I love Starbucks and I used to go to this location all the time but recently I think there has been new staff or something but its just not the same... It was a lot happier there before and now not so much.

Very friendly location! Sometimes theres a bit of a wait, but they always get my order correct even when I do funny orders. I forgot to ask the name of the gentleman whose always there in the mornings, but hes a delight. Hopefully Starbucks raises their wages, because I can tell yall are working hard and I know baristas dont make what they deserve.

Not usually a fan of Starbucks but, I had a pumpkin cold brew which was very good. I usually only drink their tea, which is very good. Drive through was busy but also quick.

Wonderful experience the food wasnt up to par but the young man at the window was very nice I appreciate that I would say Id come back but Ill be lying.

I wanted to post a review to share appreciation for the customer service at this location. Im aware that good staff is hard to find right now across the service industry, so I hope this is a testament to management that is treating their team well. Give em all a raise!

Why is always closed when the hours online said it should be open? I’m not talking ten minutes before close, but at 12 PM when store closes at 8:30 PM?

This is a staple for me and much frequented location. Staff is kind and quickly creates your order. Items are as expected.

I’ve always had pleasant experiences here. The staff are friendly and have great customer service. The line at this location can get pretty long, but it usually moves pretty quick. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area in need of a pick-me-up!

So I have already had a couple of bad experience here which makes me upset because this used to be my favorite place so because you guys are not open in the front anymore when yall mess up on our drinks its not like we want to go all the way around through the drive-thru again wait in a 10-15 minute line just to get our drinks remade my drink tastes like water.

This is my first bad experience at this Starbucks location; for me it wasnt a small one. A quick side trip after grocery shopping is my weekly treat. My coffee order: small soy cappuccino less foam. At the pickup window I was given a medium size and was told that they had accidentally made the larger size, but would not be charged more $. I was apprehensive as I typically cant have two espresso shots without turning beet red. I took it anyway & didnt plan to drink the whole thing. To make a short story long, I get home take a sip and what did I get - a Gr Pike Place with Cream. - cant drink plain coffee, cant have plain cream - had to toss it. Darn!

Usually its fantastic! And no ones perfect so every now and then you might get a beverage that is unfamiliar. But that no way that makes their hard work they bust their butts in there to keep us liquefied. I love them

The three stars has nothing to do with the staff or the beverages. It has too with the way the drive thru is setup. It is difficult to tell exactly where the call box is to place ones order. The drive up area is also very, very narrow. If you are waiting in line and change your mind-- there is no way to get out!!! You have to wait until it is your turn in line at the window before you can exit. It is a very uncomfortable position to be in. And the line goes out into the street when it becomes to long for the drive up. The building would benefit from a remodel in order to make things work more smoothly for customers.

Really wanted to give them a chance, however there was numerous flies at this location & took forever to make my drink even though there was no one else’s inside in line & there were at least 3 workers.

Drive through clerk sucks. Don’t forget to have your app scanned. Cause he won’t ask. But great drinks.

Could be cleaner, but it IS a busy location. I realize they dont stop moving, but I feel like the sitting area needs a big clean. Its not terrible, just spring clean it!

Store hours have “temporarily” changed but there’s no mention of this on the website.

I order a Trenta pink drink with no ice and got the amount of grande or less in a trenta cup. I asked her why it was so little and she said its because I ordered with no ice. So the true amount you get in a trenta is like a grande or less. They fill the entire cup with ice and then just add a small amount of juice over that and call it a 32 fl oz, this is false advertisement. You do not get the full amount you order, such a rip off. I will not be visiting this SB again. Pay more, get less I guess should be their logo.

Go to any other Starbucks but this one stay away

My drink is made completely wrong at least once a week (only in the afternoons and evenings- the morning shift has their life together) and no matter how many times I bring it to their attention, or how many times I have it corrected, my drinks are still consistently being made incorrectly. The whole afternoon/evening staff needs to be retrained.

They made sure my drink was done right which I really appreciate! they also have couches, I love a starbucks with comfy couches.

Would not brew me a decaf coffee. Staff said they did not offer decaf, however this has not been the case when I have come in on previous visits. What major coffee chain doesnt serve decaf coffee?

Ordered a cold brew with dark cocoa almond milk foam I had to have it remade and still the second one didnt come back right. gave up and just ordered a cold brew with almond milk and got back a glass of almond milk with a little bit of cold brew. Not sure if it was an off night but probably wont be coming back to the Starbucks anytime soon.

Definitely my go to. You would think all starbucks are the same, but the crew makes this place great

Bad experience. I tried to order online but for some reason my order didnt go through. After ordering I went into parking lot for 5 minutes to make room for other customers. They didnt start making my drinks until I came back inside to check on my order, before which I watched them make multiple to-go orders & drive-through before making my drinks. When I finally got my drinks, they had messed up my order, making me the wrong frappuchino & the refresher drink was very sweet. At this point I was running 20 minutes late (there was a reason Id tried placing a to-go order) & had to go without getting it fixed. I dont recommend this Starbucks.

If I could give you zero stars I would. I needed you to fix my strawberry aci so I handed it back and you fixed it but gave me A medium instead of the large I paid for . Then when I said something the person was very rude so I just took it had left . Also told me you didnt have peppermint at Starbucks when I just got it in my drink the day before. Very poor customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.go to the one at Hy-Vee parking lot in robbinsdale.

Seriously my favorite Starbucks. I am and events manager in the restaurant business and I go to so many because of special events. I go out of my way regularly to go to the Brooklyn Center Starbucks. They are friendly, efficient, and CONSISTENT. My drink is always exactly right. I go to so many other locations where it’s a gamble. Haha. Well done guys!

Friendly staff and great coffee

Pretty good service mocha java chip frappuccino and vanilla bean frappuccino with java chips added were good on a warm day. Order was slightly off but the good amount of java chips made up for the missing chocolate sauce on the top. Conveniently located next to the 50s grill which was our dinner pickup spot.

Excellent cappuccinos.

If you have 15-20 minutes to spare to wait for your coffee, it’s a great location to go to...

Good customer service. Starbucks does not have the same great deals as Caribou I feel. Wanted to purchase a tall coffee thermos cup 18 Oz or larger with handle and they didnt carry them.

They will not listen to what you order and when you mention it, they get very upset. Soren, the person who made my drink incorrectly, mocked and degraded me and told me it makes him happy when people have bad experiences. The lack of respect and care for customer service is unbelievable.

Busy in the morning at the time I picked up my order so there was a little wait. It wasnt too bad. Got my coffee but there was no sugar box on counter only a few sugar packages in the draw. It was a bit tedious but manageable.

Service is always incredible at this location. I had one issue with an incorrect drink made but was already home and putting the kids to bed before I got to it. I called the next day and they refunded me and told me to stop by for a free drink. Very kind! Im always greeted with a joyful, hi! And a kind smile at the drive thru window.

Quick Service. Great staff. 3 stars because I couldnt get my breakfast option.

I bought a mango dragonfruit drink this morning and I was eating the berries that are inside the drink and noticed they tasted a little strange but thought it was nothing. My stomach now has been hurting all day from 30 minutes after drinking that drink and Ive been curled up in a ball all day from food poisoning from the berries inside the drink! Im so upset because I love that drink and bought it on my way to school to kick off a good day. This is horrible please make sure your berries are okay and get rid of the ones from today. I have food poisoning.

Friendly service. Made my drink quickly and just how I like it. Everything looked clean. Even though Starbucks is a chain they are not all created equal. This is one of the better ones.

This location has horrible customer service. They made my drink terrible several times. The staff are rude and strangely disrespectful to customers. I know I’ll never go back here ever again. Stay away from these guys!!!

Staff is friendly, the drive thru usually moves fairly quickly, and they always seem get my order right. The only downside is the entrance to their parking lot / drive thru lot is really narrow and the pavement needs work; a couple of really deep potholes in there right now.

Okay, so its almost noon. But seriously, Im at a coffee shop and they arent brewing dark roast or decaf right now. I can get any number of silly coffee drinks, but no real coffee. Well I guess they make a lot more money on all the frilly drinks. Time to find a real coffee shop...

Tiny little shop, but the staff was warm and friendly. Ive never liked the coffee, though, so I cant rate it any higher.

This Starbucks always provides excellent customer service. Never had I encountered an employee who was having a bad day. Quick and friendly service! The only down side of this location is the drive-thru and parking space. They either need to expand their store or move location. The drive-thru is so tiny; when it is backed up, the line goes out onto the road where there is somewhat of heavy traffic. When busy, the drive-thru can make it hard for people to exit or enter the parking lot.Either that, the store is always well-kept, the coffee is great and the service is friendly!

What is there not to love? They are fast and efficient, the drinks and food are also tasty and the people are friendly. Also be nice kids, remember to tip; Im in a services industry and its always super appreciated. Favorite place to go when I decide to treat myself to breakfast on the way to work once in a while.

I just want to start by saying Avery and Nicki are the reasons I come to this Starbucks every morning. The line can be stupid long at times, but it is so very worth the wait. Both of them put a big smile on my face every morning and that is worth the wait. So I will go out of my way just to go to this Starbucks every morning before work!

Service was fast. Breakfast and coffee was very good. A little pricey but it was worth it!

I only went because I had a gift card. Had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through. The frappuccino was flavorless. Sadly McDonalds makes better frappuccinos. I dont think Ill be back once I use up my gift card.

Starbucks is always good. They have very high prices, but if you know anything about Starbucks, you should know that it is expensive. If you cant afford it dont go in. I cant afford it but when I have the money, I like to treat myself to Starbucks Coffee coolers

I love this location the workers are nice and tries to make your drinks in time. I usually get a tall white chocolate frappuccino and its good.

I cant say enough good things about this Starbucks! The team that works here is exceptional and always treats me with such patience and kindness. The drive through is always full but they keep a well oiled machine and move things along quickly. They are always smiling and laughing! Every time I bring my dog with me they offer him a puppacino and he gets so excited to see them. My drink is always made to perfection and on the very small chance it isnt they make sure to fix it right away. Every employee Ive encountered has been a joy to work with and they deserve to be commended. The team is fantastic and Im so happy to visit them regularly!The only complaint I have with the store is that when they did the remodel they set up a bunch of pub tables in the middle of the store. Im sure the intention was to create a waiting line for the registers but it makes it difficult to get in and out of the store and its a pretty tight squeeze.

This location is pretty good. They are better at making the drinks the way we want them, than other locations are. The only downside to this location is it is always busy, and the parking lot is tiny.
