Scheduled a 1:00pm oil change appointment, check on my vehicle (while waiting) at 2:30pm and was told my car has not been serviced yet. I called prior to bringing my vehicle in for the appointment and was told the entire appointment would take 1.5 hours. So I decided to take an extended lunch and just wait. No one in the express service side offered me a bottle of water or anything the entire time I waited. No one in the express service side informed me of the wait time nor kept me informed of the status of my vehicle service. Just allowed me to sit there for 4 hours for an oil change. I finally paid and checked out at 4:00pm, no complimentary service or discount for staff being inconsiderate or apology given. I will drive my vehicle out of town to another Cadillac dealership for repairs and service before I ever return to Sterling again. The only positive was John in Major Service being of great customer service and answering a couple of questions I had and offering me a bottle of water while apologizing for the long wait for another department.

Do NOT take your vehicle to get serviced here. Last month, I went in for my regular oil change. Whoever worked on it, didn’t secure my oil cap correctly and oil was leaking out for the past month. It could have caused major damage to my engine. When I called today to explain all this to the service manager, he said he could not refund what I paid for the oil change. And that they could just look at it. WOW!! Do you really think any one is competent there after what just happened?! Never going back. Save your money and take it to a dealership that actually knows what they’re doing.

This for my mother’s experience there! She purchased a new Yukon there and it has eight recalls. She made her appointment to have them fixed and to get the oil change on a Tuesday 10 AM and on Thursday morning she went to pick it up they haven’t even touched it! The service advisor John Gibson was very rude to her and said she was throwing her last name around like she was supposed to be treated special! They are very disrespectful and and could have informed her that they were behind and could not get to her vehicle! We will never trade with this dealership again!

Jacob was a HUGE help! He made the car shopping experience super easy for me! He had all the cars lined up and waiting for me. He talked through each car with me and made sure each had what I was looking for. At the end we went through each and discovered the best one for me!! He was very accommodating to me and my very busy schedule. I will forever get my vehicles with him! You should too!

Had my car taken in to the collision center for repairs, told it would be a 1 day repair, 1 month later and theyre just getting around to finishing my car. Ontop of that trying to get ahold of anyone there is a nightmare. Ive spent the last month being put on hold or being told Id get a call back. I understand being busy, but theres a certain point where it just starts to feel like being ignored. Id give no stars if I could.

I dont have the best credit history & didnt have a big deposit but Jeff was very persistent in helping me, after 6 dealerships and driving 96 miles away I finally got a vehicle! They burned the midnight oil for me in making this work! If you need a car go see these people I grantee they will work with you! Love my Cadillac!

Jacob was great. He knew what type of car/suv I needed based upon my driving habits and needs. Took about 4 hours from the time we arrived to driving off the lot with the papers signed and I had expected that. I bought a Subaru for the first time and I was very surprised at the value of the vehicle. Great experience. I would recommend purchasing the 4 yr maintenance plan. It pays for itself in a year if you drive a lot.

While I cant get an oil/filter plus tire rotation under 3 hrs even when have an Appointment, I do like their trusted service and staff are friendly so I just drop it off in the morning and pickup when they call saying its ready. They always have it washed as well. Prices are reasonable for the expert trusted service .

Had my daughters car for repairs for a week - supposed to take 2 days. They did not even look at the car. In the end, my daughter went and picked up the car so now we are looking for another repair place. A super inconvenient waste of peoples time.

I worked with Jacob, and honestly he was an amazing person. Hes not like the stereotypical salesperson. He isnt trying to make a quick buck off of people. Genuinely, he is just a great person. He listens to what you want, doesnt give you bs, and just tells you straight up what you want to hear. Theres no beating around the bush and hes just the type of person that I wanted to talk to.I was new to buying a car, so Ive never had to deal with the whole car buying process. He walked me through it all and I ended up getting a great price on the car.Just as a pro-tip, remember to go in knowing what type of car you want. Jacob was incredibly patient with me, but no all salespeople are. Maybe just as to see Jacob.

Came here for the first time to put nitrogen in my tires. I felt bad since I showed up about 20 minutes before they closed but they were super gracious. Excellent customer service! The waiting lounge is awesome with two separate areas with cozy chairs and TVs. Coffee and doughnuts were served. It took them less than 20 minutes and didnt charge me! I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here, I am more than satisfied.

Kept telling me my truck would be done this day, then I wouldn’t hear anything so I would call to check on it. They then said not to call anymore they would call us. Once we did finally get the truck back there are several remaining issues and I was told to bring the truck back another day. Horrible customer service and the work done was not done well. Would never recommend doing any business here

I completed a service request online requesting a scheduled service on my 2016 Escalade and cited a vibration/rattling noise in/on my exhaust that I could hear at takeoff from a stop. I received a confirmation that assigned Daniel Castillo as my service rep. I arrived at the dealership a few minutes early on my scheduled day. I stood by my vehicle...accustomed to someone coming out and greeting me and letting me describe my service needs. I could see Mr. Castillo sitting at the service desk. I walked in and announced I had an appointment and apologized for being a little early (25 minutes). I confirmed my needs with Mr. Castillo and he immediately described that what I was experiencing was normal. I explained to him that it was not normal and had only started a couple of weeks ago....the vehicle had 40,000 miles on it. Mr. Castillo never left his sitting position to greet me or talk with me. I could see no evidence of a disability that would prevent him from either standing or smiling. I waited in the waiting room and was called by the cashier that my vehicle was ready. I passed by Mr. Castillo on the way out....yep, still sitting. He did not acknowledge me as I past him. I got to my vehicle and read through the work order and could not find anything regarding my noise issue. I walked back to Mr. Castillo and ask what was discovered regarding the noise I described. Again, never standing to talk with me, he explained that a technician was not available to look at it and I should make another appointment. Really?? I drove 50 miles one way for that appointment! I will tell you when I will make my next service appointment while he is there......NEVER.

I have had work done on my Mercedes at Sterling three times in the past year due to one major and two minor collisions. I have been extremely pleased with their services each time. Their staff is friendly, knowledgable and would call me with updates on my car while it was in the shop. If I called them with a question and my consultant wasnt available at the time, I was called back within the next hour or two. My car has always been fixed within a reasonable amount of time given the circumstances. Ive also never had a problem with my car after their services. Excellent quality work & great customer service. Highly recommend

Tim Smith is a excellent sales consultant. I took most of his day up because I was not leaving there until I found the perfect SUV to fit into my budget. After test driving about 4 vehicles and going through numbers and my trade in we finally found the right one 7 hours later. I felt bad for keeping his time tide up but, through it all Tim was very outgoing and patient. I highly recommend him to anyone. Also I want to give attention to all the financial group because they also do one heck of a job of putting numbers together to help you to where you want to be. So thank you all at Sterling Auto for wonderful Customer service care. I will definitely highly recommend people to you because I know yall care instead of just throwing numbers together!

I bought a used car from Sterling, I got an extra pkg. On it. The trunk started to leak. It took a week to fix, but it wasnt their fault, it had snowed and my parts got stuck. They were nice and gave me a loner car. Excellent P.R. skills, by John. Rained again no leaks. Happy.

Worst experience with a repair shop to date. Taking forever to get our car back. It’s been a month so far. They received the replacement engine last week, they put us on the back burner to repair another car ahead of ours because “that customer needs their car immediately”. I guess we have all the time in the world and don’t actually need our car, huh?We were told that there was only “a few hours of work left to do on that car”, so they should begin installing the new engine Friday. Nope. Never got started on it.Called them today they just began working on it and they said they didn’t think it would be ready by Tuesday.Wednesday is the 4th of July and they will be closed. So maybe it will be ready by Thursday. Maybe.When I told them I’m heavily pregnant and about to give birth anytime now so we need our car as soon as possible, the person flatly responded with, “Congratulations. We can’t work any faster”.This is costing me and my husband a lot of money and frustration because he is having to pay a coworker to borrow their car. Due to our car being in the shop for over a month now, we are shelling out upwards of $800 just because of all this ridiculousness.We have explained our situation to them several times already and yet this continues.Clearly they don’t care.

Sterling did some work on a truck for us recently and the overall experience was terrible. While they did the body work beautifully, the service was below par and they left a lot of loose ends. For starters they had the truck over two months and knew an exact date we would be back to pick it up. We informed them that we would be coming through town on business and we were PROMISED it would be done. We were stuck in town waiting on the truck for TWO days. Theres paint smudges on interior and running boards and the mirror they replaced should have a functioning internal turn signal and it isnt working. Just disappointed we were basically put on the back burner and then they rushed and left loose ends.

TERRIBLE! Every time a car comes back from Sterling, it seems to manifest a new problem. Either this company is staffed by inept repairman, or they are possibly a tad unscrupulous in their business practices. Either cause is a good enough reason to steer clear of this company, and warn anyone else to do the same.

I only had work done on my Yukon because we had a blow out. My Yukon was fully covered and my adjustor had no problem with the claim. However the body shop did. They also kept telling us different things that were untrue such as our car was already in paint and body, We called the next day o check on it and another representative told us that our car had not even been painted. I consider myself to be and honest hardworking person but to be treated like this when all I truely wanted was the company that deals with GMC products to work with my GMC has become a curse.
