It was great, found what I was looking for very happy

Poor customer service, a friend and myself walked into the store and we were not recognized at all. We walked around the store and no employee greeted us. My friend wanted to try on a pair of shoes then someone asked of he wanted to try on the shoes he picked up. They need to learn how to be more courteous.

The staff here were very helpful. Hailey and Calvin did a great job with helping my wife find what she wanted. Excellent customer service at the front counter as well, but I did not get the name of the young lady who helped us. Thank you, because great customer service seems to have gone away from many establishments... but not here.

Champs beat foot looker 100 to 1 with selection as well as deals if u spend 200 there u automatically get 15 of ur next pair of shoes i love champs the best sorry finishline yall all lacking when it comes to deals not champs they rock!!!! Champs Mayfair yes best ever!!!

Usually when I come there they dont have sizes for big men, The barely have size 13 shoes, And their probably selling their size 2 xs to younger kids who are smaller and dont even need them?
