I had an online order, for the new ICED chestnut praline latte. With vanilla sweet cold foam and a bagel. When my order arrived they gave me a hot one. That is not what I ordered and I did not get a bagel. When I specifically ordered an iced one and I ordered a bagel. I tried calling multiple times they do not answer their phone. I usually never write bad reviews I never get mad at Starbucks but this honestly upset me because I waited a whole 30 minutes for my order and did not receive anything I ordered

Great service love the coffee and I can sit and take a break and charge my phone for a bit.

Rude staff. There are plenty of other Starbucks, I wont be going to this one again. Im sure it means nothing to the young woman I dealt with today that I wont be back but her actions and words reflect on her coworkers and other Starbucks employees.

I understand some items may not be available. Please let the customer know that when they order. I need my caramel drizzle!!

Disappointed. Got a refresher w water...usually this is my favorite drink and get it a several different starbucks...tastes great...this one...tastes like nothing. I noticed they had other orders and pouring several drinks of the same..perhaps the measurements were off....either way for the price totally Disappointed

I would like to understand why I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED! I stood at the front counter waiting to order for atleast 10 min (I was the only customer) this people looked at me in the eyes and just kept helping the thru like those are the only customer. There’ were atleast 8 baristas so theres no excuse . I ended up leaving . But that’s very rude ...atleast take my order.

The coffee is great! Theres a lot to choose from and the staff is very friendly.

This store has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Our internet went out at our home right before my husband had to take a test online! We went to the Starbucks to use their internet in the parking lot and his computer was dying and I asked to be able to charge it possible outside while he continued to take his test. One of their AMAZING staff members drove to his parents house nearby to get an extension cord so he could charge his computer using the outlet inside while taking the test outside and maintaining social distancing. Best customer service I have ever experienced. 10/10.

I have been going to this location since it has opened but lately they are always closed when I go. I was told at 6pm one night that they were closing early with no explanation. I went tonight at 9pm for coffee and it was closed, the hours say they are open until 9:30pm. I dont know why this location has gone downhill but I will not be visiting anymore. The drive thru is inconveniently placed, cars consistently block the parking lot so people cannot get in and out.

Terrible service. My order was wrong when I said something the response was well, sorry for the inconvenience. But it was not fixed.

This location is always SUPER quick with their drive through and the drinks are never made poorly. This bodes well for me, someone who is often running late and has to make that crucial stop for coffee anyway! They are always very friendly too, even at 7am when they are crazy busy! Keep up the great work! 🤗

Starbucks is always awesome but each store is different. The employees are always nice and if you ever have a disagreement over what was ordered, they almost always eat the cost. If you need help deciding, these employees are very good at giving suggestions and upselling but that is good. I always need help deciding what I want and every time I get the greatest suggestions that I never regret. The employees are always smiling and happy to help you. Ive always come out of there feeling cheery because of them. No matter what, I have never seen an employee with anything less than a smile on their faces. I go there for my comfort drinks.

Everytime I visit this place, I have an outstanding experience. Friendly staff and fast drive thru service. In fact, I believe this location has the fastest drive thru wait time! Keep it up!

Convenient spot with plenty of parking. Not too many seats, but you can get set up and get some work done here. Quiet and open with plenty of light. Baristas are not Starbucks finest, but they get the job done and they are friendly.

This is a nicely done Starbucks with a descently sized seating area outside. Other than that, it is a typical Starbucks.

Service was great, the seating area and restrooms were clean. The star deducted was with a week or more of hot weather forecast well in advance they did not have the ingredients to make the Dragonfruit Refresher drink advertised on the sandwich board sign as you walked in. Looking for something cool and unique for a change of pace it was disappointing to see the manager didnt take the initiative to remove or change the sign as they were not that busy in mid afternoon.

Very nice new location. You can sit in here all day long if you want. Most people who pretend to work but instead surf Facebook and stalk the customers sit in here all day long. Dont be like them.

The floor was very slippery when I walked in. I fell onto the floor and really hurt my ankle. Nobody working behind the counter even cared. And they watched me fall. We even told them that I fell and they just put a wet floor sign there. On top of that I had to wait 30 minutes for my mocha. Normally it’s ok going to Starbucks but that time was horrible.

Easy to access, and the staff is friendly. The inside is spacious enough to meet up and have coffee. Like most cafés it can get a bit busy in the morning.

Typical starbucks: good service. The atmosphere is bland corporate. Its no Roots coffeebar but it seems as good as other good starbucks locations. So if thats your thing its probably 5 stars. For me starbucks tends to peak at 3, so it reflects well on this location. Still nowhere near as good as several local options in tosa, downtown, waukesha, pewaukee, or oconomowoc.

The drive thru employee told me, “keep your eyes on the screen that I enter everything right” Remove the stick out of her butt; someone’s in the wrong line of customer service. The employee at the window had an attitude

If you arent in a suit n tie, dont expect to be treated respectfully. Too lazy and make excuses for making a pour over. Two thumbs down, 1 star, D-
