep new from them and have been going there for service regularly and havent regretted it.
We had an outstanding experience at Lithia! We have never purchased a jeep before so we were hesitant in the beginning. We showed up shortly before closing time just to glance at a car and although it was late, Devin greeted us with a smile and made us feel at ease with the process. He was very informational and a wonderful gentleman! Larry also stepped in to help us the process and gave us an amazing deal! I left feeling very excited about my purchase and my husband and we both felt that the staff was fabulous. Even the finance manager made the paperwork process less painful by being so nice :)
I inquired about a truck on the Lithia website, and within minutes I had an email in my inbox from Jennifer at Lithia. She was able to answer all my questions over email and I set an appointment to meet with her on Saturday morning to see the truck in person. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by very friendly staff at the front door (which is unusual for dealerships in this area). Despite the dealership being packed with other customers, Jennifer made herself available for a test drive immediately (as she promised in our email exchange). After the test drive, I asked that we put a deal together quickly and that I be allowed to test drive the truck for a few more hours (mainly to show the wife and get her approval). No problems whatsoever. I set a bottom line that I would agree to and Jennifer made it work. The finance office at Lithia is also unlike any other car buying experience Ive ever had. Number one, it was quick. And second, I didnt get sold anything extra that I dont need. I will definitely buy another vehicle from Lithia in the future.

My husband took his truck to the closest dealership in Katy, TX and was told he would have to come back at a later time for a recall notice to be repaired. When I call Lithia Chrysler in College Station they told him to bring it in and they would have it out in an hour. We are extremely satisfied with the level of service and sales we have received at Lithia. Keep up the good work.
Great service! The key is to get in line by 7:10am if you want to get in and out. I needed an air filter with my oil change and the service tech came to give me a price and verify the extra purchase was ok with me. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take and returned shortly there after. I really felt like they valued my time. I love that they got rid of the horrible sinking couch in the lobby. The chairs are comfy and the coffee definitely was heaven sent for my early morning start. I was out by 8:15am. Definitely a happy customer and I didnt break the bank!
I have been buying cars for over 40 years and I have had good and bad experiences but this by far was the best.. My experience actually covered about a week. Jenn was great in locating the Jeep that we were looking for. Be careful about how much they charge you and how unfair could it be. They asked $140 for just programming a key fob I got from amazon for my Challenger. It’s a service that can be done in just a minute!

The service center here is very professional. I always get my oil change done here for my Chrysler 300. They complete an oil change and tire rotate in a very timely manner and they always remember to put that little sticker up there in the corner of the windshield to remind you when to come back for the next service. The service advisors and technicians are always super friendly, all in all, this is the only place I would come to get an oil change done if you have a Jeep, CHRYSLER, or Dodge. Always top notch customer service over there at Lithia 👍🏻
A very comfortable and enjoyable buying experience. My sales rep was friendly and concerned. He even came in on his day off just for me. Who does that.The waiting lobby was comfortable and relaxed. The lobby was close in, not 30 feet tall of empty space. Very nice.
Beware! The service department is very corrupt. My son brought his Jeep for recalls and the service advisor had a mechanic look over the Jeep. The advisor then called me and told me of the excessive things wrong with the Jeep. The main problem with this visit was while replacing the clock spring they removed the bolt holding the steering wheel on. The advisor told me the whole steering column needed replacing which was not the case. The bolt cannot pop out. It is what keeps the steering wheel on. If it did pop out it would be in the compartment in the steering wheel. I picked the Jeep up and drove it home. Due to nothing holding the steering wheel on I could have been injured badly. The mechanics I brought it to made a video showing no bolt in the shaft. Due to their greed they left the bolt out. The other things that they said were wrong, were not. Ultimately the $4 bolt was put back in and the Jeep has been driving fine without the $6500 price for there corrupt work. Several mechanics told me to get an attorney, but I was not injured. If I could give them less than 1 Star I would. BEWARE!!!
Definitely recommend. If you are tired of the normal bull that you find at a car dealer, smoke and mirrors and shady stuff, then you need to go here. Straight forward, honest and ethical. I highly recommend Nick San Millian and Vince Brown. 2 stand up guys who will work their butts off to get you into a vehicle you not only love, but can afford.

Dont use this shop to do your maintenance or repairs. I had a engine swap and transmission swap done here. I took my Jeep to another shop afterward and paid quite a bit more to finish the job and correct issues they created. I was very disappointed with the quality of their work and the lack of attention to detail!
55 miles on the used vehicle I bought from them, check engine and transmission lights came on, found a bad vibration when hard braking that I didn’t notice during the SHORT test drive they took me on, with all the problems I am looking at another 2 grand in repairs. STAY AWAY FROM LITHIA! They obviously cleared the check engine codes so the problems wouldn’t be noticed. I’ll never give them another penny.
Maintenance overcharged me for work that was done on my jeep that was with warranty,I have issue with sales department also about a year ago I came by to look at a jeep the sales personnel didnt come out to assist me I even opened a door on one of the vehicles to take a look, the alarm went on and they just turned it off from inside I guess I didnt fit the criteria because a couple other jeep dealers in the Brazos valley treated me the same way, Huntsville, Madisonville and Brenham, I see that theres a good ol boy network around the area I went to Maryland a couple months later and purchased my jeep with not one problem, Ill never come to Lithia nor any other dealership in this area again.
