Well I was shocked and surprised to find this place. Literally everything you would need for a retro council. Everything you could hope for in a movie store for trade-ins. This is a gamer geeks best friend! I will be back. You can get consoles of every kind here. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

Prices for anything decent were several times higher than they should be.

I wanted to see a video game behind the case and the employee held it out and didnt give it to me. He said I dont trust you while making me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I believe I was being racially profiled and alerted management to this unwarranted behavior.

Terrible Customer Service, won’t even look at your games after 830. What is the point of being open till 9? They were all interested when I mentioned I had rare cartridge games walking out the door I was ready to let them rob me blind on. Never mind that, they will be out of business soon. Rather give the games away to goodwill at the prices they’d offer you anyway. Stay with that lame energy you peasants project on your customers; and keep that same mindset, bunk selection, and prices. You guys are going places 🤡 🤡🤡

I’ve been to their other locations so I knew they sold DVDs, games, etc. but I was kind of surprised by this locations impressive selection of CDs! Maybe the other locations have the same variety too and I just didn’t remember, but this really stood out to me.

Good movie selection, poor customer service and AWFUL return policy. I bought a movie but forgot that I already had it at home in my collection, so I tried to return it two days later with the receipt (never even brought the DVD out of the box), and they refused to return it. The punk kid at the register said that he would have to get his manager, so he brought over another young unprofessional kid who turned out to be the manager and he still refused to take it back after I explained what happened. I just don’t understand why everyone has to have such an attitude when working with people... good customer service is dead.They lost a regular customer that day.

The staff is awesome but they only had 3 of the 8 movies I was looking for. Oh well better luck next time...

I called them to ask if they had any version of the xbox in their store and the guy that picked up the phone told me he had the new xbox series x for $350. I was shocked since it was the new xbox that just came out so I asked if something was wrong with the system could I return it and he told me yes. I then asked if he could hold the system for me so i could come pick it up which agree to. Once I get there I gave the same guy I talked to on the phone my name and he told me he didnt recognize the name. So I stand there confused for a bit and see him go to the back of thee store and comes out two seconds later saying they gave me the wrong information and meant to tell me it was a xbox one x and not a series x.once again I was confused because I asked the guy on the phone twice if it was the series x and he confirmed it was. So then I left the store because I was going to buy the one x at firs but he lied about returning the item.

Didnt allow me to look at the back of CDs I qas looking to purchase to check for scratches and gouges before resurfacing but told me if I had an issue i could exchange within seven days. One of the CDs i purchased had poor audio quality so i attempted to exchange it for a different disc of the same album. I was told that because the CD played I would have to get their managers permission who was not at the store to do an exchange. Just go to half price books.

Has a good collection of DVDs - games, movies, tv shows. The electronic dept - consoles and such could be improved. Staff are knowledgeable although right now (pandemic), they dont approach you to offer help.

The people working the are in a constant state of idgf. I hope they dont treat all there customers like dog water thats bothering them.

A really large movie collection. Lots of Blu-rays, Disney movies, etc. Not a great video game selection.

This place is great. I was able to replace the PS2 that broke in our move and shortly thereafter went back for a Wii U and a few new Zelda games. I hate that I forgot his name, but the funny, knowledgeable, blond guy that works there is fantastic. He is so helpful and really knows his stuff. Will definitely be back.

They put the price stickers right on the cartridge labels and old game boxes.

For buying games, they are very polite and have decent selection; however when I went to sell a couple of systems, I received them back in pieces, claiming that they didnt work or the warranty had been voided because they were in pieces. I tested all consoles and controllers before going in to the store to ensure they were in working order and have never taken them apart. When I went back, I got my ps2 and PS3 back in multiple pieces, and had to find an electronics recycling place for them. Very disappointed. Dont know if Ill be back.

You can find some good used games here. I havent had good luck with some of the used tech bought here. Both tablets I got had issues.

Cool little place to find some really unique movies and games. The movie selection they have is incredible and they sell them for great prices. They have old consoles and games for older systems too which is neat. Fun place to check out and see what you can find

Went in looking for Playstation Move controllers. Was given navigation controllers instead. Asked the employee while checking out if he was sure they would work for what I needed (Playstation VR) he said yes. I said the ones Ive seen have a ball on the top and he told me that didnt matter it would still work. Went to my vehicle and double checked on Google and sure enough, they were not what I needed. Went back in and was explaining that I looked online and I do in fact need the one with the ball on top. The woman who went to do the exchange became extremely rude saying shed make an exception but she didnt technically have to exchange or refund me, even though I made sure to ask the employee, who i thought would be more knowledgeable, if these were what I needed and he assured me it was. Definitely dont recommend and will not be returning.

Its an ok place to get second hand movies or games. Sometimes not the best deals for a used product. It tends to be hit or miss. Employees are also hit or miss, sometimes very friendly, sometimes rude or even a little pretentious. Worth a stop if you are looking for older titles or systems.

They have a good selection of retro games for decent prices... People complaining have no idea what real market values are today and how much it costs to run a brick and mortar business. All those cheap Pokemon games on EBAY are Chinese fakes. I have bought a lot of good games at this store over the years for at or under what is a fair price. I just picked up Jackal and Gun Smoke, both in great condition, for under $20 total. Not bad at all. Not flea market prices, but for retail that is pretty darn good, especially considering there are really no other game stores like this in the immediate area.

Not a fan. They give you a minimal amount for your movies and games. They charge almost as new prices. The only reason for two instead of one star is that they have a huge selection.

Great place to find DVDs and Blu-rays of movies, TV shows and anime. They also have a vast selection of retro gaming consoles and games. They changed location to the retail space next door, and its a lot smaller. I think they either werent able to afford the larger place, or they shrunk their stock. Bottom line is they are a great source to find physical media for decent prices, but the new space feels very cramped.

I Always find something new aa their movie inventory turns over quickly. Great place to sell your old movies but expect a few cents on the dollar for alot of the stuff you trading in....but you are trying to get rid of it for a reason. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Yes the selection varies wildly from location to location but generally over the years the customer service has been great and they have paid much better than Gamestop. Their prices are based on the amount of stock, rarity and other factors concerning any particular you are selling to them. Bonus fact, they will take donations of old but working electronics if you cannot sell online.

Best inventory of rare and quality CDs DVDs and video games

Stopped here twice and this place doesn’t have any good games! They only had a few games for Xbox one and ps4! 90% of the store is DVDs and CDs! Can not compete with GameStop! Also nobody ever says hi or anything when you walk in acknowledge your customers when they come into the store maybe then they will buy something! Good luck!

I was looking at a game and considering buying it. As I keep walking through the isles, an employee seemed to have overhead me saying I was probably going to buy it to my friend. When I circled back to grab the game was off the shelf, I saw the employee ringing it up with his wallet in hand purchasing the game for himself. He misappropriated it for himself before I could buy it because he wanted it for himself. I was about to confront him about it but before I could he pulled out what I assume to be his car keys to presumably wlkk it out to his car. He then disappeared into the back. I wouldnt waste your time shopping in a store where the employees would make it a point to get the best/rarest/valuable games for themselves. If youre looking for something hard to find check somewhere else as it was probably bought just as soon as it came in by one of the employees.

I went in to sell my Marshall Bluetooth speaker and the “tech guy” classified it as an Amp when it’s clearly a speaker. The other two employees tried to explain it to him, but his still said no. Could it be because of my color? Maybe. I still call bs.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I have spent so much money and literally everything that I have bought that wasnt a game was broken. I asked if they test their equipment and they said no. I ask for in-store credit of just $5 for having to drive back and forth to return broken merchandise FOUR TIMES and they not only turn me down but also laugh about it.. Do you really want to be Mega Media Xchanges test gerbil to see if what they are selling you works? Count me out. Im not paying that places bills anymore and you shouldnt either.

Its probably the best location, the staff seems much happier and the selection is great Ive never had a problem except once about the bathroom key but that was minor
