Joey the mechanic who has worked with us twice is great. Knew exactly what was needed.

My fathers brake light came on. He took the van to the Brooklyn Park Firestone. They gave him an estimate for a full brake job. About $700 for all. He took it to another shop and they told him that his brakes were fine. He just needed a little bit of brake fluid.

Service was excellent and the price was reasonable. Probably use these guys from now on after bad experience at Big O.

I have a worst experience today I went to Firestone to change my brakes the change it and the brakes are making nose took it back to them to check they charge me for $400 am so disappointed.

One of the employees diagnosed my car and he quoted me 1800 USD and I took different shop I ended up paying my car repair about 175 USD.

Extremely convenient services with friendly staff. They texted updates regarding inspection and service estimate. They were forthcoming about work that needed to be done versus what was not necessary.

This is the third time Ive made an appointment with Firestone where Ive showed up and then been informed they dont have the right tech available and I need to schedule another appointment.

Didn’t even want to bring it in because I needed oil pressure sensor replaced but they said Istill had to pay100$ for diagnostics so yea not going there

Traveling from out of town and I caught a nail in my tire, I stopped here to get it repaired and I had no hassle.. Employees were great and very nice. They did the job quick and easy at a very low price. I recommend that you come to this shop it is very nice and friendly

Even though when we went their initially for a inspection and tires. When something horrible had happened afterwards to our car. THEY made sure to fix it! And for that I’m forever grateful for them and will be dealing with them hear on out when it comes to my vehicles.

I recently went in to Firestone for a quick oil change and a brake inspection. They were very fast and Eric was the gentleman that was helping me from the second I walked in. I have never felt more comfortable in a shop or really any retail setting than I did there. Eric explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and I felt he was truly on my side! The whole shop was great I highly recommend them to anyone I know or meet!

I had the best experience here. I went in with a low tire with no appointment about an hour before closing. I planned on leaving the car there for however long it would take (I thought it would be a day or two). The service advisor got my car in right away and was very friendly. He also helped a handful of other people while I waited. Very friendly guy!

So I’m calling around trying to price a wheel alignment, and came across the Brooklyn Park Firestone location. First of all when the gentleman Kerry answered I gotta say sounded pleasant and welcoming! I told him what I needed and and immediately he began to help me to the best of his ability! I’m a 1st time customer and I gotta tell ya that this won’t be my last time coming! I recommend everyone who needs tire, brake, and or wheel alignment work to come and see these wonderful guys here!

Firestone has awesome mechanics and sales people. Everyone is very honest and friendly. They are straight forward and dont beat around the bush. It was also nice that they gave me helpful advise on my car. I called on a Friday afternoon to see if I could get my car in, they got it in right away the next day and it was finished by the afternoon.

Eric was very helpful and informative. He made it his priority make sure I was taken care of and I appreciate that a lot. Most car places try to get over on you and with him that is not the case. My car is back to running like new and he deserves a raise!

My experience if I stole is a very good one I have been going there now for the past year and one of the mechanics there has actually been working on my cars for over 10 years he is an awesome mechanic, very good place to take your cars good quality work.

Last Wednesday l visited this shop about AC issues. Eric Harper Manager of Tire Sales full of energy 💪 took well care of me and gave good information and advised me well. They were very accommodating, I requested an oil change and wheel alignment appt. for Saturday & they took me in today (Friday) 😁.I had excellent work done, clean & comfortable atmosphere with a reasonable price. I had work done at a different shop, simply because they had the parts available on a Sunday and I don’t get a chance to get my car in on a weekday, and I then needed my alignment done. The other shop wanted to do it but I have lifetime alignment at Firestone. It was 10 minutes to 4pm on a Sunday. I knew Firestone closed at 5pm and they still managed to fit me in to get it done. Kerry, the new store manager, was great!

6-22-19I spoke with Eric over the phone prior to setting up a appointment for a alignment. He stated there was 3 options to choose from and talked to me about it over the phone, i told him I will call back to set a appointment once my vehicle suspension is getting done worked on. Called back Saturday 6/22/19 and set up a appointment at 2:30 pm, i went in got checked in and agree to which alignment deal they offered, despite them being very busy Eric was still very patient with customers over the phone and assisting me. He told me it will be about 2-3 hrs wait time since they were very busy, i told him ill wait for my car. My vehicle was done with the alignment faster than promised (1 1/2hr waiting) time frame. Definitely will be going back for auto service needs to this shop. Great people and great services!

Decent I guess dont go looking for good prices they will hit you in the head then try to trap you with a Firestone card with crazy interest rates

So happy I went here! Felt like a friendly neighborhood shop, as if they were the only one in town and treated you like they knew you from down the block. Joey and the team were all super friendly and not only were spot on with all the repairs on my car, but made sure I was taken care of with charging my phone and let me go into the shop to get my laptop out of my car so I could work while they fixed my car. My husband stopped in to have a tire dismounted. Even with it looking very busy, he received quick and friendly service. It was very much needed after being turned away from a couple other places due to being too busy. With lots of appreciation, we plan to definitely be back for future auto needs.

I brought my car in for three bulb replacements (brake + two blinkers). The employees were nice and the time to fix was short and sweet, plus there is a restaurant next door to kill time. My only complaint is the labor. The bulbs were $3 each, but $12 per light in labor seems rather high to me.

So I came in for an oil change and my vehicle was running rough. Thinking it was running rough because I needed my oil changed, It came back to be something more serious and expensive. Being overwhelmed Eric walked me threw the process and seemed well educated in the matter. He calmed me down and was very sympathetic and professional. Walked out happy and satisfied. Thanks Eric

Poor Customer Services, Technician need more training. ERIC guy need to paid attention to what hes doing, screwed up my appoint for tire rotation to oil change. Technician CODY need more Training, and handling customers car. he broke my car handle and acting like nothing happen. The manager told me he will order part for me but its been 3 weeks and nothing happen, call a couple of time seem like no one know what happen. Until i told them i will have them talk to my lawyer, than they call and said the part is ready.

Matts service is outstanding! He is friendly, knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind. The mechanics here are very good, and there are mechanics here who stand out as particularly highly experienced and skilled - Joey is one of them.

Jeff is super nice!! I would keep going there just for him, he’s funny and great at his job. They helped us out for free last minute and really saved us an expensive trip to the store for some tools.

I picked up 4 Ecopia Plus tires yesterday an they allowed me to pay using my bank card. --Firestone @ 1100 Hawthorne Ave. Minneapolis-- apparently doesnt accept anything other then cash if you just want to purchase tires, so I brought my business here instead.Very friendly, quick, an knowledgeable about fuel saving tires (LRR).

I needed new tires and was referred to Brookly Park Firestone from a friend. I had a great experience. Matt was easy to work with and he didn’t pressure me to make a decision. It was an easy and comfortable experience. I trust this shop and will be back.

I called last Thursday to see if I could get in Saturday. But its at season and no I had to wait until Monday, which was fine expected. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and set up for my appointment. it didnt take any longer than expected. And the I believe had mechanic was very charismatic and jovial. even though I had a couple of add-ons that were outside of my budget but I was glad to do it, he offered as many discounts he could find.

I got a flat tire, and of all of the tire shops in the area I chose to go back to this location because of the attentive service I get from everyone there. Friendly and timely service. Thanks again to Matt for all of your help.

Knowledge accommodating and good prices for great tires

I went in to the Brooklyn Park Firestone for an Oil Change today Sunday April 28th, 2019. As I waited for my appointment time the Manager Matt was dealing with numerous customers as they were very busy. I noticed that there was a couple that he had to deal with a couple times due to a language barrier. Yet, Matt NEVER ONCE got upset. He listened and gave answers sometimes multiple times so they were able to understand. He also found a way for them to save a little money on their bill. If I were in the United States and I had a language barrier this is the Firestone I would go to and MATT would have to be working. He is the epitamy of what Great Customer Service is and doing as much as you can do for the customer. I truly feel that he should be training staff at all the stores. He is definitely a role model. Thank You Matt we will be back and I know they will be too.

When it comes to my experiences at an auto store, I have never experienced a place with better customer service, outside of Credit Card Companies (lol), that caters to its customers. I have visited and called 5 tire stores today and neither of them had the deals that was presented here or availability. I wasnt rushed to purchase the cheapest deal, the most expensive deal or the deal that could be done the quickest. Eric invested in my experience as a consumer just as much as I would hope to invest in my clients when I have my own law firm. Nowhere else deserves my money more... Other than my University. 😏👍🏾👌🏾👏🏾

Firestone Brooklyn Park is the only place I will have my truck serviced.They have a great staff and stand behind their work.I dropped my truck off at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday and my vehicle was done by noon the next day.

I came in a couple days ago and was greeted at the counter by Eric. He was very well educated in the process they would take in the issues I was having with my vehicle. Left with a working car and everything taken care of....Thanks Eric!

Friendly and helpful. Brought my car there for them to check on some things i was unsure of and they told me what was going on and how i could change it. BUT when i take my car in for an appointment scheduled for a time to do a alignment, it feels like people that walk in get to go before my appointment. If it were not for the wait on the alignments i would give 5 stars.

Today I stop in for an oil change, I usually go to another place closer to home but Eric was so kind and helpful that I plan to make this my regular store, he even gave me great prices for new tires that I will definitely get next time.

We were scheduled an appointment for 8AM the next day because the new tires we needed had to be ordered/picked up from another location. We went in, and the worker (completely different from the previous guy that set up the appointment the day before) told us they didnt have the tires and they would have to go get them, thus delaying our appointment. We were not going to sit around for them to get our tires when it shouldve been done prior to our appointment like the guy told us the day before. Total miscommunication on their part and it completely wasted our time. Will not be doing business again.

Ive been coming to this location for over 20 years and I enjoy working with the friendly highly skilled mechanics who do quality work on my 2004 Chevy Malibu.

What was supposed to be a standard oil change with tire rotation, ended up being 2 hours of wait time. I can understand being behind, but forgetting to order a part of which I booked an appointment a day ahead is inexcusable.I’m there an hour after close and handed my car with a check engine light still on? Why? What exactly does the car care package include? Now I have to go back for that. First and last time at this location.

The Firestone Team in Brooklyn Park far exceeded my expectations. I brought my car in for a routine tire rotation and alignment but received unparalleled service. I was originally told the service could take up to 1.5 hours but they had it completed in less than 40 minutes. Additionally, the service technician spotted a license plate light bulb socket that wasnt working and quickly repaired the issue free of charge. On a previous Audi service visit, I was told the light bulb wasnt working because of internal electrical issues and they wanted to charge me over $150 to repair it. The fact that the Firestone Team was able to identify and remedy the issue free of charge speaks loudly about their selfless dedication to their customers.

Went in for an oil change on a Sunday. They were really busy and it took longer than I would have liked but the person running the front desk provided excellent customer service to make up for the challenging day.

I always know when a place gives me the full amount of basic grade oil for an oil change or if they are shorting me after 3,000 miles later or 3 months later. I have an older car so the engine uses more oil then newer cars. I notice my oil change light does not come on around 3000 miles as other oil change places that I use. The light comes on around 4000+ miles, so I know this place is doing it right. Avoid rapid oil change places like Maple Grove Firestone that will do your oil change in 30 minutes or less... I dont think the old oil is fully drained out with a 30 minutes or less oil change job. Faster is not always better.

Came in with flated tires. They suggested new tire. I agree with one new tire but after They done I asked them to install for me. They said they can’t not unless I want to buy 3 more tires. They should let me know beforehand. Not recommended to come here.
