No respect for customers time.When I called to let them know I was on my way, they informed me that I WAS NOT IN THEIR SCHEDULE!I explained that this was the second time they do this to me and the only solution they were able to offer me was and I quote, You can come and drop off the vehicle, but we wont do anything to it any time soon!.Can you believe that?!? I am taking my business somewhere else where they know how to manage a schedule and have more respect for their customers.Weeks in advance, I called to schedule my car to get service at their location. I called and confirmed the drop-off of my car. Only to be informed that I was not in their schedule and nobody knew why or what happened. I sucked it up and requested to be added to their schedule, cause they explained and I quote, thats the only way we can ensure that everyone gets their vehicles service on time!. Thus I was scheduled for Wednesday, September 22nd, two days from my initial pseudo appointment. When I called to let them know I was on my way, they informed me that I WAS NOT ON THEIR SCHEDULE, AGAIN!!!

Amazing experience. Both of the guys that helped me were extremely knowledgeable and got what I needed done. Insurance was able to cover everything and they got it done within a few days! Amazing quality. My car looks brand new :). Definitely would recommend to anyone thats never tried, or to try again lol.

My experience here was great! They took care of the scratch on my truck and left it looking new! Oscar was even willing to stay late for my to pick up my vehicle after they closed! I 100 percent recommend this body shop!

Hail damage, work was ok on the exterior but became visible after time going the paintless route. Interior trim that had to be removed and replace was damaged but didnt present until months later.

Truck had a lot of damage from May hailstorm. It was a tough fix, but Sam and his guys got it done. 100% satisfied and confident if any issues arise later theyll take care of it.

Going to the collision place is usually a terrible experience. However, this store not only took care of the issue we had, but also showed great salesmanship. They called numerous times (my husband and me) to set up the appointment and made sure we were well taken care of. This was our first time at the store and absolutely felt comfortable. Hopefully, we don’t have a car issue again. However, this would surely be our first option if we / our close friends need assistance. Special shout out to Liz who was amazing 🙂

Very friendly, I got my truck sooner than expected and it was extremely clean/washed when I picked it up, made me VERY happy!

A person hit my parked car and tore up my back bumper so I took it in here and they fixed it in three days! 3 days y’all!!! Very quick turnaround and my car looks GREAT!! Liz at the front desk is so sweet and I was even given a ride by another employee over to the rental car place so I wasn’t waiting around too long, which I appreciated very much. Overall, super great experience for repairing my first auto accident! thank y’all so much👍🏻

Extremely poor customer service on the part of the body shop, can’t remember the ladies name but extremely rude and likes to talk over you, misinformed me on how I should begin to resolve my issue which led to her wasting my time

Very friendly staff and kept me updated on the car, there were to random scratches on the dashboard that werent there when I brought the car in, but other than that it was an overall good experience working with them
