Had them install a 6112/5160 Bilsteins with a BMC, 2” Icon spring in the back and 285s put on! Called multiple shops around town, but the only one that would even attempt a BMC! Very well done work! They worked with my crazy schedule and kept me in the loop. Will return for future projects on my 4Runner!

I spoke to several other shops that said they could not do it and keep my brush guard. I walked in on Monday morning and asked if they could have it complete so I can leave on a trip Saturday morning. They got it done a day early, and the set up worked flawlessly. I will continue to use these guys.

This place is great. I had a big dent in my bumper and they sold me a take off. I was a little skeptical about the fitment but the guy I talked to assured me that it would fit. I got it on and it looks great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, after hours of research I found nothing about the compatability of these bumpers and they knew right off that it would work. They really know their stuff!

Called several times and left a message twice asking for a quote on some work I am needing to get done. They did call me back after the first call telling me I needed to speak to Chris but never received a call and not a single call was returned after that first call. I was referred to them by several people and really wanted to work with them but ended up having to go elsewhere.

Chris and his crew just completed a 6 lift on my 2020 F150. These guys did a great job. From the beginning I felt like I knew Chris and trusted his opinion and expertise. Chris assisted in the selection of the lift, tires, and wheels. The crew took time to ensure everything was done correctly and stayed in communication with me throughout the process by informing me on the order status and delivery of parts, and keeping me updated throughout the install process. We had a broken leaf spring on our fifth wheel. We were on a trip to the coast and no one could help us. Found these wonderful folks, pulled in and Chris got right on it. Had us fixed up in a couple of hours and back on the road. They saved our entire trip.

They have done work on my last 3 vehicles and I was treated fairly and got great service with every one of them. Recently I tried to get in to get minor work done and was told they were far too busy to get to it for at least a week or two, but instead of ending it there they recommended another very reputable local shop that I previously knew and trusted unbeknownst to them to get the work done. That kind of honesty and willingness to help even if they dont get the business means a lot, and it definitely means they will continue to get my future business when applicable.

We are travelling across the US in our RV and we had a problem with our Blue OX tow bar. We called them and Nick ordered the parts that we needed and had them available when we arrived. The repair was done promptly and at a fair price. We were very pleased with the service and quality of their work. Highly recommend.

Took an aftermarket bumper to get sprayed and they just sprayed over old paint and got over spray on my truck. Also have taken money from people without fixing their trucks properly or within a week the vehicles they work on start having problems. Would not recommend going here.

Amazing customer service! I went in the shop with a list of parts I needed for an issue with my truck. Almost immediately, Chris came out from behind the counter and said put away your card, lets go for a ride. He drove my truck, showed me several tips and tricks, and explained my issue (a 70-74mph vibration) was actually something very easy that I could fix myself. I asked how much I owed (since every other shop in town charges a $120+ diagnostic fee) and he said no charge. I grew up in this area and have dealt with almost every shop in town and have now found a new home. Any shop that says they value honesty over revenue is where my loyalty lies. If you have any truck accessory need, suspension, aftermarket part or upgrade, this is the shop in the Brazos Valley to visit. Texas Customs will get my business from now on.

My first experience with Texas Customs was very positive so I returned when I needed the same service again. The staff did a great job installing the lift on my Tahoe and have really been helpful working out any kinks in the system. I highly recommend these guys. They really know their business and provide great service.

Fantastic quality and service!I thought my converted cargo trailer was a goner, and was ready to replace it.. Texas Customs not only saved it, they made it better than new!! The upgraded axles have been an absolute lifesaver! They also worked with my hectic schedule, as I use the trailer daily and cant be out of service for very long.Im taking it back next month to have some more work done, and look forward to doing business with them again! Chris and the guys are great. They have used their equipment and expertise to make me custom brackets/signs and their work has always been excellent. The guy that is complaining about it taking an hour to get his truck the shop has obviously never been to a shop where unfortunately sometimes they get backed up and cant get right on it even though they would love to. I have another shop in town and sometimes we get stuck on a job and it takes longer than we planned. That being said, Chris and his crew have made my life easier on a number of occasions. Thank you for the great service!

Excellent team!! Setup my auto for flat towing with my motor home. Used Demco base plate for the auto, Demco Dominator towbar and Demco Air Force One break controller. Chris, Cody and David are easy to talk to and kept me in the information loop all the way. Went with me for a test drive to ensure all systems were working as designed. Recommend them highly!!

I have had 3 different trucks worked on here and theyve always done a great job. I had the most recent one in this past week for a lift and they did awesome, had it done in one day, looks great. Always been friendly, honest, and reliable. Ill put it like this- I am from B/CS originally but live 2 1/2 hours away in east texas now. And anytime that i need anything done to my trucks, I WILL drive 2 1/2 hours just for the peace of mind i get by having them worked on at Texas Customs. Highly recommend to anyone.

Its hard to find a mechanic that truly cares but the Brazos Valley has an absolute gold mine with Texas Customs. They are extremely honest and will go over and beyond to please their customers. We have had them work on several of our vehicles and are always very pleased with the service we receive.

This Shop will take your money before they even know what the job Is, they are not professional. they do not do clean work, does not handle with care, and all they do is complain about the work they agreed to do.

These guys are great!! I am from out of town and had a work traile break an axle on me and needed it back very quickly . Not only did they do a good job with my trailer, but they did it quickly and were very fair and friendly. I highly recommend this shop.

Came to Texas Customs on the recommendation of a friend and they did not disappoint. They installed my new front struts for a fair price as well as fixing another problem in my suspension. While on the lift the tech found that my motor mounts were broken and probably saved me thousands by catching that. Nobody in College Station is as friendly and professional as Chris. I will be coming back!

Texas customs has excellent customer service, Im often greeted by name when I walk in. Im treated fairly and with respect. I dont know alot when it comes to auto care but they always take their time to explain it to me. The owner Chris is so nice, such a family man. Ive taken my car there before when another shop said I need and expensive fix. I took it to Chris for a second opinion and ended up saving a ton of money when he did not recommend that expensive fix. I wasnt even charged for him taking a look. They have definitely won me over. I often feel like shops try to sell me stuff because Im a woman and dont know. Texas customs has never tried to sell me anything I dont need. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!

This has nothing to do with the service at their shop but how they act in PUBLIC on highways!!! They (Chris-the owner of Texas Customs) absolutely run people off the road and flip them off as they drive by. What a way to advertise your business with the name of the company on the truck. Who would do business with people like this???!! ONLY IDIOTS would make that choice! Good thing the people they tried playing Chicken with and running off the road had a dash camera. They have reported this to the Bryan Police department and put it on social media. They have special connections since they are in the business as private investigators.

Didn’t appreciate that they don’t coordinate and don’t take pride in the word done. Vehicle is all scuffed up and interior was left stained.
