I love these ladies! Just not having a good day. When asked if I wanted whipped cream on my drink (Im supposed to say no due to diet), I said yes as much as I can get! See the picture below. This brightened my day. I really appreciate the effort. Sandwich was great as usual.

The lobby is never open. I work nearby and dont drive. I was told to walk through the drive thru. Rude customer service too.

Treated gruffly repeatedly. No napkins given in the bag. Doors locked after orders placed when we wanted to get napkins for reasons unknown...? Honestly food is yummy...service is terrible. Its disappointing. Hope it improves.

Drive thru is super slow, but thats because brookfield housewives order $500 worth of food when they should really go inside and let the rest of us get our black coffee and get to work.The new rebuild is super nice inside. I like coming here to work. I hate coffee house music though. Makes me want to kill myself. But the jalapeno cheddar bagel makes me want to live.

My favorite hot chocolate spot, I also get egg and bacon sandwich on a blueberry bagel, perfecto!

Went to order and the employee very rudely informed us we are not Carabou Coffee anymore, we are einstiens bagel. as we were stuck in the drive thru line (only option to order) over herd the same employee scream at the car behind us rudely that we are not Carabou coffee anymore. the signage is still present all over the store and outside patio, duo branded. no sign or warning that they no longer are affiliated. a simple sorry we are no long affiliated would have been ok. This has turned me off to this store for sure.

Bagels great. Staff constantly wears masks under their noses. For that reason, only 3 stars. Id rather have a so so bagel, than risk covid.

This is the only place for my wife to get the cream cheese she loves.

Staff was super friendly however the chai tea latte was definitely the worst one ive ever had. it lowkey tasted like teriyaki sauce, overly sweet. only took one sip

Customer service rule #1, don’t talk poorly about customers until they’ve left. I asked if they happened to have oat milk to which she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, which was fine and I didn’t change my order. When I pulled up to the window I can hear her mocking me about the oat milk. Very disappointed. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted dark, milk or white choc either. Will never be back.

We ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. While waiting 12 minutes, one employee loudly said, “I keep calling names out and people are looking at me like I’m retarded.” I not only found this offensive, but horrendously inappropriate for the workplace. After waiting 12 minutes, I was given the refund I wanted, but then heard an employee state our order was sitting on the screen for a long time. We were given free bagel coupons, but we will never return due to the lack of timeliness, inappropriate language, and horrendous customer service we received.

Good location, pretty easy to get in and out without too much trouble. Drive through is usually fast but, can be terribly slow depending on the time of day. Bagels are always fresh and lunch sandwiches are very good. Overall: good location and good food...

Friendly staff, clean place. I stop here once a week usually and over the past few weeks I have gotten the wrong bagel and drink on 4 separate occasions. I am a regular and get the same thing each time unless I change up my bagel. I ordered a cranberry one day and got some cinnamon thing with a cream cheese Id never eat, I left work to switch it out. Ive gotten the wrong drink 3 times now, I order a medium caramel high rise, one day I got plain black coffee and today a large hot chocolate or something of the sort and another time i got what tasted like a watered down caramel high rise. I dont know what has been going on but its quite disappointing, this was one of my favorite stops in the morning.

I do not go here often, but when I do I have a positive experience. The staff are friendly and kind. My order is always correct and I love how comfortable this place is. I can order my coffee and find a decent place to sit and get work done without loud chatter.

Okay, bagels, really dumb employees, very wonderful manager!

Bought for a company meeting. Once I got to the office to lay out the bagels, found no knife to cut the bagels, which I was told before I left that there was some. The coffee tasted old and I bought two boxes of coffee because I was told that Caribou coffee was the best. None of my workers could cover the taste because there was only 8 packets of sugar given for 2 boxes. This place is not worth the hype unless you like wasting your money.

Warm friendly and good food...

This location was slow when it was just an Einsteins. It is even slower now that it has merged with a Caribou coffee. 8 people working should be sufficient to handle the morning rush on a Saturday, yet it took over 20 minutes to get a toasted bagel with cream cheese, which when I got it, wasnt toasted. At other locations in the area Ive received my order within 3 minutes of making it, and the order was correct. The employees were nice and obviously working hard, but they also clearly lacked the training and experience necessary to handle things when it got busy.

Definitely improved since the remodel and pairing with Caribou Coffee. Still some of the same service staff (the good ones), but I have noticed an improvement in overall quality of service. Better ambiance, too. Food remains above average, and Caribou products are good.

Overall really nice! The facility was great and so was the food. The lady taking orders was kind of snappy and sort of yelled at a bunch of us bc no one in line was ready to order yet, so we were just hanging back reading the menu. Then she wasnt the friendliest when she took our orders either. But overall it was fine.

The coffee drink was excellent n so r the variety of bagels I bought. Im happy to have this store so close to my house. Baristas were very polite n helpful.

Was hoping for an alternative to Starbucks to sit and get some work done, but got mixed results. Food and coffee were great, area is spacious with lots of seating and attractive design, plus places to plug in your computer/phone. However, had to wait a long time for a simple breakfast sandwich even though it wasnt at all busy, and internet speed was so slow it was practically unusable. Will stop by again, in case this was a fluke (plus this place only opened recently), but so far seems like only a good idea if you have a long lunch break or are otherwise looking to relax. Not great for a quick breakfast or if you want to get some work done.

So glad Caribou is back in the Milwaukee area! What better than coffee and bagels combined?! This is a Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels combined into a cozy, convenient, and delicious spot. Being from Milwaukee and living in Minneapolis, Im used to the cobrand locations and glad that now when Im down visiting family and friends I have a place to get my favorite drinks. Im happy to see theyve got a drive-thru! As far as food goes, I love Einsteins Farmhouse Egg Sandwich for breakfast and their Nova Lox for lunch. Since theyre still new it takes a little longer with them still in training, but the end product was good and they still had cheerful smiles on their faces. Looking forward to my next visit

I noticed some of the customers act a little pretentious in here. The employee at the cash register acted a little prissy and seemed annoyed that we didnt know what we wanted. All in all the food and drink was good, but not a very inviting atmosphere.

Every so often I get the urge for a bagel and this place makes the best.

I absolutely LOVE Caribou!!! Hands down better than Starbucks! But the hours at this location suck! When they first opened this store, they were open until 9pm. Perfect for this working mama who needs to escape after the kids are in bed so I can get out and get my homework done...then they scaled back to 8pm, and now 7pm?! Those hours dont help anyone! I hope this place doesnt close, but theyre going to lose business from those of us who need the later caffeine boost.

The frosty caramel iced coffee was great, and the bagel with egg, bacon and avocado is really very tasty. Nice atmosphere, good internet access, and you can sit outside too😃

Its alright. Feel bad for the workers. Poor Claire being yelled at by the manager not letting em take breaks. Bathrooms dirty. Just really weird experience. No wonder they always close once they pop up.

We love caribou coffee, but this location was a big miss. Staff didnt seem to understand their job, we were rung up improperly, over charged, given incorrect drinks. They seemed confused when we asked for drinks on their menu and we were brought behind the counter to be rung up at the drive through cashier, once again, incorrectly. Maybe youll have better luck depending on the shift

Possibly the worst drive thru experience here. Average 20 minutes wait. They are probably the best bagel place in the area and that is the reason why I am willing to stay when I have time that day. Otherwise for best service arrive at sun rise; you know like 7 am. The usual time of when people start waking up.

Pandemic has made the place very quiet

Good service. Fast. I am still a little...converned with the Einstein/Caribou partnership. I feel it takes away from the Caribou experience. Also, I am not a fan of Einstein bagels so thats not helping either. I think they would have been better with Brugers. Thank you!

Hours are wrong, only open until 7pm on sunday. Profile says 8. Would be helpful to have this accurate because I had to cut a meeting I had there short. Coffee and bagels are great though!

Had the apple cinnamon bagel with honey butter. It was amazing! Staff was friendly. Manager was being nice to her employees and thats always good to see. Im not too hard to please as i would have been satisfied with just a plain bagel and a plain coffee.

I would give them -5 stars if that was an option. Took 15 minutes today to get 2 coffees via the drive thru. When I called the Manager to ask why it took 15 minutes for 2 coffees, she told a co-worker that I was complaining, and hung up on me.

Usually out of key bagels but more importantly the service is poor. No thank you, no greeting, no have a nice day, etc.Update edit: since I posted my last review I came back a couple more times and noticed they are now in stock of aforementioned key bagels. Wow! This place is horrible- no line and 8 works- the cashier took my order for 1 bagel and cream cheese to go! Plop both in the bag and done! No cutting, no spreading! She took the $3.15- took my name and STOOD there for 10 minutes doing nothing until a co worker but the bagel in the bag- are you kidding? Fire her now! I’ll never be back!

Waited in line at the drive through only to find out they do not have regular coffee. I would understand if they were closing but they were open for another 2.5 hours.

It WAS my favorite (Caribou) til they eliminated my drink. Instead of asking me to choose something else, they tried to pass off something similar without telling me. When I took it back, I got eye rolls & sighs. Ill never go here again because of the attitude

Tasty breakfast sandwiches on good bagels and Caribou coffee is pretty good. They remodeled and the space is much bigger (used to be a separate coffee shop next to it). I do miss the tex-mex sandwich Einsteins used to have though.

Used to grab coffee here a few times a month but my last time was Friday afternoon after a woman had her “support” dog up on a table and was not asked to leave. I’ll never be back.

I love Caribou but every time I have tried to go here it’s slow service and employees seem confused/not fully trained. The drive thru takes a long time or doesn’t work at all (with no signage to indicate that it is not working). Very disappointing :(

I get the mocha when I go here. I am desperate for something other than Starbucks. I am always disappointed. The mocha always has a weird milky aftertaste.

Caribou/Einstein- had birthday offer for both places. Couldnt use both and should be able to if both stores are combined in one location and theyGive you the offers for each.

Great coffee and Bagels. Spent time reading, it was perfect.

Overall terrible customer service. Had to say my order (iced vanilla latte) about 10 times before she understood. Got the latte and it was room temperature with about 2 ice cubes floating on top. Got my bagel and the bag it came in was covered in cream cheese, it was a mess.

WORST drive thru. Slow service for even the simplest order. Ordered a cheddar jalapeño bagel with garden veggie smear... was not toasted when I got it... told them Id like it toasted and the person asks if they can reheat it and give it to me? like seriously? Bagel with smear already on it can be reheated? They werent even busy inside. And drive thru line wasnt that bad at all. JUST SUPER SLOW SERVICE.

My wife and I ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee on a Sunday morning. It wasnt busy the, but when our sandwiches came they were cold. My wife ordered a iced coffee and it was quite watered down.

I have been to a few of these establishments in the Milwaukee area and today will be the last time. All three I have been to are the same. Different times of the day and days of the week.They are filthy for a resturant. The staff doesnt seem to like to keep up with it. Dirty floors and counters. Trash on the floor. All places the staff is lackadaisical and dont seem to care about good customer service. I couldnt help but feel that ordering and wanting an order was an imposition in them. Sorry to ask you to do your jobThis is a definite result of bad management. They should fire the hi Iperson who highered and trained them.

Stopped by on my way to work this morning. One other person in the store who left as I was walking in. Ordered a drink to go. Moved to the side to wait for order. The woman working the drive-thru window waited on one person. Then the next person who drove in must have been a regular. After he got his drink, the woman and he struck up a conversation about the recent State Fair and Summerfest. Totally ignored me. I walked back to the register and asked if my order was put in. The clerk looked confused and only then told one of the 3 other staff standing around to make my drink. There are a lot of places to get lattes, it doesnt have to be Einsteins/Caribou.

Found a bunch of old punch cards & Todd honored them! Great clean place!

Great food and people, but the WiFi keeps dropping me off. I have pointed this out to the manager. I hope they get this fixed for those of us who like breakfast and lunch the Einstein way.

I love Einstein but all those negative comments Dnt apply to this store anymore it is under new management and way better now they have teamed up with Caribou Coffee ALOT of nice drinks all type of drinks also they have a Barista Now please come on in and enjoy your experience please.
