Helpful people but they didnt have what I was looking for

There’s an employee at this particular store by the name of Nathan. Nathaniel P He is very knowledgeable and has such great customer service. I was greeted as I walked in the store not only greeted but with a smile which is very appreciative. Employee took his time to search for the item that I needed not just telling me the computer says we have it but we don’t. He offered to call another store to see if they have the part telling me exactly where the store was located although I did not need to go to that store because he was able to find a substitute part that would fit on my car. He took his time and was very patient. As I have always had great experiences at the store I just never had someone take their time to ask how my evening was going in to be sure that I got the correct item needed. So I want to thank you Nathaniel for all of your help this evening and I hope that you and your family have a wonderful holiday.

I was very pleased with the service I received the other day. I was not sure what my issue was, and one of the reps was very helpful. He figured out what was my issue explained it and told me my options. I believe his name is Oscar M. Very respectful!

Went inside and asked for a lightbulb replacement on a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee, employee gave me a Quote of $150 on a bulb which he said i had the LED bulb. Mind you the employee did not go to my suv and check to see if i did have LED bulbs or not. I said okay thanks i will look around. I then went right to o’reillys parts and they actually looked at my vehicle and told me it was NOT a $150 bulb. I saved $135 on a bulb that i didnt even need, let alone would have to go back to exchange the bulb. THANKS TO O’REILLYS AUTO PARTS FOR ACTUALLY HELPING ME.

I have never been to this location before, but knew I needed new wiper blades. I was on the way home and my wife noticed their sign so we doubled back to it. I was struggling to get my old wiper blades off and an employee came out to assist me. He got them off and we went in to get new ones. He showed me my options, without any sales pitch, starting at the lowest priced options and started towards the more expensive ones. I knew what brand I wanted, based on my experience, so he immediately got them for me and then put them on. I was very happy with my interactions here. My wife told me to give them a 5 Star review as she was impressed as well. So here I am. 😊 I will come back to this location for all my automotive needs.

Great customer service but didnt have the light bulb I needed.

Went into AutoZone to buy a portable car jumper and the only one that they have was a used(open box)/returned GB20 in stock. Desperate to get my car moving again after polar vortex; I bought it hoping it would work for me. The employee who was helping me, clearly stated that I can return it within the return policy time frame if it would not work for me. Upon trying it on my car battery, it was not powerful enough to jump my car as it was out of juice within 3 minutes of connecting it to my car. Took it back to the same AutoZone, this time it was a different employee and he was not friendly at all. The moment I walk in he shook his head and didnt even want to help me or ask what I needed. I walk up to the register and before I could even explain to him; He told me it is an open box and once it is open it is mine to keep. Explained to him the situation that I bought it as used(open box)/returned item, tested it, but did not work for me and that the previous employee who helped me told me I can return it within the time frame if it did work for me. He started to have an attitude and give me an annoying look, took the item from me, look at it, and then tells me sometimes they themselves open box up to check. Proceed to tell me it is mine to keep and nothing they can do since it is open box. Refuse to listen to me so I left and called my credit card company since they will do a better job at handling this case. AutoZone you just lost my business; The employee was very rude at handling this case. AutoZone when you want my money you false advertising me into buying, but when I return it, you dont want to honor it.Terrible customer service.

After getting wrong part for headlight from worker, a 2nd visit was most favorable as the correct part was provided at no charge AND installed for me!

I did not get any auto parts from AutoZone. But I did buy a couple tacos and a Mexican street corn from the taco truck sitting in their parking lot and it was amazing.

Went in there today. Sales Rep Glen refused to look up part numbers I had and asked for me to go onto my phone to confirm and show him what I needed. Turned out my numbers were right. Service didnt get much better from him since that moment. Worst service by him. Rest of staff I interacted with were great.

Went there and bought a guage for my crv and the refrigerant we bought didnt work. They helped us replace it. Good place 👍 honest people

Took battery in to be tested. It was Saturday almost at closing.I told employee I would pick it up Sunday. Went in approximately 12:00 and battery had not been tested yet.

Placed an online order to be picked up at this store and their online system indicated it was in stock at the store. After 2 1/2 hours, I still had not received the email saying it was ready for pickup. I called the store and spoke with someone who identified himself as the manager after I asked if there was someone else I could talk with that knew about the online orders; he told me that they have no control over the online ordering system, dont know anything about it, they had my order but the part wasnt in stock. I asked him to cancel the order and he said they cant do that because it is an online order and I had to call the online order folks. I found the 800 number for the online customer service and she told me that they could not cancel a pick up in store order and it needed to be cancelled at the store. I told her the story and she called the store, but the manager had already left; she talked to someone else and that person cancelled the order. I am still waiting for the Paypal notice that the payment has been returned. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AUTOZONE AGAIN.

Went in to the store looking for a passenger windshield wiper.. considering I am pretty new to this car I figured I could easily ask for help and it shouldnt be that difficult of a task for a Customer Service Guaranteed/Sales Representative. Little did I know it was one of the most stressful situations ever. I walked into the store asking for help and he directed me towards the windshield wiper book and told me to figure it out on my own.. then after calling some friends to help he then asked if I needed help and proceeded to look it up on his computer (figuring he would know how to key in the correct car descriptions) - well long story short he gave me the wrong windshield wiper and said if I couldnt figure it out to return it.. well I went outside the store and sure enough it didnt fit, when he mentioned there is exchangeable parts with it to swap it out - which sure enough there wasnt. Went down the block to O Rileys and the customer service there was superb - they came out to make sure they knew what I needed and then came out again to confirm the correct fit. DEFINITELY AM NOT RETURNING TO THIS AUTOZONE EVER AGAIN.
