I visited the Brookfield location on Memorial Day for a last min gift. I was very impressed with the service that I received, from the young lady to answer my telephone call the day before to refer me to Paul. I explained my idea to Paul and he made it happen! Everything worked out perfectly all way to moment I gave the gift! The service & quality were top notch! Thank you for helping me create exactly what I was looking for!

Beautifully engraved a brief case gift for a pastor friend.

The prices have gone up pretty much since the last time we got something there, but its one of the few stores that engrave the items (at a cost of course).

Purchased 2 wine glasses to have engraved. Can pick up in 24 hours. Store was busy and only one employee. Employee was wearing mask and keeping pens and customer service area sanitized.

So glad they got my order done within an hour but the guy there could have been more friendly and inviting; I literally felt like an inconvenience and as if he didn’t want my business.

Horribly rude employee who clearly did not want customers in the store and very unhelpful with order pick up. Customer service was no better, took two weeks to resolve the issue. I was given a refund on the wrong item and told to bring it back to the store so I could purchase a new one. You would think that if the gift was already two weeks late, theyd offer some sort of discount or something towards the new purchase Ill have to make, giving the gift even later. Nope. Ill take my business elsewhere.
