I just appreciate the service so much! I went in for a bra fitting and just wasnt sure how it was going to go and what I really needed. I hadnt been fitted properly in a very long time, and with working from home for all of 2020 and into 2021 I hadnt worn a real bra in what seemed like forever.I worked with Marley, who was friendly, and knowledgeable and so available despite the fact that there were 4 other fittings(!) while I was there and she was the only one working in the store. I cant say enough good things about the experience.

I absolutely love this store and recommend it to any woman, especially if youve never been professionally fitted before. Its a little spendier than I was used to but I have no regrets about any of my purchases. A well made, properly fitting bra makes a whole outfit :) The customer service is excellent, every employee Ive met has been lovely.

I had been a loyal client for several years. This past Tuesday that changed. I waited nearly an hour in a fitting room with the manager checking back with me three times. After emailing my frustration with the visit asking the district manager to contact me, they did not. The same person/manager on duty at time of service replied telling me to basically come back. Disappointed to say the least.

The ladies working here are so lovely and helpful! it is an absolute dream to be fitted by women who actually know what they are doing! i will be coming back again and again!!

Showed up a good 30-40 minutes before they closed and the emoloyee locks the door as we walk up and does nothing to help us. Terrible business model for anyone to practice. Should never close earlier than hours stated not even by 5 minutes unless a major emergency had happened.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! They are extremely helpful in ALL areas of fitting for the correct bras. I have always had bad experiences with getting measured for the correct fit. I have been a 32DDD for 7 YEARS NOW. I went in to Allure and I finally have a bra that fits me. I honestly felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders because I finally have a bra that fits me how it should fit. I am so thankful to have found this store, because it was a literal breast saver!

I had an amazing experience at Allure. I had gone to two close-by stores, and the first didnt even make my size. The second didnt seem to have anybody available to help me find the right size. The lovely woman at Allure helped me find the right size, and find several bras that I loved. The price point may be higher, but the quality of the bras and the customer service make it worth every penny.

Allure is worth every penny. I could no longer wear Victoria secret because they don’t carry my size. I visited Allure and Amy welcomed me in and said she had the same problem. I tried on so many bras and Amy sizes me and went to grab so many bras for me to try on. She was great and patient with me. I looked a mess when I came into the store. Amy welcomed me in and I so appreciate her for that. I will come again soon. I highly recommend. They will take care of you and make you feel comfortable.

Great customer service but horrible exchange/return policy. You only get two weeks to return a bra, it’s been 1 month and my bra hook broke off!!It’s so hard to find a bra that actually works and you need more than 2 weeks to test out a bra for this reason. Very upset I thought I found a good place for bras, guess I’m bra less and wrong

Its hard finding your bra size. Here its made easy, with a large selection of bras and other necessities why would you go anywhere else. They even have some underwear for men. Here you get the attention you need to find the right size, heck both my wife and I have been fitted (the cozy girl is my fave bra). No issues. Id highly recommend this establishment to anyone. First time shopper at Allure, the manager was absolutely wonderful, attentive and an expert. Im a well endowed lady and find it difficult to find a bra that lifts, separates and is comfortable on my back. The very first one I was given fit perfectly. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for and I have paid similar prices for less than perfect bras before. I wont shop anywhere else from now on. I definitely recommend for range and service

I went to the Maple Grove location on Black Friday with my boyfriend because Allure is the only store that has my size. I ended up leaving feeling anxious and uncomfortable after ALL of the staff and customers alike stared me down from the second I entered the store when I was just minding my own business. I’m African American if that gives some perspective.

I had a great experience at the Maple Grove location! Rhea was wonderful to work with, she helped me with my fitting and finding just the right bras for me. I never felt pressured or rushed -taking all the time I needed. She did an excellent job of honing in on what I was looking for and my Mom was made very comfortable while she waited for me in the main sitting area -she loved the keurig coffee!Two days back at work now and I love the feel of my new bras, they are just what I was wanting. I have 4 sisters and I think we will be looking into a bra party in the future!

They were able to successfully fit my difficult size when Macys only came close. I finally have comfortable regular bras I can wear all day without wishing I was in a sports bra. They have sizes you cant find at a Target or Victoria Secret.This is a different type of bra fitting than elsewhere - they will be very involved in the fitting room making adjustments and taking a close look at the fit. They take their time to get it right.I really appreciated Sashas expertise!

I have been to other stores for fittings (Playtex, Victorias Secret, etc), but they always tried to sell me sizes they have in stock, not what I need, nor did they tell me what I needed. So for years I have been wearing the wrong uncomfortable size. One trip to Allure changed that. They have impossible-to-find sizes. Without exception, the best bra fitting Ive ever experienced. Its no longer a dreaded task. I wish I had visited Allure long ago. That being said, Im very impressed with the selection of beautiful, comfortable, and high quality apparel. The customer service alone is worth making Allure your go-to place for bras. Tessa is fantastic. At my fitting she asked what I was looking for, took my measurements, and expertly selected pieces that fit perfectly and looked amazing. On my second visit (a very busy weekend afternoon) she assisted me and several other customers with such cordial regard and ease that I never felt rushed or neglected. Also, your information is kept on file along with your sizing, preferences and items you like can be put on your wish list so that dont have to remember what you tried on - you can simply return and purchase them at a later date.

These guys have really high quality bras. I went in there looking to have a fitting and to find the perfect fitting bra and the worker was very helpful. What stood out to me most was the fact that a week after my purchase, I received a hand written thank you card for visiting them. That makes the difference. A couple months later, bra is still good, not stretched or worn at all.

I just had a baby and went into extended sizes. They were spot on with the fitting and super helpful! I only had to try on 4 bras and got 2! This is one of the only places Ive been where I havent felt like crying after I left. I wont get a bra anywhere else ever again!

I originally went into Allure about a year ago for a fitting, intending to buy only one or two bras. I was so impressed with the service Mary provided, as well as the incredible selection of sizes and styles of beautiful bras. Its the first time Ive ever been to a store that actually stocks my size. Imagine my surprise when after trying on numerous styles and sizes, I actually had several styles to choose from that fit perfectly! I ended up buying five or six, along with several pair of matching panties. Ive since lost over 55 pounds and been back for two more fittings during that time. The staff is happy to make suggestions and will not quit until they find exactly the right size in whatever style Im looking for. I will definitely go back, in fact I wont shop anywhere else when I want or need new lingerie.

I just had my first official bra fitting and got into the right size bra. I went in to have them check it and get some more bras since I was now down to one. The staff was knowledgeable and respected my modesty when trying on. I learned about proper bra care and left with not one but three bras and panties. I have never felt comfortable with my ladies but Allure made me empowered and without back pain. Please ladies go here! I am a 38DDD/E not only are their bras good quality but they had bras to make every woman feel confident. The next time Im back Im bringing my mom in to experience Allure.

I was long overdue to get some new bras and I thought it would be good to go to a place that is a specialty store so I went to Allure in Maple Grove. The salesperson was very sweet. She took my measurements and brought me a bra that seemed about 3 sizes too small in the band. When I asked her about this, she said it would have some give. I then asked to try on something the next up and she said this should be the correct size.I bought 4 bras for a cost of about $300. Two of them had to be sent to me as they didnt have them in stock. I then went home and tried on the ones I brought home and they were so uncomfortable I couldnt wear them. I took one of them back and exchanged it for a different size. I then took another one back and exchanged it for a different size. Eventually, exchanged three of the 4 bras and I should have returned them all. They were still VERY tight and uncomfortable but I thought they would give a little more than they did.It is now 3:30 in the afternoon and it feels like my ribs are breaking as this thing is so tight and I know there is probably nothing I can do about it because I have exceeded their very clearly stated return policy.The bras themselves are lovely and well made. The sales clerk was very sweet but I dont think she works much with overweight older ladies. I think if I could get one that fits me better, I would like them. So I am not sure I would go back. Maybe next time I will try Soma.

Little spendy, and NO RETURNS PLEASE REMEMBER AND LISTEN TO THE SALE TERMS!!!... but when you get the fantastic service its pretty worth it. The fitting is wonderful. The nursing bra I purchased is super comfy, wish I could have afforded another in a second color, but alas.Less thrilled with my sports bra purchase... band felt WAY too tight, and though I was assured it is supposed to be that way, I went ahead and exchanged one size up. Now I am still spilling out the top... may just not be the right type of sports bra for me. HOWEVER! Despite being WAY outside my 30day exchange policy, and it being worn a time or two, Sasha here at Allure just told me to come on in and they will help me figure it out. AWESOME!I then told her Id called the bra manufacturer, and had permission to return and to have Allure call them if there is any issue, but with the level of service Allure provides I am 100% willing to see what else we can try first and only get a refund as a last resort. Thank you Sasha! See you soon!8/29 update: They exchanged me no problem... I chose a different style of sports bra and it is working well so far. Sasha wasnt there when I went in, but she had left notes on the file. You gals rock! Thanks again!
