EVERY time I go there, the service is amazing. The last couple of times Ive been there, theyve been drowning, but they still have treated me like Im the most important individual there.Even when the correct answer is, Im sorry but youre going to have to get a new tire, they are polite and professional. They explain why, and they go over the reasons.One time I just knew Id have to get a new tire. The response from the gentleman was, Look, Id love to sell you a new tire. And if you insist, Ill be happy to. But the truth is, you dont need one. We can patch things up and youll be good as new. And they did. I got another 6 months out of those tires - until a nail impaled itself in the sidewall. (I swear my back tires are nail magnets.)The people are nice, courteous, and professional. They know their job and they take care of me like Im a part of their family.

Everything was fine. Employees were professional and pleasant. I had to buy all 4 new tires, but happy about that or that theres more even a slight discount offered for 4. Im not quite sure if Im satisfied with my purchase.

Vehicle was ready EXACTLY when they said it would be. Came in for a tire rotation and they were very open and honest with me. They let me know the risks involved with trying to stick it out with the old tires, and they helped me make a smart choice on new tires. 10/10 on service AND they have a military discount!

I was in last April looking for a certain tire and Nicholas even called Michelin for me. Turned out the tire is discontinued but I found some left elsewhere. I went back with wheels from another vendor and even though he hadnt been able to make a sale Nicholas followed up with great service to get them mounted and balanced. He was super polite and helped me unload/load. This is why Ive used Discount in Colorado,(they were great as well) and Ill continue using them here in Texas.Thank you Nicholas!

On behalf of my mother: “This location is quick to take your money but is not interested in helping you after. I went to this location yesterday for a free tire pressure check after one of the tires I purchased from them was low. Instead of having a drive thru set up like every other Discount Tire I’ve been to, they told me they would check me in and have me wait like an actual service…. Then quoted me a 45 minute wait JUST to check my tire pressure (literally a less than 1 minute task). I tried to speak to the manager about the situation but he was dismissive and didn’t see this as being a ridiculous request from a customer who had already spent money on the product. He claimed that’s just how they do things. I spoke with corporate… the representative was nice and said they would have the manager call (still waiting) but I honestly don’t expect much of a response. I suggest going to any other location as this one doesn’t seem to care about upholding the quality of their product or will only do so begrudgingly.”

The waiting time was a lot less than what it used to be. I really like their service add staff.

I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for many years. When my wife and I moved down from the Dallas area to College Station, we made the connection with the team off Highway 6 at Towne Center and they have been taking care of us for the past four years. Usually I take our vehicles in because I enjoy maintaining our vehicles and bantering with the staff but my wife had unrepairable nail damages in one of her tires and I was not in town to deal with it as per the norm. I sent her to Discount Tire without questioning their ability to take good care of her. With the winter storm blowing in, Discount was extremely busy as everyone was attempting to proactively get their tires setup before the weather and it did take longer than we would have wanted but it was understandable and expected. Despite their full schedule, my wife told me that Scott, the manager, took great care of her and she felt like she was a valued customer. They even took time to apologize for the wait and worked to get her up and running on a great price for four new tires. I had known we were getting close to new tires and would be going in a matter of weeks. Discount wasnt pushy or focused on sales, they simply presented a need that I knew was important as far as safety and the bad weather coming in and we were preparing to take care of anyway. Honestly, I was extremely thankful to Scott and the team at Discount for reminding me, especially before the severe weather that it was time. So we went ahead an knocked it out. My wife and I will continue to be loyal customers to Discount Tire because of the personal attention of Scott and his team.

Decently fast service for as busy as this place gets. Apply fir their financing and you can pay off your tires over a period of 6 months or longer depending on the price, interest free. (Just make sure you pay it off in time)

EXCELLENT customer service & great attitudes!!Came in with a flat tire + a flat spare (from years back I had forgotten to replace)Left in under an hour with a new tire + a complimentary(!) spare tire;Total was around 55$ after adding the tire warranty (shouldve been closer to 200$+).They truly care for their customers safety. Had an appointment for 4:45 and showed up 20 minutes early, after checking in I was told a sales rep would be out in about 10 minutes. The sales rep came out 5 minutes before my appointment time to verify the service I was there to recieve. Once the rep had everything set he tells me itll be 2-1/2 hours to which I responded, hows that when I have a 4:45 appointment. He proceeded to look at me with confusion then said, oh yeah my bad thatll be 45 minutes to 1-1/2hours. I questioned the wait since I had an appointment and he responded that Id have waited over 2 hours without one. What kind of business even has appointment times if they cant keep them? Went to Rodriguez tire on 21 without an appointment and was out in 12 minutes.

Nice friendly knowledgeable staff. They were packed. It took 2hrs for me to get in and out of the store. So the best way to get your service done is to make an appointment with them.

I got there early to my appointment and they got me in and out in less that 30 min for 4 new tires. There was a small hickup one of my tire pressure sensors was reading zero after the other three tires came up. I went back and they quickly fixed and I was on my way yes I recommend them as things happen and they resolved it

Discount Tire has always been good to us and is our go-to place for over 10 years now for any tires or repairs we need. The only reason Im giving it a 4 star is because of the service we received from a worker named Dylan during check in this morning. The young man dragged his feet and took forever to get to our vehicle, and didnt want to hassle with filling out the paperwork himself, so he forced us to use the scanning app. Please place people with good work ethic, people skills, and hustle to deal with customers because workers like this young man leave a bad impression with customers.

Very professional and courteous staff, the prices and value are good. I like the scan qr for checking in, what good way to embrace technology.I like the product and the service, I recommend this location.

Had ordered my tires on the website and set my appointment for 9am today. I showed up 10 mins early and had someone meet me in the parking lot, in the rain! They checked me in and had my truck in the bay right at 9am! I sat in the waiting area and exactly 20 mins later I was called up and told I was ready to go! 20 MINUTES!!! I was expecting to be there AT LEAST 1 hour! Super speedy! Super friendly! Super organized! I almost wish I had more vehicles that needed tires! I HIGHLY recommend this tire shop!

I never write bad reviews but everytime I would go to this discount tires they always try to just sell me a tire when nothing is wrong with them.When I went to simply check the tire pressure they pointed out that one of my right back passenger tires was completely stripped. Coincidentally, this tire I had purchased elsewhere and was new (goodyear). My other three tires i had purchased with them only 4 months ago. I ended up just leaving because wasnt buying a new tire. And they didnt even put air in the tire that was low.Fast forward only 2 weeks later and the front passenger tire that I had purchased with them completely blew out on the highway. My question is why didnt they put air in my tire like I asked instead of trying to sell me a tire, on a perfectly fine tire.They dont care about doing the job right or about their customers they simply care about sales. I dont know if they were just trying to get a quick buck from me because I am a women or if they truly are on a sales crunch. I wont be returning to this discount tire. For those who do go. Pay attention to them trying to upsell you.

I stopped because as I was driving by, I noticed my tire pressure light was on. My truck is fairly new and still has factory tires. The guys at Discount Tire fixed my tire (screw in back passenger) at no cost! These tires came on the truck but, I assure you that when its time to purchase a new set. Discount Tire has the sale.

Ordered and scheduled ahead of time online. I arrived early and before fully parking there was already a tech walking my way to get my information. I was told it would be a little bit of a wait. Still prior to my scheduled time, they already had me pulling into bay 1. During the process it became clear that one of the techs was either still in training or this was fully day one for him. Even so, any worries I had were quickly diminished. Most if not all of the techs were willing to help him out and catch any potential costly, if not deadly, mistakes. Something that often goes unnoticed is white wall in or out. Prior to a single tire being mounted, they clarified and got right to work. Although it took a little longer than expected with the new tech. Overall, this was a great experience and it was handled professionally from start to finish.

I prices matched to Amazon and they saved me over $200. Grade A.

Brought in tire with a nail. They patched it (free), but it wasnt holding. They trouble shot, surmised it wasnt the patch, but the wheel, so I bought a new wheel and went home. Still leaking. Went back up there, hoping to get refund, get the old wheel back, and buy a new tire. For the trouble, they just let me keep new wheel, refunded the cost, and then put on a new tire, all for free. Was not expecting that!

Went in for air in tires of Camper & Truck. They took care of me quickly. 2 of their guys guided me to back my little rig from 1 end to the other. They offer real good customer service 👏!

They are always so knowledgable and helpful. They checked my tires and said I shouldnt need new ones for awhile. They are honest and wont sell you something you dont need.

I paid $1000 for four new tires, I was told to call in advance so I don’t have to wait inline. When I showed up to get the tire installed, the service guy denied this policy and I was frustrated with why they have to lie to make a buck! Sad! ASK FOR JARED! I had a bad experience with one of their employees but after Jared, the Assistant Manager, heard about it he contacted me. I went back and purchased 6 NEW tires from Discount Tires because JARED was great to work with. He took care of me from start to finish. I did NOT have to deal with anyone else but him from the minute he contacted me till the time I drove off with my NEW tires! He apologized and worked hard to remedy the situation to our satisfaction. Despite the initial failure, they came through for us.****ORIGINAL 1-STAR REVIEW FOLLOWS****Service so bad Im writing my first ever review...We need to replace a set of tires. On August 31st we contacted Discount Tire at 3001 Towne Center Way in Bryan via phone. During that call we selected our tires and made arrangements to drop our vehicle there at 7:30am on 9/4 for the work to be completed at their convenience that day. The drop off time was very important to us and discussed in detail with the shop.Upon arriving at the store this morning about 7:25am, the lobby had multiple employees behind computers with many more still arriving. I waited until 7:30 and approached the door (with appropriately worn mask) to find it locked. I waited just outside for just a few moments until an employee came to the door and instructed me to wait in my car until 8:00. I stated that I made prior arrangements to drop off my key and vehicle at 7:30 for work to be complete later. The employee restated that I had to wait in my car until 8:00. No exceptions.If thats your policy, I can accept that without any issue. But dont make other arrangements with customers who then rely on that commitment. We could have brought the vehicle at a different time.

Their website shows that they carry certain tire sizes. You make the appointment to get the tire, but when you arrive, you are told that they no longer carry that particular size. THANKS FOR WASTING MY MORNINGI went to Walmart. Got the same tire at a much lower price. Why not buy a tire Walmart? They are everywhere and open on sunday. BTW their road hazard warranty is cheaper and just as good.

I came into Discount Tire with a screw in my tire. Of course it was low on air and I put air in it. The reason Im writing though is because with Covid 19 is they do things different here. You check in at a tent outside as you drive in, then you wait in your car, which allows for you to read your own book, or listen to your own music, or or walk around. The reason Im writing is because they also asked you to drive your car into the bay and you can usually wait in the car. What that gave me was the first opportunity to actually watch these guys at work. They are hustling! Im watching Colin, Connor, Cam, Ryan, I cant read the other guys names. These guys work hard and they are focused. Im glad I do business here!

Service was good. My tire had a nail on it and they fixed it for free since the previous owner of my car put tires with warranty, which was pretty cool! I spent around 50 minutes since they were busy, but I just had a bite and when I came back it was ready. Would recommend!

Ive been a Discount Tire customer for many years - 8 cars & 2 mowers worth - and they have never disappointed. Road hazard warranty is totally worth it if you go offroad occasionally like I do. Free flat repair is just icing on the cake.

Was in there today and peter helped me. I had a special circumstance and he went out of his way to accommodate me. During the course of servicing my tire I complicated things but if he was frustrated he hid it well. He was very courteous and as always I got excellent service. Discount tires never disappoints in giving prompt excellent service!

Today I was not pleased with the lazy service of the check in kid. Other then that especially the one in CS off of the WD Fitch Ive been very pleased with them.
