Nancy and the others are the most helpful workers. Great items. All purchases help the animals. What more can you ask for? Become a member and save more.

Customer service was terrible. We bought a few coin books at the store near the bear exhibit and wanted to buy a third to get the free bag promotion. They told us they ran out. Then we went to the Wildlife Trading Post store to purchase one more to get the bag and they informed us they couldnt do it. Even with proof of the receipt Amanda S said, I dont make the rules. We finally got a manager and he also said it had to be in the same transaction so he would not be able to give us the promotion. On our way out of the store we noticed some of the workers gossiping and laughing. That type of customer service is terrible to see with a great zoo and a family that just spent hundreds of dollars there.
