They took 5 hours to put 2 tires on and I showed up early. They weren’t very nice and they acted like I was such an inconvenience. Never going back there again. And I was also lied to and told rotating my tires didn’t cost anything but yet I was charged per tire. When I said if it costs anything don’t do it because I was told the new ones should be on the front anyways and the old ones on the back. Which means they would have just been putting new tires on the front. Like I wish I could say I was joking but I’m not. The woman straight up lied to me about it being free. Smh who does that?

They were super helpful. It was 15 minutes before they closed and needed a new tire. they had no problem with changing a tire at the last minute at the very end of their day. Oh and the price was great!

Battery replacement right at their closing time. Staff was still helpful, quick and went beyond the call of duty by sending my transaction to the front customer service counter so i could finish shopping in the rest of the store.

They had to rewrite my ticket for an oil change. I supplied my own oil and they tried to charge me for the oil. There was a guy getting new tires, they had to rewrite his ticket 4 times to get road hazard included. From the time my car was ready, it took another hour for me to pay, because of all the tickets they had to rewrite. I was late picking up my daughter.

OMG! Never had a better experience before in my life. I was rather upset when I got there, due to my flat tire fiasco.Diego was friendly & helpful & super supportive. Very sweet. I highly recommend this tire center!!! & will definitely continue using them in the future.

I was trying to replace a windshield wiper in the parking lot in the freezing sleet. Being vertically challenged as I am, it was not going well. The nicest lady in cover alls came to save the day. Always great quick and easy when I get my oil changed here. Even air up my tires at no extra cost. Wont go anywhere else for my tire and lube needs

The work was done well, simple plug and patch on tire, however they parked our van out in the parking lot with it unlocked and keys still in it!

Price is good on the battery I bought. Customer service needs work. Three tech in the bay three, three vehicles.One tech told me there would be at least an hour wait because she did not want to get rained on and she was going on break because she had been at work two hours.As a retail manager, that is not the way customer service works for me or my staff and did not think it should be that way with this incident.

For the price I have found this is the best place for me. After taking my cars to the Coweta Walmart for the last time because of their “customer no services”, I have been very pleased coming here over the last year. Although the guy who is usually out front seems could use an adjustment to his attitude.

Sold me an oil filter without an O-ring and did not check until changed the oil, and was forced to use the old ring. When I brought it back, they said that I was only able to exchange the whole filter (that I already installed).

Love them! Inexpensive tires but good ones. Work was done well and in a timely manner. Employees were friendly.

Took our van here to have the battery tested. They said the battery was good. The Walmart employee suggested cleaning the contacts and that the problem was with that starter. We continued to have problems with our van not starting well. Took it to Auto Zone they said the battery was bad. We bought a new battery and it fixed all the problems we were having. Glad we went to Auto Zone because we had a 13 hour trip ahead of us.

I brought in a flat tire while driving on a spare and had to pick it up after they closed. They not only fixed the tire, but put it back on the car for me and put the spare back where it goes. Great work!

Was at Walmart not the auto center. Bought 75 dollars in grocerys and got stopped at the door with a very rude woman. That had to see my receipt and scanned it again and also a large package of toliet paper. Dont like to be accused of stealing. Wont go back

They close at 7:00pm, I went there at 6:40 and no one came out to take my car/keys to do the oil chance. I guess they close at 7:00 but stop working at 6:00

The absolute worst Walmart automotive I’ve been to. Maybe 3 cars including mine. I came for one new tire, the guy said it would be around 30-45 min. I went in and did some browsing to pass time. It was about an hour and I thought maybe I didn’t hear my name go over the intercom so I went and checked, it hadn’t even been started yet! The lady working the desk was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I asked if it was done. An hour and half later they finally pull my car in. So going on 3 hours for a single tire. I arrived at 5 and it’s not almost 8, I thought they closed at 7. I live over an hour away and I had no other choice but to get it fixed, otherwise I would not have given them my business.

Ok plce for tires but be careful of some of the blemishes they have.

Took my car in to get a plug in my tire. When I left my tire still kept going flat. Took it back there was a hole in my side wall. Idk if they did it when on accident. But if they didnt idk why they didnt catch it the first time. Cant say its the guys fault that did the tore work but cant say it wasnt them

Did not inflate my tires to correct pressure. Had to have check out lady lookup my lifetime ballance and rotation even though I told them about it when I checked in. Now I have get out in the rain and inflate my tires correctly.

Staff at the register was nice. Watched the one working on my car was slow and talking to the other worker a lot. My change oil like is one now how could that be????

There are NO SIGNS to tell you where the tire center. The tow truck driver taking my car in to get a flat fixed just barely found it. The guy doing the intake at the covered entrance was rude.

Rude service, wasted my time by not checking me out even though I was the first one there, said too bad, and the workers always give you the stink eye btw this is in reference to their auto service center.

Had a good experience here today... they were out of the oil required for the cheapest oil change for my car, and gave me the next level up for the same price.

They are very fast and nice

Called ahead for tires and they had them their and said to bring them up that it would be no problem to swap them out but needless to say this Walmart is Absolutely the worst and most stressful I do not recommend unless you like waiting in line to talk to someone that shouldn’t be in the automotive department.
