Nice building clean and very friendly staff! Always a great tasting coffee and fantastic things to eat.

I have been here a couple times and was always greeted upon entry and service is quick. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the drinks always taste wonderful! The quality in upkeeping the store and taste is definitely there. I will always be happy to return!

Its such a weird location because its not in a high traffic area like most coffee shops. And Im usually not a fan of coffee shop chains. But the staff were really awesome, friendly and gave really good customer service. They gave me a 45 minute heads up before closing which was appreciated so I had time to wrap up my work. But then they told me I could continue to sit on the patio working until whenever Id like and I ended up doing that, long after they all left. I got a lot done! They offered me water several times, even when they were closing, knowing Id stick around. Gotta say, I was impressed by these young peoples customer service skills.

How cool that it is connected to their warehouse. Our sandwhich came out hot and so good and our coffees were on point!

As a truck driver very disappointed place,around 4 hrs to get unloaded they’ve been moving staff around warehouse and dont remember about unloaded my truck, chek with them few times but still doing other stuff .This place is kind of JOKE .Get loaded in Chicago 40 min unloaded in 4 hours!!! No respect to drivers,and dont reply you sorry👎

I was at Caribou Coffee in Alexandria, MN this morning. I have to say I have been coming to this location for 13 years and nothing has been updated, i.e. paint, décor or furniture. Starbucks opened in Alexandria last year and aesthetically it is more appealing for many For as busy as this location always is, could this be a consideration? As well, could the night staff please vacuum and wash the tables. It was very obvious this is not being done. It used to be very well cleaned by the night staff before Covid.

I like this location because almost any time I drive by or walk by you can almost guarantee to smell coffee beans roasting. Great service overall. Like any coffee place the food can be expensive for the quality

Since its the corporate store, you can expect the service staff to be polite and helpful. Usually quiet-ish with plenty of spaces to work. This is my favorite Caribou for that reason!

Ok quality drinks, but my order was wrong. Store told me I could come back for the correct order but I had already made it to work, they would not just give me a refund. Snotty customer service.Editing to add: I stopped by after work, different staff than had taken my phone call in the morning. They had no idea what I was talking about. They pulled up my receipt and gave me the correct order items. Happy with the damage control the second time around!

I give this store five stars only because of Megs! We visited the store today and had a little issue with the price as we order the same drink every caribou we go to it seem to be a little high at this location and she took the time to explain to us that the taxes are different at different locations. But she made sure that we left the store happy she went above and beyond her level of customer service! I definitely will go back just to see her again. And not only was she friendly she also made an awesome Iced white chocolate mocha! Thanks Megs for making my day! You are a awesome Barista!!!

Dont order a head of time. Orders are never ready the time that you want them done. Go stand in line, you get out of there quicker. People that order on line get screwed

Let me say this I absolutely wouldn’t get Starbucks because they didn’t have an apple drink and they don’t have smoothies. Well fall comes around which means my favorite drink “apple bomb”. Mind you I have a pumpkin allergy so I was so excited to have a drink for fall that didn’t have pumpkin. I went here with my fiancé to get one for our road trip. Well we were told they were discontinued! Now I go to Starbucks, because they have an apple drink. Well caribou you’ve made me basic...

This is a very nice store and staff is always pleasant here. I ordered ahead and went inside to pick it up, was quick and the coffee and spicy mocha were very good.

There were two employees but only one of them was working and when the one that was in the back did come out she had a attitude. I waited a long time for just 2 drinks and there was no sense of urgency at all.

They were really short staffed and busy. The 2 ppl that were there working were working very hard, fast and efficient! But I was there for almost 35 minutes between waiting in line and waiting for my drink. Also my drink was not made correctly. But thank you two for working hard as hell all while smiling and being very friendly!

I just got surgery on my knee yesterday and had to go in for a dressing change and wanted a matcha tea and had my fiancé go in for me and the girl that worked today was very rude and had an attitude. I ordered ahead and it was ready for pick up and my fiancé went in and said I have a pick up for Diana and the girl left and then came back and my fiancé again said I have a pick up for Diana and the girl was like, “uhhhh isn’t it right behind you?” But with an attitude, and y fiancé told her that every store is different And that the store yesterday had it placed in a different spot. I wish people would leave their problems at the door and lose their attitudes when dealing with customers.

The location is in an industrial office park, and is adjacent to the Caribou Coffee headquarters. The parking is free and ample, and the interior is sparkling clean. The bathrooms have changing tables for infants. The seating area has leather chairs, a fireplace, a high-top large table, and individual tables good for officing or conversations. In addition to coffee and mugs you can buy t-shirts and greeting cards.

Incredibly kind staff, fresh and delicious coffee. Highly recommend this particular caribou shop, the folks here will make your day.

Awesome coffee!

Im a big Caribou Coffee fan. I stop at one 3-6 times a week. My Caribou perks has not been working for over a year now. After multiple emails and phone calls my issue was finally resolved today.The customer service rep was very helpful, but with all the money I spend here I was not offered anything for losing my perks points or program for that length. I was simply told sorry for the misunderstanding. After spending all that time on emails and phone calls (I actually never got one email response from the several emails I send throughout the year) I felt they would offer me something because it was a mistake on Caribou Coffees end, but no, nothing was offered. Sad to say this will likely have me stop buying your coffee. Obviously I am viewed a business as usual customer by your business, not an important customer. I supported you for being local, not to add to the corporate epidemic of America.

I’m not normally a fan of chain coffee places, but I make an exception for this Caribou Coffee. I’m always geeeted with a smile and the coffee and baked goods are excellent!

Many of the businesses in this part of town are a bit run down and the service is spotty. This Caribou is the exception. Clean and fast friendly service. I was not a Caribou patron before, but now i stop in everyday.

These guys go out of their way to make sure I’m happy.

Good coffee, but got stung by a wasp or hornet by the bike rack, apparently there is a nest inside of it as when I came back out they were swarming around it & crawling inside the holes.

I love Caribou coffee, and when I drive by the corporate offices I swear I can smell it 5 blocks away. I stopped by and picked up a large French Roast, man!!!! It was soooo good, and especially right after work. I usually buy their coffee at their store, by the cup or at a store by the pound, love Caribou Coffee and I will continue to drink it. So much variety so little time. Lol, I have tried many of their varieties and will gladly keep on going.

The Headquarter store is by far the very best of them all. I can imagine why, but for whatever the reason, if you want the best of Caribou this place is a must.

Poor customer service! This is the most convenient location to my home and I will drive out of my way to avoid this location!Caribou, this is your corporate store, you should expect more from your employees in this location than any other. It seems that is not the case. Time and again Ive been disappointed but Saturday took the cake.I stopped by to order my large drink and receive $1 off, as my text and email stated. Upon checking in I was informed that I did not have the coupon on my account. Alicia (sp?) said there was nothing she could do, even after showing her the text and email. Upon asking for a manager she said she was the manager today - she would call the problem in to corporate. The promo was a weekend promo. A Monday morning response would not be helpful. She refused to do anything to honor the discount because it would be a red flag and she would get in trouble.This is not in line with your culture or commitment to guests. The disappointing experience at your HQ store on Saturday was the last for me at this store.If the employees are more concerned about getting in trouble than providing a satisfying guest experience then it is time for a management team that believes in the Caribou culture at this store.

I ordered and paid for a large and one of your employees made my drink, yelled out “Large hot chocolate” and then gave me a medium. This is not acceptable and I’m extremely disappointed with your service and the waste of my money.

I hate this caribou. They dont make the drinks the same as the other ones. I realize this is where they test ideas, but when I order a drink that I order daily at multiple caribou & it tastes disgusting like gas station quality. I wont go back. Ive written them and they sent me a gift card but that doesnt change that the drinks are still awful. For reference I get an iced americano with an extra shot. Nothing fancy. I went back a few months later and they still made the drinks the same way. If they all begin making them that way, I will just go to the gas station for coffee that tastes the same for half the price.

This Caribou is connected to their corporate buildings. Its tucked away a little bit so its usually quieter than other Caribous in the area. Ive always received quick and courteous service.

I love Caribou and have no bad feelings about it, I just wish there were a bit more vegan options or dairy free options for people who do not or can not eat dairy. Otherwise, I love their coffee.

If your looking to use the internet GO some where else. I have hit this java stop a number of times but no longer. A corp office that cant even get it right with in 10foot steps & a back entrance to the corp offices. I now understand why so many problem occur in the other shops. If you cant get it right at your corp office shop you will never get it right else where!!! What if is now Why not fix it!!

I tried to load card - message declined came back. However, when checked with credit card company, my card was charged for 2 $5 loads but Caribou card was never credited with $10.I have emailed the company several times and also spoke with someone named Katie. She said it was because the addresses did not match. I tried 3 times to change the address before loading the card. Apparently the software or IT staff do not monitor the website. Katie was extremely rude but said she would cancel the charges. But, sad to say the charges have not been cancelled nor has my card been loaded with the $10. I suppose I will have to go to central office to get straightened-out. Caribou - never - seem like scoundrels - take your money with nothing in return.

The big drawback is the location of this Caribou. Ive sometimes had issues finding adequate seating here as well. This Caribou seems crammed in to its location.

Their staff is nice and sweet however the girl who makes the coffee named hannah is so rude I asked her why does my turtle taste different and more bitter today I mean I come here from fridley every day she says to me maybe u should add an extra pump of carnal if u dont like it because u always come back and ask me to remake while rolling her eye but the truth is I never had to have it remade when another person is working the bar and this was the 2nd time she said to me know this is the 5th time if u dont like it leave it then I asked for a refund and she said no so I left all mad

I ordered a medium cappuccino in the drive through today before my 4pm shift. They gave me a small cup with that was half full with horrible tasting coffee.

Convenient location, staff is always pleasant, wifi, clean bathroom, whats not to like?
