This Target store is impressive. It is a larger one, but everything is very easy to find. Great customer service and friendly employees. Store is clean and well stocked.

Im overall happy with this location, however inventory was off and that almost caused me to buy beats for drive-up that in the color that I did not like. Luckily I came early and had the chance to cancel my order and not wait for ready email. Went over to electronics and what do I see a black matte beats which is the color I wanted and the app said this location had none.

I feel the customer service has really gone downhill lately. I seem to notice it more after the minimum wage paid to team members has gone up. Nice greeting when I walked in, and nice cashier that checked me out, but the experience in between was not the best. Im still trying to figure out why I was the one being apologetic and appreciative for trying to purchase iced tea in the refrigerated case while a worker was stocking in the area that I was looking to access. He said nothing about being in the way or offering to help me find something. I also saw red carts down the middle of aisles in the grocery section, blocking access. Unfortunately Im noticing a trend of declining guest service on the sales floor at several nearby Targets as well.

The first thing I always noticed about Target is how clean the store is. The staff members are nice and helpful. I placed my order for pick up and they notified me within 2 hours that it was ready.

I love this target. I used the drive up and they were so fast wasnt even waiting 5 minutes before someone came out. I order something at night time and was headed there in the morning.

He really cared about me getting taking care of. His name is Chase and he works at the Target in Brookfield. Because of him I will be back 😊

I have used Targets pick up service three times. This latest time, like the others, was a very good experience. The items I purchased were ready at the service desk as ordered. It is a nice and easy service to use.

Good location. Good service and staff are friendly. Always can find items here that are normally out in other locations. Look at the purse options, the scarf options, the ladies hat options (avg. Price $12.99), wristlet options... Cute tanks on sell (2 for $14), goes well with any jean jacket or cardigan. Chunky Boots are in style now and u can get a pair at Target now. Too many generous reviews here. Many times, time and again many items NOT adequately stocked. Every time I have visited this store that had been the case. Seeking out helpful, motivated employees - difficult.

So I was just going into this target like i normally do today. So i go in line bored as always until i met the the cashier Victoria. She was energetic and super nice. If you want to have a great check out experience and feel happy you stopped in than make sure you check out at her register. Thanks for making my tedious run worth it!

I chose this specific store because it is close to my home and had the TV we wanted available in-store for pick up. When my need to come earlier than was expected came up, the employee I spoke to over the phone was super quick at making things happen. We had our TV in under two hours. THANK YOU Target!

I have been stalked, harassed and now food poisoned at Target from Minneapolis, MN to several Targets in the Greater Milwaukee area including this Brookfield location. I had bought a couple of boxes of Kashi bars at another Target store over the past week. So at this Target I bought them again, after taking 1 bite of this bar I didnt feel well, took a couple of more bites and noticed a horrible taste unusual for these bars along with my sick feeling. These bars had been contaminated or tainted as I was fine from the same Kashi bars I had previously. Also picked up 2 more boxes of Traditional Medicinals detox tea while I was their as it was on sale. Not suspecting that this once very healthful tea would be tainted or poisoned, I was sick for over a week from drinking this tea and will be contacting both of these companies about illegal corporate stalking and food poisoning. Test your food and drinks before consuming anything from Target guests.

The customer service is amazing and the pricing is excellent. I felt really good about finding what I needed at a great price. I like the new app and being able to pay with it. I have often not stopped to shop, as I did not have my Red card, but I always have my phone.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. I normally love target, but I went today to look for nylons. I’m 6 feet tall, so I expect to have difficulty finding nylons that fit, but today when I went I was unable to find a “nude” shade that matched my skin. I was appalled to see that over the 3 brands of nylons that they carried, they had only 1-2 nude shade varieties per brand. I’ve normally purchased nylons from kohl’s or department stores and not had any issues. I hope that target expands their selection to be more inclusive to people of color.

The very nice gentleman at customer service who helped me get the heavy dog food bags into my car. I had surgery on my wrist and cant lift anything heavy. I didnt catch his name, but hopefully from your records you know who he is. Very nice!

This is by far one of the best targets that I have been to. I recently went to this location to get an outfit to take pictures with my daughter for her birthday and Easter. Sometime in my baby its been very difficult to be comfortable in different outfits. First Nancy approached me and I think she could tell I was very hesitant when looking at clothes. She was very motherly and warm and extremely helpful! Through different suggestions thats when Melody came up to us. She was very outgoing, sweet and very optimistic. These ladies worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect outfit for our pictures. Melody went as far as to help me find a pair of shoes and pointing out accessories to accentuate the colors that matched the shirt. When I first got to the fitting room thats when Maresha made me feel very special and welcome by grabbing my items directing me to the room and getting me all set up. These ladies made me feel like family! Everyone else that I encountered during my visit was phenomenal. It may not sound like much but this experience really did make my day.

So fast and easy! I’m in love with drive up it was freezing raining and awful out when we ran out of diapers yesterday but thanks to Targets drive up I was able to keep myself and my 2 year old son warm and dry!

Be carefully aware. This Target DOES inadvertently overcharge. As an example, the Wrigley gum signage says $1.09 when my receipt of charges showed $1.39. So then, what other stores items are they doing this on?! Overpay if you want, but I wont be fooled!

No matter which Target I visit I am never disappointed, Im always treated wonderfully, and the diversity of product is always welcome and, in some cases, inspiring. I never walk away empty-handed.

The check out lanes are efficient and I usually find whatever im looking for at this target. This target also seem to have good staffing levels to assist customers.

Terrible customer service.

Stopped in on my way to work to pick up a few items(which were all in stock mind you), decided to get bit of food from the Pizza Hut vendor in the store. Gentleman was totally unprofessional, didnt have what I asked prepared (however did offer to make it fresh for me ) and didnt even use gloves when preparing my order. Also wasnt even properly dressed, or groomed to be in food service. I can understand it was probably his first job however he should be trained and brought to the standards the state of Wisconsin has for food establishments. Shame on Target and will not be doing business with them anymore due to such unprofessionalism and poorly trained staff.

Inventory count is incorrect. They didnt have what I needed, even though their store online said they were in stock. Also, rude employees. I said have a good day right to a ladys face, and she ignored me.

This is the best Target Ive encountered. It starts from the top and my husband and I have talked to the manager before and he is very passionate about training the employees well. It shows!!! Its always clean and tidy too.

Quick efficient service

I had a very capable and bright sales associate help me at the store. Her name is Ashley and if she hadnt been there to help me experience and rating would have been very different. Thank you for having smart people like Ashley working on the floor.

The CSR was kind and retrieved my merchandise quickly. The location that I went had what I was looking for.

Pickup took only a second. From the time of the order to the pickup confirmation was less than 10 minutes. Was easier than looking for DVD in the store.

I would suggest that during Senior hour on Tuesday and Wednesday, during that special hour that a Face Mask is required for entry.

Its my families favorite store.

First time at this Target after being used to the Sheboygan one. We may have just been lucky since it was quiet, but we found everything easily, quick check out, and were delighted to see that this was a location with more grocery options. Definitely will be back here often!

Low stock on some items, clearance prices not marked on seasonal markdown items and ONE CASHIER LANE OPEN. One cashier on a holiday weekend. It was not late at night before store closing. One long line. And this is the THIRD time this has happened to me at this store. Where are the employees? Finale: I checked my receipt when I got home (should have looked at it before I drove away) and I WAS CHARGED FOR THE $10 PROMO CARD I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET FOR FREE FOR BUYING 3 PROMO ITEMS. Now I have to GO BACK to the store to get my $10 gift card.

The constant hassling of customers is reprehensible. Your associates stop me in the store and ask if I need help - pretty much saying I am too stupid to pick up a red phone and ask for help. Target sent me 2 email surveys on my pick up experience - when I didnt respond to the first one did they think I was too stupid to know if I wanted another? And FYI, target should clearly know that I DIDNT DO A PICK UP - thats why I listed an alternate pick up person!

Always clean, associates are super friendly.I have never had such calm and friendly pharmacy staff to deal with. I was upset when the first pharmacist left for the store in West Allis, but then they brought in another, just as friendly. All the pharmacy techs too, always service with a smile, even when they are busy. I always get asked if there is anything I need help with, and plenty of lines open for volume most days too!! My choice store.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with ship to store that I need to share before it happens to someone else! If you order online, and have it shipped to this Target, they will NOT set it aside as an order. They will place it out on the shelf FOR SALE. Seriously?! You sold my order that I paid for...to someone else?!?!?!?! When you try to call customer service, they are in another country and speak zero English. Refused to help me. Terrible! I will shop at other Targets from now on. This location has NOT earned my business.

The store is clean and the staff is usually very helpful and friendly. I only have 2 complaints. First, the amount of registers open is usually not enough and the wait in line to check out is longer than it should be. The other complaint is the Pizza Hut located inside. Whenever Im at Target during lunch time, theres almost never any food ready to purchase. One would think theyd do more business if the had some pizza or pasta ready to sell.

Last minute holiday shopping while on vacation. Its laid out like a typical Target. Friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful.

I personally prefer Target. This particular location is just down from where I live. The traffice to get here is not that bad. It is fairly busy, but manages to stay organized.

Good stock when it opened but lately seems to never be stocked well, especially in the food section. This store is also in serious need of self checkout and express lanes. Multiple times I have waited in line longer than shopping for a couple items. Employees are very helpful when asked though.

This place has definitely gone down hill in recent years. High prices and rude employees, they really need to cater to the clientele in the area if they want to keep business from the locals. I have stopped shopping there because of all these reasons. Also the Management there really needs to treat the employees better.

Great place employees are helpful. Store is clean and bright. The 1.00, 3.00 &5.00 area is fun I usally find something wonderful.

On thanksgiving Thursday we went and bought a door buster deal . A TCL 65 inch 4 series, the price was $399.99 . When we took the unit and plugged it up nothing happened. We tried the customer service at TCL they took us through some steps and told us to take it back. If TCL was send a tech guy it would three weeks.We took it to franklin Target. The manager Matt wastes my time 39 minutes and tells me they have located a unit in their Brookfield store. We went to the store picked up the TV.To our horror we discovered this TV was broken too. One can easily see with the inside packaging it was a returned unit.That’s it NO MORE patronizing Target or TCL TV.

Its a target. Parking is usually okay and exiting and entering the parking lot is easy. Items are usually stocked and self checkout goes smoothly if you know what you are doing.

Everyone I encountered was smiling, polite, and helpful. You had the products I came for in stock as well.

Very mediocre customer service considering the location of the store. However, the store is fairly clean. The customer experience is not any different than what you would experience at Wal-Mart, it just so happens to serve a different demographic.

Love this Target. Great staff always willing to help you. Its normally quiet and not that crowded and everyone is very nice. Complete opposite from the Target on 124th and Capital.

Stopped in to buy a hard cover novel and store associate was very helpful in finding it for me. I was in and out quickly.
