Just needed an 18650 for my flashlight and they were able to help but I got the ninth degree of questions because I didnt have my flashlight with.

Theres only a couple companies left that make batteries, so all the stores are selling the same thing. The brand names are virtually meaningless for basic car batteries.I was quoted $140 for a battery for my V6 SUV. That seemed high to me, so I called Fleet Farm and payed $94 for the exact same item with a different sticker and a better warranty.Shop around.

Although im glad my phone is not cracked. Now im having issues with my phone glitching after they repaired my screen. Thats frustrating and i learned my lesson. Should have taken my phone to the apple store :(

Bought a Duracell Ultra at this location a year ago for my car. Battery came with a 3 yr warranty. Dealership tested battery during a routine service and said that something was wrong with it. Voltage and cold cranking amps were low even after they charged it. Went in to Batteries Plus with my receipt purchase receipt and the dealership notes. Everything was handled professionally and the battery was replaced under warranty at no expense to me. Kudos to the customer service rep who took care of me today. Makes it highly likely that my next battery will be purchased at Batteries Plus. I am a happy customer.

Friendly guy that helped me today. It was a lot easier to just tell them what I wanted vs trying to find it myself. I usually only come here for specific button batteries and will continue to do so since they seem to have a significantly better selection than any other store in the area.

I would leave a negative star review if possible. My wife comes to the store, tells them she has a bad battery. She buys it and advise the them she needs it changed for her as it says we in stall batterys right on the window. It negative sub artic temperature out side. What is she meet with ohhhhh ummmm we dont change the battery to that car... now I called 3 outher stores yes thay do. But ok even if thay dont then thay should have said iam sorry we cant do that for you. Would you like a full refund?so that you can go somewhere that thay can help you with that. Save your self the hassle and the disappointment fleet farm is right up the road an Maynard is in the parking lot. Get your self some real customer service not customer failure.

I made an appointment online so that they could replace the battery of an iphone. The technician first tested the cell phone to make sure that the battery was the problem, and after the diagnosis that took a few minutes, he told me to return later to pick up my cell phone in an hour and a half. The work was very well done. The cell phone has no marks that show it was opened. Excellent work and price!

Brought in two batteries to be tested and the person helping me was getting the test equipment ready when another employee walked by and said the first on will be bad and the second needs water, dont even bother testing They measured 5 volts on the one battery that I had just measured 13 volts on and refused to test it, I went home and measured 13 volts on it and then went to the auto parts store to get it load tested and it tested out fine. I checked the water level on the other battery and it was full, that one also tested fine. The people at this store should maybe start helping customers instead of trying to act like they know everything. I wont even drive in the parking lot of the place any more and I suggest you do the same. You would probably have better luck getting your batteries tested at Chuck E Cheeses!Edit in response to the owner: Safety precautions are understandable but your team did not even look at the batteries before telling me I needed new ones and telling me they were bad without looking at them

I highly recommend this location for cell phone repair.The manager, Aaron, provided above-and-beyond customer service. I was in a tough position after receiving a poor repair job from a different location. Aaron did more than was necessary to make sure my phone was fixed up right and I was satisfied, even though it wasnt this location that had made the error.

Brought various batteries to recycle including rechargeable and lithium. I was told to just dump them. I called to ask if i could recycle there before i went. They should not say they recycle if they actually dont. More important yet they shouldnt encourage dumping if hazardous materials. Recycled them at the county drop center instead.

On 07/25 I called the Brooklyn Park location at 7:45pm, inquiring about the purchase of an AGM car battery. The salesperson, James, answered the phone and helped me with identifying what I needed for my car. When I heard the stored was closing at 8:00pm, I started to panic. I couldnt get there in time. James spoke with his manager, Corey, and let me know they could wait a few extra minutes for me to get there. Long story short, I arrived at their door at 8:05pm. Corey had the battery waiting for me and allowed me to complete the purchase. He even carried the battery out to my car for me! I am highly impressed with the quality of customer service I received and will be telling all my friends. EXCELLENCE in SERVICE!

Ordered on line. Received e-mail saying the batteries we ready. Showed up to pick them up and only one person working. Waited in line to find out that their stock was off. Ended up taking 1/2 hr to find this out. The associate called another store and had to drive there to pick them up.The associate did the best he could to help but not enough people on duty. I expected that by ordering on line the pick up process would be much better.

Got an email when the order was ready. When I got there to pick it up they were ready and waiting for me. They were very helpful, everything went quick and easy. This is the only way to buy batterys, and the best place.

They offer to install your battery (car) however when I pulled up, they were telling another lady that they are not able to install as the connector was corroded onto the post. When it came down to getting my battery installed, I was told the same thing. That I had to go to a mechanic and have it done. I took my battery and left. I got home and changed it myself. I have never done this before, and it seemed that if this is something that is offered at a company, the employees should actually do it, not tell everyone they are not able to do it. Also, the guy that was helping me was extremely rude. No customer service skills at all. However the man that was helping the lady when I pulled up seemed to be very nice.

Got my iPhone screen replaced, after they finished the quality of the picture is totally different, and the phone will open apps without me touching it. they use very cheap screens, and they claim it to be an apple, ripoff. And when I came back to have look at, they said we can do nothing, you singed the contract.Stay away from this store, I wish I payed $50 more at apple store, and have it done properly with a real screen.

Order my car battery online and it was ready the same day. Came in the next day and had the new battery installed within 20 minutes. Way better than going to the dealership or a shop to get a new battery.

It was a good repair...a little glue sticking out from the glass which was easy to peel off...all good. but I was sent this poll 2x and the first one went to a link that doesnt exist...you should look into that.

The store had the products that I needed and more. My first sales person - Tanes - was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Assuming that the inventory on the shelf was good inventory - he sold me the 2 batteries that I needed. Unfortunately, when I got home my device didnt work with the new battery, so I checked the voltage of the battery and found the battery voltage to be low and had an expiration date that had passed over 16 years ago. I returned the battery and another sales person (not Tanes) gave me a replacement battery that was just as old and he didnt seem to know what an battery expiration date and battery stock rotation - was. I told him that I wanted a fresh battery and I think I ended up getting one. The manager of this store needs to put procedures in place to make sure the inventory he has in his store is good and fresh inventory and should check the voltage (under load) and expiration dates of the batteries before he sells them his customers.

I went to batteries to pick up a car battery. Excellent customer service, the battery was waiting for me and I had the old one with me so I was able to get money back right away. The exchange took all of 10 -15 minutes at the most.

Walked in shortly after open day after Christmas. Told rep I needed a car battery with high CCA & that I had just bought a Duracell battery at Sams club a month back & it failed to hold a charge in cold weather. Instead of trying to repair my faith in Duracell, rep preceded to argue with me, stating its not possible Sams club sells Duracell because the brand is proprietory and only batteries plus sells Duracell. Walked right out & went to Fleet Farm. Will never by at Brooklyn Park store, or buy a Duracell car battery again. Were done here.

You don’t offer free battery install, and charging for the core prior to purchase is silly. If I’m bringing a core for exchange, now I have to wait to get a refund. When I had the battery For exchange at pickup.
