This is a really great place. I stopped in for a light breakfast snack and they had live music. The food and beverages are really fresh and delicious. The lady serving me was friendly and helpful. If Im ever back in the area Ill be sure to stop in again.

Fun Saturday morning coffer spot. Indoor seating only. A music quartet was playing and a perfect sound level. We were still able to hold a conversation without yelling. Had and iced Chocolate Monkey(expresso).it.was divine. Tasted.like a chocolate banana!!

I ordered the Killer Bee latte with Almond milk. It had honey, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Loved it! The variety and selection was great. Nice service and very sweet lady working the counter.

Nice place prices are comparable to Starbucks. Its a train station so you can drink your latte and watch the trains go by. Plus they have a really great folk band on Saturdays from 10:00-12:00

This coffee shop is in a convenient spot. I felt the espresso was particularly good. And they served it in an attractive cup. We ordered a pastry, that was quite good. The seating area and Decor is a good design for a coffee shop. The service was pleasant and efficient. The bathroom was clean and tidy. We visited at 10 on Saturday morning, and it made for a very satisfying coffee break. We recommend you try it.

I had visited the Loca Mocha Cafe several years ago when they were based across the railway tracks on Brookfield Avenue. Decided to get a coffee at their present location which is inside the old waiting room of the Brookfield Metra station. The room has been totally gutted and very tastefully decorated.The beverages themselves are as good as any coffee shop that I have been to and the prices are reasonable. The room is very spacious with a relaxing atmosphere. They also have a rewards card that gives you a free coffee after nine visits. Highly recommended.

The muffin that I got was fresh and delicious. My wife liked the iced caramel coffee that she had. We enjoyed waiting for the train here.

Cool little coffee shop. Reasonable prices (about $5 for espresso and cookie) and helpful staff. Espresso tasted ok and the cookie was good. Theyve really transformed this metra stop into a coffee shop!

We love Locha Mocha! Its our favorite place to stop at when we are out for a walk. The coffee is good and they have sweet treats the kiddos will like, too.

My moms best friend works here and I finally got to come to the cafe. It’s in a great location and the inside is so cute and cozy. I ordered a Vanilla Frappuccino with a splash of coffee while my sister ordered a Mango smoothie. Absolutely delicious! It tasted amazing! I didn’t get to try a pastry but they looked super delicious! 10/10 amazing locally owned business!!

Great new location in the former Brookfield train ticket station after 14 years across the steet in a small space. The staff are friendly and good at their craft. Strong drip coffee appeals to me & Loca Mocha fills the bill. Yummy baked goods, too.

Hours posted are not correct. Went there ar 2:15 pm and doors locked.

All patrons (5 sitting indoors) and the woman behind the counter were unmasked despite the mask ordinance. Gross. I have no intention of promoting an establishment that serves food that would so completely disregard a public health crisis

Love this place! Ive been getting smoothies, coffee, and pastries here for the last few months and it has been consistently good. Wonderful people working there too; they are very polite and happy. My favorite item is by far the cold brew coffee poured via nitro tapper system.

Loca Mocha Cafe is a small coffee shop just across the street from the Metra stop. In addition to a wide variety of coffee drinks (regular, latte, cappuccino, etc.) they also offers tea, smoothies, and baked goods. I went just after lunch on a weekday and it was nice and quiet for me to get some work done with my laptop. Their selection is good and the prices seem to be a little lower than Starbucks. Given the choice, I prefer to give my business to a small, locally-owned business whenever possible. Ill be back.

Always a favorite spot of mine to go to. Owners are very polite and always in a good mood! Coffee is really good and its a quiet little shop to either catch up with a friend or finish up some work!

This coffee shop is a morning commuter heaven. I used to stop here everyday when I commuted from Brookfield. The staff is super friendly and pretty much knew I was a regular and handed me a cup as I walked in to fill my coffee. The owner usually has pretty good variety of coffee out everyday to pick from. Aside from regular coffee they have your lattes, smoothies and small bakery items.

If your hours have changed, you should update that on Google Maps. It says you’re open until 6, and we drove here specifically. Very disappointed.

I love Starbucks but this coffee shop gives you the same high quality brew...and less expensive. Plus it is locally owned!

I have not been very happy with loca mocha lately. They sometimes arent open when theyre supposed to be, and I was there today, and was asked to leave because they were closing an hour before they were scheduled too. Either change your hours, or stay open until your supposed too

Cozy spot with nice variety of drinks. Cheerful owner keeps the line moving for commuters headed to the Metra station across the street. Nice combo of locals chewing the fat and others getting some work done on wifi. Cappuccino was strong and rich.

Great local coffee shop across from the train station. Nice staff and good coffee. Would love to stop by again sometime soon!

I like their coffee, but it would be nice it they had protein-based breakfast bites. Its all carby stuff that I dont eat. The owners/people the work there are very nice, and the prices are reasonable. Its right in the Brookfield Metra station, so you can get a cup of wake up while you wait for the next train.
