I took my car in to get an oil leak fixed. they didn’t put more oil in my car so i did it myself and my car was still leaking oil. charged me 1400 for the service

Went in for a 30 min break job with all the parts and everything ready, they wouldn’t take me in cause it was “almost closing time”... I went in 2 hrs before they were supposed to close and they barely had any cars in there. Terrible attitude too definitely won’t be going back.

Honest service

We came to Chris Lambert for a 2nd opinion on a Hummer A/C problem. We were given a price of $1760.00 for complete A/C system replacement from a place we have done business with before. Chris evaluates the Hummers A/C and tells us that we only needed to replace one part....not the whole thing. He saved us over $1300.00! He did find another repair that needs to be done in the next few months & we will be back to have him fix it.

Larry and his team are THE most honest, accommodating and efficient car repair that I have ever meet in the US or elsewhere.Whenever I have a problem with my car, I show up and it get taken care of the same day, usually the look at the problem instantly. Even if there were cheaper car repairs around, to this day, they have saved me hundreds of dollars because they were honest and only fixed what was really necessary.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!Here are a couple of examples:My car broke down and was towed to Larrys C&L by AAA. The guy from AAA said, that a particular part was probably broken and needed to be replaced. So, I told Larry the diagnosis from AAA. He said, if that was the case, the part alone was $500 with work hours probably around $700. Larry and his team looked at the car. One hour later, I got a phone call. Larry told me it wasnt the part that AAA said was broken, it was a rusty wire that needed to be replaced - $50! I bet anywhere else, they would have just repaired the car for $700. Larry was super honest!I had a flat tire and was again towed to Larrys C&L. The towing took 2 hours. The tire was fixed right away and I drove off the parking lot within 20min for $20.Month later, I ordered some tires with him and asked if the current ones were still good for a trip to Houston and back until the new ones came in. Larry looked at the tires. He found another nail in one of them (!), fixed it right away - no costs! His response: You are changing your tires with us next week, its fine.My check engine light came on the other day. Larry and his team looked at it and said it was probably a vacuum switch, but they found the oil to be low and filled it up again. I asked him what I owed, he said: Nothing, thats fine, you are doing plenty of business with us.These are just awesome people that are very hard to find these days.

The people are pretty friendly and helpful. The work is on the higher side for cost but they do good work.

Called for information, was told at the end, quite rudely, that my expectations are too high and good luck to me. My family and I have used them for years, this one conversation was enough to terminate that relationship.
