Justin and Kurt today were knowledgeable and extremely helpful and polite, a throwback to the old days! Kudos.The range of equipment on layout in this store was way more than others in the area and helped me make the buy decisions better... Ill be coming back here.
I cant speak for all employees, but definitely the one who helped me was great. Without all the back story, I needed a phone, I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, and he helped me instantly and was very knowledgeable. He was able to price match for me, and didnt waste my time trying to sell me on things I didnt need. I was in and out with a new phone in 10 minutes. Ive never had such a good experience getting a phone before. He offered to help set up my new phone too, but I knew what to do, so I didnt need the assistance. Will definitely go back to this location in the future.

Really hard rude customer service. I was trying to make a return because I needed best quality for my business needs (my husband is an elite member) and they treated me like a theft like if I was stolen the phone I was trying to return and this fellow tells me that may be a fraud when my husband and I had been spending great amounts of money buying from here and ALWAYS PAYING ON TIME from our HARD EARNED money. And this guy tell me they cannot because may be a fraud. Are you kidding me?? All that money already paid to them does look like a Fraud???? I highly suggest not buying from here, especially if you are wanting to be treated like a normal human being with respect and dignity).

I’ve been a Best Buy elite plus member for a while now. Today was the absolute worse experience I had here. I came in to get my screen replaced since I have a lifetime warranty. Went to the cellphone section and there were a couple guys busy with customers. No problem, I can’t wait. I went to the other side where one of the black shirts was and he didn’t even acknowledge me, and was doing something on his phone. Didn’t even tell me to wait a minute, all while there’s a group of other employees talking to each other. I approach them to ask for help and the guy was pretty nice. I went to the checkout section to finish the process and the guy already seems to have an attitude. He asks for my return receipt, and I tell him I’ve never needed one. He goes to look on my account and finally finds it. I ask him if I had the installation included (he needed to check on my account). He says there’s no way to see if I do or if I paid for it before.... total lie. Even I can see my transactions. I tell him that the other guy said he’d be able to look and he goes to shake his head and ask for my phone number again. At the end of the transaction I get a gift card, no clue as to why. I thought it was to finish the checkout for the protector. But he says I’m good to go... so I ask him why it’s for and seems like he was bothered that. I even asked. The gift card was just for the price difference of the case. Why couldn’t this have been said in the beginning?
If I could give less than 1 star itd be 10x less. I sat here all day waiting for our appliance. We paid/ordered in store at Brookfield. The delivery window was scheduled for Tuesday between 7-1. The delivery guy called us and said we are here. No, they werent. They were at a wrong address. I gave him the right address. He said Ill be right there. Hours went by no call, no microwave. I called the store and it goes to a call center. I called both the Geek Squad 1-800 number and the store. I had them both on the phone, just waiting to see who would answer first. 30ish minutes later Geek Squad line answers and after I explain the situation, (hold) I spoke to the driver, can we reschedule for tomorrow? Uhm, no. To not call all day, wrong address, and difficulty of trying to get a hold of someone was a nightmare......and I received an email earlier in the morning saying that the delivery is complete? He had no explanation other than, we can reschedule another time/day! I dont want the appliance anymore. I will be refunded. It was a pretty penny for a microwave. No, thank you! Ill shop around. This is the first review I have ever done because it isnt like me to do. But I thought Id share this grand old experience.
Literally NEVER answer the phone. The irritating computer I talked to has told me numerous times itll be like 15 minute wait. Ive hung up after 45 minutes 3 times and have even tried calling other departments. SUPER unprofessional. 😡

Picked up our serviced laptop. Gal very pleasant BUT when I asked the phone tech people for a public iPhone charge access they said do not have! So we buy our phones always at Bedt Buy and Otter zboxes and screens and computers and TVs but they couldn’t help me out to charge my iPhone while we waited for our laptop to be untangled. Employee bouncing tvs off a pallet.. just dragging 43 flat screens across the boards, it bounced. So if youre buying a tv that comes in a green box, be ready to have to return it.

Went to locate a cord for my computer monitor. They were sold out of the HDMI cord however the customer service was great.
After 2 months I still have not heard back from them regarding property damage on day of delivery. You cannot call and speak to anyone, leaving messages on their vm/answering machine gets no call back from anyone. So glad that I spent over $2k on a refrigerator that came with missing parts, damage, and a delivery team that gouged my brand new deck. Absolutely unacceptable and RIDICULOUS!
I went to BestBuy in Brookfield,WI to pick up an item. My old laptop finally died and I had a very urgent assignment due. I needed another laptop fast. In my haste, I managed to make a mistake when ordering and was unaware of it. The employees (Amanda, Aaron, and Mat) were extremely helpful. Because of their help, I got my new laptop and finished my assignment on time. They are superheroes!
Big box chain store known nation wide Im sure. Way more cost effective than the phone store was for a phone charger. :) but I of course remember when new phones (now over $500) at least came with the charger.. Oww how times change

After so many no shows and cancellations, the two jokers who eventually showed to install our washer and dryer did $2,000 of damage to our brand new LVP floor because they failed to install the feet on the pedestals and dragged both the washer and dryer across the floor. They eventually reimbursed us, but that was like pulling teeth too. Avoid Best Buy’s contract installer, Pilot Delivers, like the plague. So much stress and expense, I wouldn’t do it over if the items were free.
I came in 5he day before Thanksgiving to pick up my LG CX OLED TV but was not sure about it or the Samsung Q90. I had so many questions and these and first Logan, but then Chris and the manager James knocked out ever answer that I was looking for. Showed me display comparisons and the works. By far the most knowledgeable and professional Best Buy Ive been to. Then when I finally made up my mind Scott helped me load my stuff and was very polite as well. I appreciate these guys. These essential workers that we tend to forget about or take for granted. I hope they have an awesome Thanksgiving. Because of their help and expertise, I know I will too. Thanks again.

Place felt like it was hit by a riot, stuff was ripped open and lights were flickering. Didnt know if those blue shirt gang members were gonna rob me or just sell me some over priced funko pops.Gave it two stars cause the guy I asked told me where to find stuff. Even though they had zero stock, it saved me from looking for the stuff they didnt have.

This is my favorite best buy store due to the helpful and courteous staff. The greeter John was super helpful when I came through the door with many items in my hands immediately coming to me and offering assistance. Prices as still reasonable in this day in age if youre a member, which is easy to set up, and the staff is knowledgeable for their departments which meant I was able to get the correct speaker upgrade for my current system. Good job

We purchased a Maytag washer in March of 2021 and had to have it serviced 4 months later. Not happy.
I purchased a keyboard from them and needed to return quite urgently as it was not working and needed for Telemedicine. The keys were sticking and was really slowing down my appointment time with patients. I called them and was on hold for 30 minutes I had to get back to work. Very disappointed with Best Buy. I guess I will have to order online with Amazon instead. The new keyboard would have been shipped to me quicker than the time I spent holding on the phone

I loaded up on some new electronics for the house. When I stated I would need some dedicated help they provided it (I was up front about large purchase, needs, and concerns). They also provided a consultant to visit my house to be sure what I was ordering was correct. They never tried to over sell me. They also matched online prices which helped save the hassle of shopping around. They provided great service and a fair price at the same time. I really liked the 4K projection demo along with Marrantz audio. Helped me make the right decision. This company has it figured out (pains me to say as an ex Circuit City employee LOL). Will definitely come back for future electronic needs.

I was very disappointed with their website. If you are going to release one of the hottest items of the year, the website should be able to handle the traffic that comes along with it. I had to refresh the page for a little over 6 hours to secure a Playstation 5 for my sons Christmas present. Even though I was lucky enough to score one, the experience was beyond stressful and unacceptable. Hopefully, they can fix these issues so it doesnt happen again....

I went there after having a miserable experience trying to buy a phone at Verizon store, customer of theirs over 20 years. The employee camp show me Collins that I did not want it did not have the specs that I needed. Additionally, I had to take on my phone that day I need for work. Instead of providing great customer service in trying to find maybe a different location that might have something I was Suitable for my needs at what the other locations he said, Maybe you should just go to Best Buy.The only good advice that young man gave me was to go to Best Buy which I did.Kevin, the young gentleman who help me at Best Buy with incredibly accommodating. I paid for the phone outright paid for the new smart insurance and a screen protector at that point in time.Consequently, Verizon lost out and over a $1000 Purchase. I still have my network through them but I will never go there for insurance or purchasing the phone ever again.Kevin was so wonderful he could on the glass screen that I purchased which has a lifetime warranty of the fallen and change my SIM card from my broken phone I left Best Buy Brookfield a Happy customer🙂I am very fortunate to have bought the glass cover because it cracked. Amazon delivery came late in my phone with compromised and The glass shield had a crack.Easy-peasy, I want back to the store 3 days later Delivery friendly host at the door directed me to the counter were I was greeted by Aaron.Aaron was incredibly helpful exactly what he was doing get a different glass case but the warranty giving new receipt has more problems indirectly back in the cellphone area or Jacob changed out the glass cover with the warranty without any questions asked.Ive been trying to find a survey online to recognise these 3 amazing employees.Kevin G. This place has in store shopping right now, but Im not sure what the point is for that. We went into the store to purchase some Christmas presents in the electronics section. There was one person working in that section. There were 3 people waiting to be helped. I understand some people take more time, the one he was helping was buying phones. 45 minutes of waiting, with zero progress, we purchased our items online (while standing in line) and had them delivered to our car (after another 45 minutes). We knew what we wanted, and just needed a person to get them out of the case. Very poorly run department currently.

I rushed over from another location for a camera lens that online said they had one in stock that was an open box, I was hoping they would have it but knew that I may not be so lucky. Niko took the extra time to go check the back and actually found the lens for me, best part is it was actually cheaper than the other location! I’m very happy with this experience and will only be coming to this location for all my camera purchases! Thank you Niko, you have excellent customer service! I’ve been in retail management for 10 years, you deserve a raise!

Not sure if Im going to be burying from Best Buy anymore. Cant believe how poor the customer service and how much they only care about their process. Ordered something online since there was only 1 item left. Waited an hour and went to to the store. When I got their item was the ready to which is no big deal, so I went and found a it on their floor. Was told that I could not do that and I could either wait a couple of hours for their picker to find the item or not I would have to cancel and repurchase. Not very happy customer.Edit: Went back in android found someone who much nicer to straighten everything out. But, stiller do not think that I would ever order on line for instore pickup again.
They took back a Hp laptop that worked but silver keyboard with no backlighting made hard to see. I bought hp with better keyboard. Staff very helpful

For the 1st time, I was completely disappointed. I bought a Phone from Verizon and I went in with a question. I went to the cellular desk and was treated like I was interrupting the 2 guys that were working and talking to each other. The one guy did something on my phone, didnt tell me what he did and told me it was fixed and to just wait. So I did some other shopping only to find out that it was only partially fixed. So I went back and the same 2 guys were just sitting there talking and when I asked him to show me what he did, he had a total attitude. So disappointing since Ive never had this happen before.
Dont expect to get anyone when contacting Store # listed. Goes to call center. Called 3 times trying to get help on order delivered to store. Took 3rd time to get someone ( not store) and they hung up on me. Not what one should expect for customer service!

Geeksquad authorizes replacement BIT THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT AVAILABLE.This would not really be an issue because I could buy replacement at other retailers that had what I wanted but Best Buy only gave me store credit.What a joke. I wish I could do less than 1 star. I went to purchase a set of nanoleaf lights at this location. I was attempting to get a price match to the nanoleaf website’a current offer.I was approached with hostility, and was not given a clear explanation as to why they had any issue with the price match in question. The manager then begins to argue with me and cut me off, telling me that they don’t need my business and proceeded to tell me to leave the store.I went to the location down the street (which I highly suggest, especially if you are wanting to be treated like a normal human being with respect and dignity) I was able to purchase the same exact products and was given the price match without any hesitation or hostility. Instead, the cashier was friendly and even apologized because I had to drive to a different location even though I was just at a bestbuy.I’ve worked in retail management, and in my experience, instead of provoking and making the situation worse than it is, just being polite and communicate better. It is reflected in some of the other reviews for this location.All in all, very poor communication and not able to handle customers in a professional manner. Anything positive you read here is actually in regards to the Best Buy on mayfair road. NOT THIS ONE. It was seriously like night and day with how much better of an experience I had at the mayfair location compared to this one.

I came here to make a formal complaint against Best Buy as corporate has been absolutely no help. On December 12th of 2020, I was supposed to have a dryer delivered. The delivery team who never identified themselves was a third party hired by Best Buy. The first issue I have is they arrived at my house several hours late without a phone call. I had to play phone tag to find out where my appliance was. After arriving at my home, the team damaged my wall as they were carrying the appliance through my kitchen. I asked for supervisor information as well as paperwork documenting the damage. I was promised such but no such luck. More on this later. The team eventually made their way to my basement and disconnected my dryer from the wall. I immediately noticed the new dryer had scratches all over. I informed them they would need to send a new appliance due to the damage. Instead of installing the new dryer while I waited for the replacement, the team took the dryer, loaded it back onto the truck and never reconnected my old dryer. Prior to the team leaving, I asked for information regarding the damage to the wall. One of the males said they would go out to the truck and return shortly with the proper information. Well, the team loaded the damaged appliance onto the truck and took off. This was eventually remedied after many phone calls, but I still had no appliance.This leads me into delivery number two. On the day of the second attempt, the team arrived at my home and stated there was nothing in the system about an appliance hookup. They also stated there was nothing in the system about hauling away my old appliance, even though I paid for the service. They told me they would be unable to connect the new dryer. They also informed me this second dryer was damaged. The team loaded the dryer back onto the truck, and I was left with nothing. Still no usable dryer as the first team left my old one disconnected.Here comes the third delivery. The team arrives, brings my dryer into the basement but wouldn’t you know it, this one was damaged as well! Three appliances damaged! I have called corporate more times than I can count and everyone has told me they cannot do anything to make up for the failed deliveries. A fourth delivery was scheduled but cancelled on Best Buy’s end the day of. A fifth delivery has since been scheduled. I have yet to receive this new appliance but I am dreading the appointment as I fear this will be damaged as well. Three damaged appliances is unacceptable. The fact that nobody can help me or explain why my products keep arriving damaged is unacceptable.I wish this were the only issue I have had with Best Buy deliveries but it’s not. My first delivery was for a new refrigerator. They sent me the wrong one even though I picked out the one I wanted in stores. The second issue was a no call, no show for a stove delivery. The third issue I had was a damaged washing machine. Now this. I am officially done with Best Buy.I was never compensated for the previous delivery mishaps, even though I had contacted corporate as I was instructed. The only form compensation came after the delivery team was late for my latest delivery. No other forms of compensation have been offered for the damaged wall or three damaged appliances. No compensation has been offered for the hours I’ve spent on the phone or the hours I’ve had to sit at home for redeliveries. Horrible, horrible experience.
I grew up in Brookfield and used to frequent this store in the early 2000s. I went there with my dad last night to help him pick out a new tv, and I was very pleased with the selection and customer service. Good to see that this place is still around and running smoothly.
