I had a great first experience here, every staff was very welcoming and friendly, definitely made me feel like my car was trusted in good hands. Didn’t take long to get new brakes, pads, and rotors. Dropped it off the same day and picked it back up the same day as well. Also didn’t know that they had a two year warranty as well which is great in case anything happens in that time frame. Would definitely recommend and come back here for sure! :)

The team was great and very good at explaining details with car. They did a tremendous job and went beyond expectations. A fun and funny group to chat with as well. Very welcoming.

Probably the best auto shop in the cities, I had my rear brake rotors and pads changed under an hour. Also while talking to Phillip and Jeff, it felt like I was talking to buddies I’ve known for years. Great and reliable service.

My experience was a good one. The staff members were the most cordial, friendly, and business oriented. I came in to change my headlight and they did everything within the the stated time and also help inflate my tires. I am going back there for an oil change . I love the the job they did on my car.

I heard a grinding sound coming from the car when driving. The staff was able to quickly diagnose a bad wheel bearing and had it replaced same day. The Meineke team was very professional but friendly and got me out the door for at an excellent price. Thank you!

These guys are the best! Theyre upfront about cost, RARELY are they off and if so its by a minimal amount. Never tried to fleece me. Always bring me the part and show me whats wrong. Explain why its important in terms I can understand. Just fantastic. Cannot speak highly enough if them. And Dr. Jeff got my hood to latch again after Id been told it wasnt able to be done. They will try to fix your car same day so bring a book or make sure your phone is charged in case they have to order the part. Totally worth it. Ill never take my cars anywhere else!

Brought car in on Tuesday for A/C work, Condenser was bad and they said it would be finished by 3. It wasnt and when I asked how long the part hadnt even been delivered and it was well past 3.I took the car and they called and said the part was in and was told they could have it fixed Thursday, I dropped car off Wed evening before they closed and they NEVER called me, I called them twice on Thursday the second time just before 4PM and was told the car would be finished.Closing time was 6PM, my wife drove me over to see if car had been worked on and it hadnt been moved so I made the effort to wake up early and get car before they took into shop, made it there just after they pulled it in and told them I needed it brought back around and I would be taking it elsewhere.They were friendly and understood where I was coming from and they waived diagnostic fee and offered me 100 off the total to keep my business, after all the frustration I ultimately left but it was thanks to this that I did not give a single star.Had someone actually called me or even admitted that the car had not even been brought into the shop yet that would have been better but to lie and say it would be finished 2 hours before closing time when the car hadnt even been pulled in to work on is unforgivable.UPDATE:July 16th 2021, After a call from Meineke this morning I decided i should update my review.Took car to Firestone and they determined the condenser was not the issue and managed to get the car blowing cold air and they saved me around $500.00, had Meineke actually replaced the part it probably would have been just as cold as it is now so blessing in disguise that Meineke did not get the work done on time

New battery is working great!I had to make 2 trips in for this service. The first day many of the workers coming in/out of the front office were not wearing a mask (nor the person stationed at the front desk). Each time someone drove my car into the shop a mask was not worn. I asked on my first trip in after seeing the guy who drive it in not wear a mask and they then wore one when driving it out, but then did not do so on my next trip in.

Was very impressed with the service I got here. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Jeremy has been good at offering deals with a discount since I work for Lyft and Jeff has been great working to fix some issues on my 2012 Ford Escape. These 2 have been a lifesaver on problems my vehicle is giving me where I’d be spending a fortune to keep running if I went somewhere else. Jeff saved me a lot of money on my AC finding the problem and fixing it. I’m glad I have Meinke.

Overall, I had a good experience. Also, it was my first time coming there. making an appointment online was very easy! I recommend everyone to make an appointment online. I got my car fixed in like 3 hours because part of my exhauster broke. The customer service was great, and the people there were easy going. The waiting room was clean and quiet. I had no problems at all! If you want fast services and polite workers, I recommend everyone going there!

Ive been going to Meineke for years and usually love their service. However, I recently moved so this was my first time visiting this location and I will not be back. It took over 2 hours for my oil change to be completed. And on top of that, they did not rotate my tires even though it was part of the package I paid for. I know this because I had a small nail in one tire which caused it to need air occasionally...it was my rear drivers side tire before and after my service. So I waited two hours and they didnt even do everything that I paid for. Meineke has not lost my business, but this location has. 2 stars only because the people there seemed nice.

Ive been using this location for years for good reason! Good price, old school reliable and professional, and right near places to go while things are being worked on. Just what I want for my back up mechanic. Nice job guys! :D

I appreciate that they arent trying to charge for work that doesnt need to be done, but I dont appreciate that no one was wearing a mask.For the mechanics in the garage fine, but in the office talking to me, a mask is necessary.

Im very pleased with the outcome of their service I have a 2006 Dodge charger, and when I came in they treated me with respect gave me a good quote made sure they found the cheapest quote at that. Got my car fixed in a timely manner in my car actually runs better than it did before I was so happy I had to call them the next day and express my appreciation the whole team is awesome I wouldnt waste my time lying to anyone if you have a car you love take it to them..

Courteous, friendly and very efficient Receptionist. The Tech evaluated my muffler quickly and correctly. He was able to repair it for hundreds less than I expected to pay. I was quickly on my way. These folks are my heroes!

Obvious they take great pride in their job and the service they perform. I will not go anywhere else for service to my vehicle.

Let’s be honest, no one wants to spend money on replacing brakes or whatever else might go wrong with your car so don’t make the whole process any more difficult than it needs to be.They did a great job both in the work they performed but also with communication during the whole process. Fair, friendly and honest.

The gentleman at the front desk was professional and didnt try and up sell me on anything. I have a v8 engine and he didnt charge me extra for the extra quart of oil...i bought an additive and they put that in for me!! Also i had a coupon and he gave me the same coupon discount before i even told him i had one to begin with.

The floors were filthy like they haven’t been swept or mopped in weeks. There were bugs or hornets in ALL the light fixtures. Writing on the walls. The coffee area was dirty with spilt sugar and what looked like coffee stains and no coffee set out. No creamer. I didn’t go into the bathroom but lord knows what that might have looked like. I get yeah joke around with your coworkers and curse in quiet, but if a customer heard it (me) it’s not professional. I also get if you’re busy for a time delay but there were only 2 cars in bay that I saw (1of which was my employers) next time she needs an oil change I’m gonna bring it up to my brothers work. I do not recommend this location (Brooklyn park) until they are clean and professional (looking inside)

Very quick and easy process, took my crv in and it was fixed same day. Straight to the point and no shady people. Very happy with the results.

It was a very friendly place. They had seating for 6 people. Coffee was available and a small kids area with table. They have a tv in the area as well but it wasnt on. The waiting area feels quite sterile or naked, much like an old garage put to together without much thought. My advise would be to remodel the area with color and comfort. The service was quick which I appreciated. I over heard a customer whos car was at the end of its life and the customer was looking for options. One of the guys their spoke highly of a connection he had made over the years that could possibly help him out and he referred him That makes me think that they care for their customers and try to create bonds with repeat customers by networking and referral. This was my first experience with Meineke. I must say I was very happy with the speed of service. The only advice I had was when service is complete. If possible please have the customers car located at or near the door instead of parked at the other end of the parking lot and making the customer find it rather than telling them where it is. I was so surprised when they told me my car was ready and it wasnt waiting for me . I may try them again.

They were nice and made me laugh and got my car back up and running I didn’t come in there for breaks but they let me know I had an issue with them and to come in if it gets worse. I will be back for sure.

When arrive to the location the employee registration was having a argument with other customer I don’t care about what it was. I did not like a comment your employee did to the other customer he said that black people get treated like animals because they act like animals. That they burn things down. He did not need to make the comment especially after everything that is going on. I find that discrimination and very rude. I am not going back to this location. I will make sure that everyone I know also don’t use your services

I had a check engine light on, went to auto zone and got it diagnosed for FREE. It was a mass air sensor. Came here told them it was EXACTLY that, they said they had to diagnose it themselves to be sure. Paid 89.99 for that. They said it was a leak. But the guy who worked on that was out, came back the next day. They took an hour and said it was no leak, it was exactly what I already told them a MASS AIR SENSOR. I asked them to refund my 89.99 since I already told them, long story short they wouldnt. Take your business elsewhere.

Called place three times. Was put on hold for about 10 mins each time. Never got to talk to anybody. Had to hang up after being on hold for 11mins a second time.

These guys ALWAYS go above & beyond! Mostly Jeremy, but whomever on the phone is knowledgeable, always polite & flexible. They magically find time on the occasions I dont have an appointment & get me in/out quickly for both scenarios! As many think shops are shady for, they have found other things wrong when servicing my car. Each of which I was damn glad was caught before causing me larger issues/danger! Not unnecessary BS stuff. Ive been shown the filters removed/fluid colors/busted parts (showing they really need work). No pressure to do any work.. Quiet, clean, spacious waiting room with phone charger docks, childrens play corner & coffee.I often read glowing reviews & think theres vested interest.. no boyfriend there, dont work there, not paid for this, etc. Theyve just been good to me over years. Owner is a great guy.. runs a good, honest shop. My diamond in the rough!

Had My crown Vic looked at was Really Baffled about my issues with my car these guys were patient and reassured me that they wouldnt give up until they figured out the issue car was back up and running within a week! Also These Guys are very good with keeping in touch and communication I highly recommend this Location!

Charged $45 to look at my car for 15 minutes. Needed a thorough examination of a new vehicle and Im pretty sure the mechanic didnt even do more than start the car to see if it could run. Missed several broken electrical components of the vehicle.

They were prompt with my time slot. Had a nice waiting room. Very pleasant person that helped me. Staff very pleasant. Would differently go back.

Took my truck in for an oil change. The tech drop my truck on the shop jack as he lift up the truck. Bad oil spilled on my front bumper. Not even clean off. Oil stains on my steering wheel and shifter as well. Job poorly done. Oil spill all over my engine cover.

This is one of those rare great auto shops. More important than anything else, they are honest and upfront. I had a part replaced recently, and when I had trouble again, they took care of everything. Ryan at the front is very friendly, and Jeremy in the back will work with you and explain exactly whats going on. As long as I live in the area, I will go here.

The people are nice, from their reception to car diagnosis, no flubbing about your car problems. I thought I had a busted wheel bearing and pulley but they just changed my timing belt and did an alignment. Its been smooth sailing since then, no ripples. Oh they aired my tyres and topped up my windshield washer fluid.

I cant say enough about how wonderful this Meineke location is - 5 stars doesnt even begin to cut it! After my husband and I had an absolutely horrendous experience with another Meineke location while on a roadtrip in Colorado, Jeremy and his team stepped up and helped us figure out what was going on with our vehicle. They were friendly, upfront, honest, understanding and at no point did I EVER feel like we were being taken advantage of! We owe this team a huge thanks for going above and beyond for us and we will definitely be coming back!

We use these guys are our primary service shop. I have used a lot of shops, but Al is the best mechanic I have encountered. Rarely have I ever had an issue with a car, and these guys do about 15 cars for me a month. When there has been an issue, it is quickly resolved. The owner is good to work with and Jeremy works for your best interest as well. Honesty here is fantastic, and if you looking for excellent, honest mechanics, definitely use these guys.

Jeremy, Al, and the rest of the crew here do an awesome job! These guys are as honest as It gets, even if that means making them less money. They bring up safety concerns as well as suggested maintenance and then prioritize the repairs into what should be done now, and what can wait. Some shops will say you need $1000 worth of repairs or your car wont ever be right again when in reality, it may only need a $400 repair, and the other $600 can wait a little longer. I recommend these guys to everyone and look forward to working with them in the future!

I took my car in because it had stopped running. The gentleman I spoke to was named Jeremy and there were others there as well. It urned out that my car needed a lot more repairs than what I originally thought. They took care of the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. They were really thorough and the mechanics were friendly and explaines to me what was wrong and fixed my vehicle within a reasonable amount of time.Thank you.

I called during business hours and nobody answered. So I left a message for someone to call me back. After 4 days Im assuming they wont.

Cat was fixed without confirming the issue, never received communication. Showed up the next day, main mechanic was angry & frustrated said he did what he was told to do. Car still making same noise and smells like coolant is still leaking. Left a message in person and over the phone, still have not received a follow up call. Customer service & communication is very important when customers are spending their money for large mechanical jobs. Follow up and follow through is also very important.

Break check and oil change took two hours. One hour longer than what they told me. Never got called when my car was finished and they knew I was waiting. The three front desk staff seemed to just be goofing around with each other instead of working. I never received an apology for the wait.

I had a bad exhaust manifold leak on my 2006 F-150.I brought it to Meineke car care center.Where I found the mechanic to be very professional and did a very satisfying job.I would definitely recommend them.And I thank the mechanic for that!

Not professional place at all I went for oil change, wait bout an hour, I drove home & the next day Maintenance light showed up I check under the hood there was no oil whatsoever. I was pisssd never going back there again!
