Worst customer service!!!!! Awful supervisor he did not know how to defuse situation he created, made it worse by repeating same thing over and over. No customer service provided. Could not return a defected item, there computer system sucks, their products are cheaply made and overpriced. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP LLBEAN NOT IN A STORE (ESPECIALLY BROOKFIELD) AND NOT ONLINE! Worst experience I’ve had in retail.

Cute, outdoor store, a bit pricey but the products are great and there is a huge variety such as camping mugs, games, clothes, etc

The quality of outdoor clothing is great if not the best however the customer service was terrible. Stopped into pick up an item for my daughter and was given the side eye from both the ladies at this location. Said hello, the older lady looked at me up and down with no reply. Than when I asked if they had additional sizes I was given a a stern NO and that was it.Definitely a bit of racial profiling was happening, sad because we love the clothing from this brand :(

No 2xl or greater in womens anywhere in the store. I figured that when each employee looked another direction when I looked at them. Not even a small sample to try on to see what size to order. I have to order, then see if fits and return if not my size. I can do that at home. Shame on you LL Bean.

Way over priced

Expensive but great quality items. Smaller selection than most places but was surprisingly the only store in Brookfield with what I was looking for.

I love this place and wish I could afford more all at once. Quality products. Years ago, I purchased backpacks from them, for my kids. After many years of use, they could still be donated and will see many more years of use.

Very clean store with so many options to choose from. Staff was extremely friendly especially since I had to make an exchange. They even kept the original 20% I had used for my order online and gave it to me towards my exchange which was nice. A bit hard to get to since its apart of an outdoor shopping center with underground and overground parking though.

Stopped in looking for some shoes, and actually found a great pair in the right size on the discount rake. That never happens. Very happy. It is just great fun to browse all the displays.

Super overpriced....big sale with few items at the posted max percentage off. Limited selection. We used to shop there decades ago...but they seem o have lost touch with reality and are selling on brand name instead of product value.

L.L. Bean was superior to any store that Ive been in lately. From the young gentleman on the phone (Charlie), who made me feel that he really cared if I went to your store. He volunteered information on parking to make it easy. He gave very complete information on the item that I was seeking. In the store I received very courteous, friendly, helpful service, with special care at the register from a young man. The man who helped me with selecting the correct moccasins for my husband was patient and truly assisted me with a decision that was correct.I loved the entire atmosphere of this store and will return to look for jeans for myself.

We love ll bean! Everything is high quality and lasts forever. Wisconsin winters are far more bearable with gear from ll bean. The only childrens pants to outlast a season and even several children. This store is small - not a selection of everything and no kids clothes - but always a fun stop, and the employees are super friendly and helpful.

Quality products overall. Today I had an associate talk me out of a product he said was not well designed. (I agreed with his assessment). But I found his honesty and integrity as a sales associate to be worth 10x that in earning customer loyalty.

Small but full of so much stuff!! Large variety of products. If they dont have your size in stock they can order it to the store for you. The staff is friendly and able to answer questions easily. The parking out front is normally available, otherwise they are not a long walk from the parking structure.

I guess Im an old school person. I was shopping for wool style pants. I checked on line that LL Bean offered something I was interested in. I made the trip to this location, not as easy place to get to. Parking is at a premium. As I walked through the store I could not locate any wool type clothing. When I asked if they had any on display, I was advised the wool clothing was considered a hunting and they did not stock these items. Lesson learned, buy on line and if you dont like it return it.

Some employees are more helpful than others. Wouldnt give us a discount right away and after going back in they had to return and re ring every item to give us a discount they should have given to begin with. Just caused a headache for us and them. Issue is with the manager not the employees. Everyone but manager seemed very helpful.

After years of only having a catalog experience, we have a store that we can walk into. Just as I have been accustomed to, the clothing is above average. The store is well layed out and allows on to move with ease. Overall I will still buy from the catalog, but having the store nearby is great!

Just moved from NH so know LL Bean well and this store compares to their best ‼️

They have a lot of great equipment for camping and outdoor activities. However the fit of the womens clothing is not flattering in my opinion. More of a straight boxy cut. I prefer clothes even activewear a little bit more fitted. Im sure its good quality but not quite the style that I prefer.

I went to return some boots since I didnt get the sizing right, and the employee who helped me couldnt be any nicer. Fantastic customer service. 5 stars

Very new location. Had a large selection and stock. Service was very helpful. Parking situation and this new development / mixed use residential and commercial is annoying and bound to get much worse once the condo / apartments started getting occupied. Getting in and out is kind of a hassle. A lot of the exits only allow right turn out.
