This is the second time I have ordered from this place and they are late again. This location needs to either get additional drivers or call their customers when they know they aren’t going to get the delivery done by 4pm so other arrangements can be made. Service is everything and this company needs improvements!
My husband ordered the Large arrangement with chocolate dipped strawberries. Spent $120. The basket was delivered late and I had to go back to work to pick it up. Then when my daughter started eating it there were two grapes that had mold on them. When my husband called they were very apologetic and offered to replace the basket and deliver me a new one the next day. The delivery was late again the following day and was not received before I left work for the day. We will not be ordering again.
I loved the same day delivery. It was delivered successfully and my guy was surprised however, it came with a Get Well Soon balloon. He’s not sick and I didn’t select a balloon. Not sure why someone decided to do that.
I ordered on short notice for my daughters birthday and delivery was on time at her place of employment and was beautiful! There was a bit of a mix up with the balloons, instead of saying Happy Birthday, it said Happy New Year. I quickly emailed them and an employee from the Brookfield store got back to me in 24 hours and apologized and gave several options to rectify the issue. My daughter thought it was funny and kept a good sense of humor as it was only balloons. The fruit was delicious and sweet treats were perfect. I will definitely order through them again!!
I ordered the $99 Peace and Dove bouquet with strawberries dipped in chocolate for pickup. It was gorgeous. I was a little apprehensive seeing the 2.5 star rating but was very very pleased. The bouquet was stunning. The recipient said everything was just delicious. You can see in the pic below that they had already dug into it.
Ordered an arrangement for my wife to be delivered to her work. The delivery was the last delivery of the day, so she got her arrangement which is meant to be shared with the office at the very end of the day (although tracking said out for delivery since 9 am). I tried reaching customer service and recieved no reply. I have ordered many arrangements in the past with no problem, just not from this location. This location just must be poorly managed. The arrangement itself was pretty good, the melons werent ripe but the rest was good. I wouldnt normally give 1 star for poor service alone, but when i am paying 90 dollars for 10 dollars of fruit, i definitely will heavily weigh the service.

Website is not user friendly. No locations deliver to Ozaukee county. Just because its Valentines weekend arraignments were limited to undesirable fruits and I couldn’t order a single arraignment with melons so I have to add my own!!
I was THAT AWFUL customer and feel that I need to share how wonderful the employee was who helped me on 4/12/19 around 1pm. I ordered a delivery and received the delivery confirmation email. The recipient could not find the delivery. I called and waited on hold for roughly 10 minutes. I kept calling back, I left a demanding voicemail. Once I got through to the employee, she patiently and very nicely explained she was the only person working in the store at the time. I felt awful. She promptly found where the delivery was and I confirmed with the recipient. Even though I was that rude, demanding, impatient customer, she (cant remember her name) was patient, caring and understanding. I apologized to her but feel that wasnt enough. She was absolutely wonderful! The only thing I can say is maybe have 2 people on staff in the store so she has help and possibly a less stressful day, or she deserves a raise!
Amazing staff! Their products are so great. Everything from their smoothies to their arrangements are always made fresh (sometimes right in front of you!) and never leave you disappointed. The staff is so friendly and accommodating that they go above and beyond to try and make substitutions or add to your order to specialize it and customize it so that its just right for whatever occasion. Ive ordered for multiple events and occasions and will continue to surprise everyone I know with these in the future!Thank you!
Their website specifically says they will deliver all deliveries to school before 3 PM. Received a call at 3:15 that they didn’t make it on time. The school is less than a mile from this location. A little bit of planning goes a long way. If this is your business and you cannot satisfy client needs on Valentine’s Day it’s time to look for a new business. Many apologies From them but they still manage to charge my credit card on time. -10 stars
I come in for chocolate boxes quite often; and the staff always seems to greet me with a smile and excellent costumer service. If they are slow with boxes that day, then Ill usually purchase the extra arrangement they have for sale up front. They are fast, and the fruit is always tasty. Gabriela and Brandy usually service me the most, and so Im always glad to see them when theyre working as Im most accustomed to them.
It was a great experience. A very last minute order and everything was perfect.
I purposely ordered an arrangement that had a coffee mug displayed. It was made up in a vase. The recipient loved it, but I am very dissatisfied with the switch.if the containers are not available it shouldnt be displayed for sale that way.
I had placed an order and received very poor customer service from Kylee. She explained to me they could not deliver my birthday gift and that delivery ends at 4 in which my order was placed at 3:06. Unfortunately, I will be using a different store in my future orders as I have been using edible arrangements for many years now and have had wonderful experiences before.
Ordered online the Watermelon Kiwi Summer Daisy with add on of a 1 0 in pineapple to be picked up at a future date for an employees 10 year anniversary. Paid online. On the day of pick up, walked in was greeted by a friendly employee who went to grab my order and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Arrangement looked great! Employee said the fruit was delicious!

Usually I get good service, and Gabriella is one of the best on customer service and satisfaction with the product. Horrible service when Brandee is at the register, she always says nothing is available because they ran out, but I truly get the vibe that she just doesn’t want to make anything.
Just wanted to write a brief statement to dispute what another commenter wrote about one of the employees. I have dealt with all of the employees at Edible Arrangements including Brandee, and every single one is proessional, kind and extremely accommodating. I have had personal experience with every employee and have never once had an issue or been dissatisfied with my experience as a customer. Not sure where the other reviewer was getting that vibe from, but Brandee is a very experienced employee and always strives to give the best possible experience to the customer! Shes great and is definitely the one I always recommend when talking to others about Edible.
I ordered the True Love Bouquet to be delivered on Valentines Day. I received a call from the store saying they were unable to deliver what I ordered because they had no more room on their delivery trucks. Which didnt make sense to me as it was being delivered literally 5 blocks from their store. I asked if I can pick it up and was then told they were actually out of fruit. The only options they gave me were a full refund or delivery the next day, when they got more fruit. Ill never order from this place again. For the price you pay for this fruit, this it terrible service and poor planning on the whoever orders the fruit for this store.

Arrived at 11AM Sunday hoping for a basket. There was only 1 already made and it didnt look good. Asked how long to make one and was told, about 20 minutes, but were out of fruit. Really? How do you run out of fruit by 11AM sunday... do you just not order enough for walk-ins?
Received an arrangement from there on my birthday. The arrangement looked great and the fruit was extremely fresh and tasted excellent!

I made an order 2 days ago, the package included 12 chocolate dipped strawberries,, just spoke to the recipient today, he only received 8 of them, there was also a teddy bear included, Wich he also did not receive, terrible experience,. I payed a good price for this, and this is what I get..

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my girlfriend on Saturday for a birthday surprise. I gave specific instructions to Jean to have the delivery driver contact me on my cell phone if there is any problem making the delivery, since girlfriend may not be home during the 2 hour delivery window given (2-4pm). When girlfriend didn’t indicate she had received anything (approx 4:30pm), I called and left a voicemail at the Brookfield store to contact me. I never received a call from the driver or from the store. They just went out and delivered the arrangement on Sunday, March 14th.I contacted the Brookfield store on Monday morning and spoke with Jean. Jean transferred me to the store owner (Jim). Jim got on the phone and immediately had a combative tone to his voice. He argued that they didn’t have specific delivery instructions. I explained that I gave Jean instructions to have the driver call me if there are any problems. I had a backup plan that I could have explained to the driver to make the delivery happen that day. Jim also indicated that girlfriend called to indicate it was ok to make the delivery on Sunday. This is absolutely FALSE, girlfriend never called. I didn’t get what I paid for and I was treated like a piece of garbage. The bottom line is girlfriend didn’t get her birthday surprise and the Store owner was rude, unapologetic, and accusatory - seemingly only worried about his bottom line. girlfriend ultimately enjoyed her arrangement, but the fact that it didn’t happen on her birthday and the surprise was ruined because of mistakes made by the Brookfield store….there should have been an understanding and apologetic response from Jim. Possibly even a partial refund based on not providing the service I paid for. I sent this info to corporate E.A. and I did get an apology, which took them about 5 seconds to write...not much, but better and nicer than Jimbo.
They need to have some kind of delivery window all they gave me was, it would be there before we close. Also was missing something I paid extra for, last time I order from here!
