They are unbelievably friendly and courteous at this location. The bathrooms are always clean and the shelves are always stocked. It is a very busy location and when they get too many people in line they always have another cashier come up and help out. My favorite location and the only place I get gas.

Friday 2/19/21One of the options at the pump is to ‘buy a car wash’.I purchased gas and selected a car wash - only to drive behind the store and see an Out of Order sign. I drove back around and asked a clerk inside the store when it would be available. The female clerk stated a few days, but you can get your money back if it isn’t. She also stated that the wash code is good for 30 days. I called Saturday morning to confirm the info that I was provided, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that if the car wash was purchased more than 24hrs ago - no refund is provided. They will just reiterate that the wash code is good for 30 days.

I have to say, I love goin to this holiday, there are to cashiers that take really good care of u and have wonderful customer service. Shout out to Howard and marie they are awesome

I actually had to dumb it down in order to have a conversation with your employees. I could understand if it was a neighborhood barbecue and everybody had a few drinks that but my goodness people lets spenda little time and money training your employees and they would know how to carry themselves and answer simple common sense questions. Speedway next door looks much better!

I was in the store on 10/3 at around 430pm. Employees had masks slung under their chins. A customer buying many scratch off tickets had his mask just hanging from his ear. No enforcement of the governors state wide order. This after the President is hospitalized for covid. Very scary place.

Sounds like you guys need to get your stuff together. People read reviews before they use you. Just checked on your car wash and wont be using that after reading. Ive been inside and I have to say its alot nicer and cleaner than the speedway across the street, but you guys have the potential to put them out of business and are not taking full advantage. Management issue?

Good customer service.

Staff had no clue how to ring up fishing licenses. Another staff had to come over to do it and they only partly understood how it worked. Their attitude was very sour towards us, as though we were wasting their time, likely because of how long it took to ring up. Holiday needs to properly train staff on this if they are going to offer it and perhaps throw in some training on customer service.

Do not go into the store here if you value your health safety during COVID-19! Staff has masks, but some walk through the store with masks pulled down. Staff walks through the line of customers, coming dangerously close. A staff member took an unmasked customer to shelves to show them products. People cant leave the store without coming very close to other customers who are checking out at the register right by the door. UNSAFE! I used to come here before COVID, but now that I see that they dont care about their customers health safety, I will not patronize this business again... Not after COVID is gone, either.

This is strictly a rating of the carwash. For the full works wash it is the same price as Speedway across the street. If you have a dark colored car go across the street. Holidays car wash will leave your car looking dirty whereas SA will leave your car looking great and dry. When it comes to fueling my car I will almost always choose this Holiday over the Speedway across the street.

Terrible place,manager dont care about quality of their service.Went to use air hose,that took more air of my tire,went inside to find out if there was any better way to do it since my tire kept getting lower,the young man I talked to laughed and said the hose was broken.Sad!!I asked why there was no sign??...just waste of my time!!!

Bad customer service stopped in today was treated no respect the cashier was rude. The cashier was the manager. Ill never go back there again.

Local resident. For a station off the interstate, its good all around. Free air, decent coffee & baked goods, decent car wash when its not busy, but not open 24 hours. Can be difficult to leave during peak traffic times.

A compromise between 5 stars for serving gas at the posted price, and 1 star for the car wash. The wash is small and left the front half of the car bug-spattered and the back half foamy. Its a good thing the dryers were out of order, else the suds would have been dried right on the car. Get your gas and soda here, but take your car to get washed elsewhere.

Was very disappointed with this location. Went to buy some beverages for my kids, the two ladies at the registers ignored the fact I was there. Waited 15 minutes to be helped while they sat with their backs turned talking to one another about non work related things. After saying excuse me, one of the ladies turned around snapped and said I can help you in the middle in a minute.Needless to say I will not be stopping here again. I used to work for this company, and never have I ever had to deal with such rudeness from an associate!!

Always Great service and store is always clean. Mostly the staff here is just really friendly and nice, I feel like this is my store.

This is a nice Holiday, but I wish they would close their carwash when its malfunctioning or out of soap, etc.

Dont buy car wash inside or at the car wash entrance. Buy at the pump and save a dollar.
