I could buy everything in this store. I went around (just browsing) with my Fiance and I pointed out things I liked, and he bought them all for me for my birthday! Prices are reasonable, too!

That was my first trip to any of their locations ever. Clean and friendly. We had a very specific item in mind and did not look around much, though there is clearly a very wide selection. I did however, end up coming across a ginger chew I have only ever seen in one other store. We will certainly be back.

Still in original packaging.They wouldn’t even give me store credit! WTH? I’ve returned things to other stores without a receipt for store credit. Admittedly I hadnt been in the store for awhile. Todays shopping experience was pretty lame. Much of the store was a discount drug store. Couldnt find anything I went in for and most areas too crowded for a cart. Fine china selection still impressive!

Very Accommodating. I came in for a sale item a day early...not realizing the sale began tomorrow. I didnt read the flyer correctly. The gentleman honored the price for me! I was so happy!!!

First person in the door at 9:00....my adjustments to merchandise were fast and efficient....

We were just making a quick trip to get one thing. We were able to use a $10 off $30 coupon and I discovered there is a $.05 leeway on those coupons, so we didnt have to get another item to push us over the threshold. This location is clean and organized and the staff is very friendly.

Great place to find what you need for your home, or for great gift ideas! Many items for all aspects of your home, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, travel, bar, and more. It can be pricey, but they are great products. A good place to buy gifts, because a lot of it is something thats nice to have but something you wouldnt want to spend the money on yourself.

Although I didnt find what I was looking for its my own falt because I couldnt decide. I did find a very nice bed pillow that I really needed.

I came in to purchase a wedding shower giftUnfortunately I didnt see this item on the floor. I asked an employee if there were more in stock. She said shed be happy to check for me. When the item was not found. She ordered it for me online. She was so helpful and polite. I shop at this location often and will continue to do so.

Awesome items for sale. Definitely recommend getting their membership to save an extra 20% off your purchases. I find myself shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond for almost anything I need now. I’ve been very happy with the quality and they also explain that everything I purchase comes with a one year warranty. Couldn’t be happier with them!

SUPER disappointed! Went to rock your registry thinking it was a fun event with free goodies. Got a bag with a catalogue in it and was shown a couple of items then was left to roam. Saw food but it was not unwrapped. Just disappointed because I saw online other rock your registry’s and prophet bags full of stuff and prizes were given out. Who doesnt love a well stocked Bed Bath & Beyond especially days before Christmas. No one bothered me and I finished my Christmas shopping here because I felt comfortable.

Brought an item (bed sheets) that had a 7 year warranty to be replaced. We bought it 3 years ago. Manager told us that their warranty policy changed at the beginning of the year and since they no longer carry the same item, they would only give us credit for what we paid against our replacement item. When we questioned this, she gave us a phone number for the distributor and told us to contact them for a full replacement. We went home, tried contacting the distributor with the number given...no answer and voice mailbox full. Went back to this BB&B, same manager, and when we explained that we were not able to get in touch with their distributor, we needed the sheets so we would purchase and take the credit for our original purchase paid, they only gave us credit for $50 less 20 percent. Since we paid more than that, which our receipt clearly showed, we asked what changed....we were told that is what the register shows is the lowest price available and then it applies another 20 percent off of that for our warranty credit. We questioned where that pricing comes from since we cant buy the item there or anything comparable at that price....the reply was ...thats what the register rang up. We went home with the sheets. Called BB&B customer service. This person actually helped us, agreed we were to get refunded for at least the original price we paid and contacted the store managers to let them know we would be back to get our refund. We will not be back to this store. We are disappointed in BB&B in that they did not honor their warranty....I get they changed a policy but our purchase was made under a different policy, we went for a replacement of the same product and they did not honor their warranty.

Easy in and out access to parking lot, not excessively busy for a Sunday afternoon. Overall very pleasant experience lots of cashiers, so very little wait time for check out. Had a little trouble with using a coupon. But hey, theres always next time.

I went here for a return, which was accomplished at a checkout desk as the service desk was busy. Friendly service, way return. The store is a bit crumbled and jumbled, but they do have a large selection of items and good clearance prices.

Bring your coupons and the prices are ok. Bring your coupons because they wont have them in store. Place seems a little chaotic with so many items in store. The friendly staff is willing to help you find anything you need however. Be careful with the friendly staff because they will in a very friendly way try to upsell you every chance they get. Overall the place could use better organization, but you should be able to find what you need or want for your bed, bath, and kitchen needs.

I love the wide variety the store offers in the free parking along with the easy entry and isle withd for someone using a cart are mobile shopping tool.If youre looking for something unique and individual in taste this is the place you want to go. They really do have everything from soup to Nuts. They have Waterford Crystal, Lenox China and silverware along with fabulous bath towels furnishings and bed clothes made of bamboo and or Egyptian cotton up to 1000 thread count.Just one word of warning if you dont have the original receipt they will not refund you or give you a gift card towards your purchase. They simply will not return anything without a receipt!!! So if you give a gift you must put the receipt in the box or give it to the person youre giving the gift to and stay absolutely definitely will not let you exchange or refund!!! They are so adamant to this point that they seem to be very rude and condescending and this was out of three staff members so it is the party line.

I love their bed sheet collection. Actually I love the 7 year warranty on them. 2nd set Ive had to exchange due to the fitted sheet becoming warn.

The store is overwhelming in size and the quantity of products. Being so full of items leads to little room to actually maneuver through the store. Maybe it wouldnt feel as packed if the stores carts, which hold cleranced merchandise or items to be stocked on the shelves, were placed in the walk ways. With the store as big as it is, I think its difficult for it to be maintained.

Associates are more or less helpful. A lot of things are jam packed in BBBs. It can be overwhelming at first. They normally have the things Im looking for, but you can have quality or you can have the price you want on the brands they choose. Not always a ton of options on brands either. Definitely have a list when you enter the store. Easy to be distracted.

Found just what I needed.

Went in to buy Willow & Bee dinner plates and once again, out of stock. Picked up some pain patches, shelf sticker said $6.99 and they rang up at almost double that price. Last time I was in the store same thing happened with another item from the drug area. Either employees are stocking products in wrong spots or corporate is not entering pricing correctly. Cashier was of no help and a little rude.

Most horrifying experience. There were roughly 40 workers in the store at 8:30 pm and they were nearly all wandering around staring at shoppers. This being my first visit I was excited to browse, but had an anxiety attack after being asked for the 9th time if I needed help....and being stared at continuously for the entire 15 minutes I lasted in the store.

Did not appreciate clerk at check-out licking her finger cause she couldnt get plastic bag open. Then she thought I was the rude one when I asked her to wipe off her finger and give me a new bag, which she then handed me a bag and I opened with no trouble at all. This is not the only bed,bath and beyond such a thing has happened. Stop hiring LOW LIFES.

Prices are a bit higher but theres a good selection. I had the $5 off coupon for one purchase but didnt bring the 20% coupon for another purchase. They wouldnt give me the discount without the coupon. That was disappointing.

I love this place. They have a great selection n their employees r always very helpful. I just wish they had better selection of pillows n rugs. These pillows r just huge but too big. Id like rugs that r very deepN plush n I cant find them there. I wish they would expand their rugs n pillows n sheets n get rid of the bathroom toiletries. I never buy that stuff there. Plus is the wedding area worth It? It must be financially or it would be gone. For most women we just skip that whole area. Rather use that space for more household. Still love that store n its employees r great but just wish expand in certain areas. Edit: theres always someone around to ask, n people come up n ask u if they can help!!!! Try n find that at many other stores. They usually dont make u wait in line. I love their coupons, now on phone. If they cant find what u want many times they will go on line to help u. My favorite browsing and buying store for home convenience items. I always find what I am looking for and lots of things I never even thought of but become invaluable i.e muffin batter dispenser.

This place has gotten ridiculously expensive. I forgot one of my 30 coupons at home, and they wouldnt let me use it, regardless of the fact that they accept expired coupons. Said I had to come back within 14 days with the receipt. Its not worth it, its too far from my house. Not to mention that I showed her proof that I had JUST signed up for texts with them, and she said I had to wait until I get the coupon texted to me, which can take 24 hours. Im certain they do this so that people dont download it right before checking out. Very disappointed. They have a really nice selection of items but way over priced for my budget.
