I went to this location after an early morning doctors visit for a quick breakfast. It wasnt busy or anything and I double checked my receipt and with the cashier about my order. They still managed to get it wrong and the chai tea latte I got was extremely watered down. I went back to get a refund since my appetitie at the point was gone. I see other people enjoy this place, but I personally wont be back.

This location has just the sweetest staff! I come by multiple times a week to get fuel for my early mornings and everyone here just puts a bright start to my day. Try the cherry yogurt danish!

This place has lattes just as good as the nearby Starbucks and the line is alot shorter

Vicki at the drive thru is amazing, so fast and professional. The iced caramel cold brew is perfect, add whip-- live alittle! The bacon avocado breakfast sandwich is full of freshness and flavor.

I eat here all the time I love it except the soggy mushy hash browns. McDonalds hash browns go better with Einstein Bros. Breakfast Bagels. 😉

This Einsteins location NAILED IT! when it comes to customer service! I was having a problem with redeeming Shmear Society points, drove 20 miles to this location because my local Einsteins would not redeem my points, only to find that the computer system was malfunctioning and they could not get my account up on the screen. Well, the Manager (Reese) totally took responsibility and comped me the bagels! He was sympathetic and pro-active! I wish this location was not so far from home; Id be going here for my bagel needs. They earned my business!

They changed their coolers to shakes now and I swear they dont taste the same..

I do not like they are only open until 2pm but I love their sandwiches. So healthy and tasty.

Not caribou! The 2 stars are for the DELICIOUS farmhouse bagel breakfast sandwich! But they gave me attitude when ordering a Caribou drink instead of explaining that theyre transitioning or whatever theyre doing.It was good when it was Caribou owned/operated. Now the drinks are bland and the employees dont have the friendliest personalities. I had to go to another Caribou to have them remake my drink.

Solid I never think of going to this place. Had the turkey bagel on wheat and the cheese pizza bagel both were legit! Strawberry banana smoothie was also nice.

The service at this location has dramatically improved inside the store. I believe Ive done Yelp reviews regarding my previous visits to this location, in which I complained heavily about the service (excluding the drive through service- always great here).Today a family member & I ate breakfast & coffee at this location & it was a great visit! There was not one thing to improve. Smiles &great service, great tasting food. Yay!

I love Caribou and was very excited when the Brooklyn Center location opened. My first few experiences were not great, but I attributed the long wait times, and incorrect items I would receive and give back to staff to the location being new and staff still training. Good food takes time, but incorrect orders (most likely due to customers leaving after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes in a drive through line), and cold hot coffee drinks with melted whip cream and toppings sunk to the bottom are old now. I have sat at the window and watched staff diligently preparing the orders. I just have no idea where my orders ended up. The food is great if you get it. But the question is, will you get your order, or the items that have sat at the drive through counter for 10 minutes. The inside service is worst than the drive through. I have watched other customers get scolded for asking about their orders by baristas at this location. I would not recommend going to this location and will not got back.

The guy taking my order was amazing and made my day. I got the Hummus Veg Out sandwich without cream cheese to make it vegan. The bagel wasnt toasted which I thought was weird? It would have been much better toasted and Im not sure if that was a mistake or if thats just how Einstein Bros makes their sandwiches.

The service here has dramatically improved over the past year, Ill definitely give them props there. Wait times used to be astronomical, no matter when I stopped by. Much better now.Im sad they dropped the full Caribou menu though. This might as well be an Einstein with a we proudly brew Caribou Coffee sign. No crafted press, no sugar free caramel, no pumpkin flavoring.... maybe Im picky, but it irritates me that I have to go pretty far out of my way or settle for Starbucks if I dont want their classic menu.

How can a coffee shop not offer Decaf?? Advertised as a Caribou, and I get maybe not a full menu of drinks. First disappointed you dont offer Dark Chocolate but then I was shocked that you dont even have Decaf. Will not be stopping here again. However the young man who waited on me was very pleasant and explained the shortcomings and gave me a slight discount.

This location is really hit or miss. They used to have a great staff built up, but theres been a lot of turn over. Service tends to be pretty slow, but the drinks are consistently good. Almost everyone working there is really nice and cheerful, Im hoping once they can keep people around for a while, service will get faster.ETA: Taking off a star because nothing has improved even though theres new management. Just got food that was inedible because it was so hard.

This is my favorite Caribou location in the area. Good layout and laid back vibe. Staff are nice and competent although sometimes a little slow.

I used to work at a caribou. So my order is a little tweaked... but not SO tweaked that it permits them to mess it up LITERALLY EVERY TIME I go in there. Their crafted presses are NEVER made correctly. Not one time have i gone in and had my order made correctly. Retrain your staff using some other stores employees, because your crafted presses taste like dishwater.

This location is very hit or miss, as others have said. They seem to have a very high staff turn over rate and so quality of service and products varies. There are a couple very nice baristas right now, but who knows how long they will stick around. Sometimes the drive through is fast, but there have been multiple occasions where Ive had to wait 20 minutes or more in the drive through for a simple order (on one occasion I waited for over 30 minutes) Your order could be spot on and delicious, or it could be way off or totally wrong. One time I came for my favorite sandwich only to be told they didnt have the ingredients prepared and couldnt make that sandwich. I keep coming because its close to me and has a drive through, but it can be a gamble.

I was there this morning at the drive thru and used 50 rewards points for a large coffee. After getting my beverage and driving all the way to work I realized it was not even correct (how can a simple coffee order get messed up?) it was someone elses completely different drink. Now that itself is not the end of the world, but when you go online to EITHER Einstein Bros or Caribou to submit a complaint, the complaint form DOESNT WORK! (It tells you to enter a captcha which does not exist.) So Im left with leaving this review. I would like a manager to contact me please to give me my points back.

Visited location 20 mins after they had opened. Made multiple attempts (3) to order different things but due to being told items had not been made yet left with no food...disappointing visit.

I ordered a large iced americano with caramel, little heavy cream. Ordered through the drive thru and left. Thinking to my self why does this look like they mixed it. Got to work took a few sips. It was definitely a mocha latte and the bottom was all chocolate! Guess I will just drive to crystal to the caribou there.

They are super slow. Always turn drive thru lights on so people think they are open. Check your bag to make sure you have your while order. And now they close at 6 even though there are many stores around them that are open laterWill definitely go out of my way to.NEVER go to that caribou. I ordered, and got EXACTLY what I ordered!!! May have been the person I dealt with? Nonetheless, I order a pretty difficult drink for rookies! Usually have to hold their hand! Ive come here a couple of times and the customer service is SO BAD! The first time I went I was understanding that everyone was new and they were figuring out their grove. The second time I visited was due to a coupon I had. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee, both were lukewarm at best. The coffee was horrible, not sure how you mess up a latte and the egg in my sandwich was not cooked all way. The white was runny. It also took them like 20 minutes to get me my order. Being the only one in the store, I feel that 20 minutes was rather excessive. I was positively surprised that they even used real eggs; most places use fake eggs. The last time I vised, which put the nail in the coffin, the girl taking my order was so rude! She was back talking and overall rude. I will never again visit this location; it isnt worth my money.

90% of the employees that work there are rude. Was argued with over the drink i order. After they walked away they were talking about me. Unbelievably RUDE! And it wasnt just me they were rude to all the customers. I feel like theres no manager there to keep employees in check. Everyone just running around with attitude. Ill NEVER go back there. Ooh and my drink wasnt good. Left and went to the caribou up the road. So disappointing.

Unfortunately this coffee house has not been successful with keeping knowledgeable and friendly staff. I loved this place when it was over on Bass Lake Road but my only complaint was that there was no drive-thru (which I like for those busy work mornings). Now that theyve moved, theyve been around for long enough to work out the kinks and get things running. This is just not happening. Upon my writing a concern to the company they replied and offered me a free coffee. The service seemed to get better for a few weeks but then it all went downhill again.1. It takes forever to go through the drive-through. Whether its because they spend so much time making bagel sandwhiches or what Im not sure. But they dont usher people to the proper waiting parking places to keep things moving.2. I consistently have to wait for at least 20 minutes to get my beverage, and thats with only a few cars in line.3. When I receive my beverage its hit or miss on whether its what I actually ordered or not.I want more than anything for this Caribou to be successful because it is my coffee shop of choice and the location most convenient for me- but I have refused to go back to this location as service just doesnt improve and I feel theyve had ample opportunity to make the changes necessary.

Four employees, three doing tasks tasks unrelated to serving customers, one person in line before me had nice long conversation with the one person serving customers and I had a nearly 5 minute wait before I could order a simple cup of coffee. Why? Is it the combined bagel & coffee shops? The location? Employees? My being a different race than the employees?

I didnt think I was a bagel guy until they reopened this Caribou with an Einstein built in. Now I love bagels!Which is unfortunate, because they get expensive here -- fast. Two large beverages and two bagels and youre looking at almost $20. I love their bagels, but I certainly dont feel like one bagel should be on par with the price of a meal.

This is the only einstein/caribou i go to and i pretty much love it. for as frequently as i go, there are bound to be a few mistakes here & there--requested 2 eggs on my breakfast sandwich and only got one; requested my dozen bagels be sliced but got home and they werent. however, customer service/management has always been responsive in compensating for the errors.the staff is friendly. ive never had to wait long, but i dont go at rush hour times. later in the day, the bakery case typically looks cleaned out--not a pretty picture. but i really go for my favorite meal, breakfast--anytime of the day!--and the egg sandwiches (farmhouse or french toast w/maple cream cheese!) AND the cold press... pure heaven!

Completely ignored after ordering. Five people that ordered after got their drinks. When asked for our drinks, barista replied rudely saying that they were working on it. We only ordered a iced latte and green tea lemonade. Should not have taken 20 minutes. Go to other caribou places or the Starbucks nearby.

Messed up my order. Called, said they would fix it.. Was very happy until they messed it up again 😂 Hopefully the people being trained can simply remember to put the garlic bagels in a separate bag so all the bagels do not taste like garlic and just put what is ordered in the bag.. Our group was kicked from this location for bring outside food and a couple of us purchased coffee from here. The staff-lady was loud and demanded that we made our food disappear and told us we had to get out. She didnt even allow us to stay. Her tone and attitude towards us was completely unacceptable. The way she treated us in front of other customers was a complete embarrassment towards how she represent the company and herself. We did not make a scene and packed quickly and left. Before leaving a couple of the customers reach out and apologize to us on her behalf. Higher management needs to review and train this individual to handle situation like these more carefully. Location hard to find with the tiny little shared signage by both companies. Atmosphere was good inside. Service was not, took forever to get a simple beverage 4 others received their more complex beverages before I did. Condiment area was not stocked creamer empty yet plenty of employees looking busy doing nothing...

Drive through is aces. Prompt recognition that you are there. Staff friendly and patient when Im not sure what I want. Cheerful and positive! I have never driven through and had a negative experience.

I thought this was a decent place until today.My friends and I bought outside food plenty of times to eat here and nobody says anything, not even the staffs; until today we were approached rudely by one of the superior/team member with clip board. Not an sorry or excuse me was mentioned when we were approached and talked down upon. When one of my friend asked if we get rid of our outside food, can we still stay to study; the staff person was quite hesitant but gave us a notion that we were no longer welcome.Nothing on the front door or Windows states no outside food allowed.Not to mention that on St. Patricks day I bought a drink but didnt realize 10 minutes later that they had a buy one get one free. Asked the team member if I can get my free drink but was denied. If youre looking for decent customer service you wont find it here at this place.

I just left the drive thru and noticed my drink felt a little lighter than normal. I take off the lid and notice it’s only about half full with actual drink, the rest is just foam. Needless to say, I was a little more than disappointed. Especially when I’ve normally had good experiences at this location and I’m paying $5 for it.

Its been over 2 yrs since Ive been to one of these Einstein bagel places. I had a free BIRTHDAY coupon, to purchase a drink and get a sandwich free. I dont drink coffee and they said they had pop (2 kinds, lol) for me. I was overwhelmed with the choices, so they patiently explained the ingredients to me.Super helpful and really knew their stuff!

Caribou is definitely my go-to coffee shop, but this particular location always seems to have longer lines than most others.

I got a coffee cake and it came with chocolate chips which was fine but as I ate it, I looked closer and there was a bug which appeared to be a nat. I attempted to call several times and got no answer.

Bagels were good. We were watching the staff make our drinks and they seemed very unsure about what they were doing. It may have just been a new employee. They were very friendly and had plenty of seating available, even for being fairly busy.

I would like to be there again and again and enjoy with multiple people. It is an excellent place and with warm welcome. I love it!

I tried to avoid posting a public review on google, but they are terrible and Caribou never got back to me when I submitted the information on their website. I went there previously and order two drink. I had to wait 5 minutes for two drinks, and only one drink was ahead of mine. On top of that, my drink was made wrong. When I called to speak with the SM, he just said when did you want a new one? Showed no empathy for my waiting, or apologies for the slow speed of service that I experienced.When I went back to get my free drink today, I received similar lack of consideration. The greeter simply said can you make a large latte for her? No one asked me what kind of milk I wanted, or if there were anything else I wanted in it. After going to the barista myself, and instructing her on what exactly I wanted, my order was still wrong. A fourth of my cup was froth, and my drink was made with regular vanilla, when I requested sugar free (I know because I am diabetic and it wrecked havoc on my blood sugar).I know that Caribou takes great pride in the service they provide, and the standards they set. Caribou is great! This specific location is not. My coworkers drive an extra 5 minutes simply to avoid this location. It just seems to be terrible, from the top down. This location needs some corporate level love and training!!

Servers are helpful and friendly, but could be faster. At my last visit, I waited 15 minutes for my coffee. Not sure whether additional staff would help or if they need more training, but long waot times are an issue.

Just came here for some coffee and was told its not a caribou coffee, they only have whats on the menu. If youre not going to sell Caribou drinks, remove the label.

I am a Caribou girl through and through will always be, but this location is an epic fail every time I have gone they have screwed up just on one trip 3x they messed up my drink I have about 4 trips I didnt get points. Im guessing due to the overrings

Today I ordered the Very Berry Bagel Toppers. They come with strawberries. After multiple people who arrived after me go their food before I did a staff member said Your order is coming up, Im so sorry, without any further explanation. Finally I get my food and it has bananas on it instead of strawberries. I happen to be intolerant of bananas and had to pick them off under the granola and honey. I feel this situation was not handled appropriately and I will not be returning to this location.

Brand new stop here in the cities. The staff here are very welcoming and comfortable to have small conversations with that are not so awkward. Lol overall experiences, this place be nice to have small meetings with friend&family and i definitely recommend grabing a yummy snack with your coffee.

Literally witnessed a man with his junk out masturbating to 2 little girls running around the store. Notified manager and chased guy down to get license plate. Manager went back to making sandwiches and didnt even call 911!Breakfast sandwiches are amazing, but well never go there again after dealing with their response to this. Im sorry but this location needs to get it together. I only continue to come here because I won a free bagel and coffee every week for a year during the grand opening. Horribly slow service is an understatement. I mean a plain black coffee and a simple bagel with cream cheese should not take 20 minutes. I dont know if they need new employees or a new manager but something needs to change here.

A nice small place that of many sorts,clean environment, little slow because it can be fairly busy at times mostly in the mornings on the drive-thru but altogether satisfied. Friendly staff too is a major Plus.
