Having a vehicle towed is not a good thing but All Star made this as simple and easy as could be. Hands down the best experience. Great customer service, fast service and very professional.

These guys ripped us off by telling us $400 to pull us out of some grassy sand. And then they jacked the price to $2,300!! I will never call them again.

How the heck... why would a towing place charge me $700 when my car is only $500. That’s ridiculous. Absolutely pathetic. I always dreamed I would total my car by wrapping it around a telephone pole, not parking illegally.

Well two years ago I reviewed this place and its time I do again. This time instead of just breaking down and getting good timely service, I was involved in a wreck that ultimately totaled my car. I had the police call All Star to tow my vehicle and they were there in 10 minutes. I was on the other side of College Station towards Navasota, so that is pretty quick! He was very helpful and made sure I got all of my belongings I needed out of my car, considering I was all shook up, before he took my car away. When it came time for the insurance to haul away my car All Star made it super easy to gather the rest of my belongings. SO if your in need of a tow call this guy!

Wish I could give no stars. This place is terrible. The owner does not even live here or run the store. He is in Dallas and has a driver who does not know a dang thing running it. Was extremely rude, and could not find my vehicle even after being given directions and he googled the location himself as well. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Was given a ride back to my vehicle by a friend and when I called the driver back he did not answer, so I called the store. The guy in the store did not even answer the phone. He picked up and grunted as if that is a professional way to treat customers calling. I told them my location and said that he didnt know where that was. (student computing center). Asked if i needed to give more directions, and he said that I could take my negativity elsewhere and HUNG UP ON ME. I called Garcia towing, they were there in 30 minutes and yes it was $5 dollars more but way worth it. Do Not Use All Star. They are the worst!!!!!

I used these guys after my grandfathers truck broke down in the middle of 2818. They were at the truck within 20 minutes of being called, and picked the truck up very quickly and got it out of harms way. The driver (I forgot his name) was super polite and helpful, even helping my grandpa into the truck so he didnt have to walk to my car. Rate was extremely reasonable for the level of service that was provided. Hopefully I dont have to call for a tow again, but when I do these guys will be my go-tos.

My company-out of Beaumont, had a Bobcat break down near Bryan, TX. I called many places and could not find anyone that had a flatbed to move the Bobcat. Jean could not help me directly, but he spent sometime and found a person that could. He was very helpful and prompt. I really appreciated the time he spent. Thanks

Worst experience ever. They answer the phone rudely. Dont know how to find my vehicle with accurate directions. Then wanted to charge an extra $25 to pick me up so I could take him to the vehicle.Got a ride by myself and the driver wouldnt take my call. Called the main line and they said take my negativity somewhere else and hung up on me.

I recently had an encounter with All Star Towing the other day. I walked out to find my car being towed and it was $125 to drop it. The man who was towing my car was extremely rude and cursed at me and constantly yelled at me while I was waiting for my mom to bring me money. After calling my car a POS, he smoked a cigarette and was still continuing to be extremely rude making references that, My dog didnt die its not a big deal. This was the worst customer service I have ever received and will not be supporting All Star Towing in any form.

These comments posted must be fake!!!! Allstar Towing Company are a bunch of crooks and they are prejudice against African-Americans. They will be reported to the Texas Department of License and Regulations.I do not want to give no performance stars but to post, you have to select one.

Didn’t even receive service from them, but their driver just about hit me in a parking lot and cussed me out pointing at my stop sign, not realizing he was about to hit me, a stopped vehicle, stopped at my stop sign.
