Was quoted 92.07$ for a V6 Mustang radiator over the phone multiple times at this particular store, when arrived in store today the total rung up as over 200$. After some questions being asked we learned that a helpful employee had been marking down the price to the exact same radiator at their Mingo location. He was giving us the price that the same company would have happily given us at one of their other locations thats less than 10 miles away. After talk of taking away this employees privileges and possibly loss of employment, they refused to sell to my fiances grandmother for the price that was given on the phone. I am not one to write bad reviews, I try to be understanding of employees as I have dealt with unruly customers in my own lines of work. But we were being polite, there was nobody else in line or in the store for that matter, and I dont appreciate the way that was handled. I advise the STORE MANAGER to take notes on his employees, I will personally not be going back to that store and hope the employee in question gets the managers job.

Store never open on time! Chose to open at 7 a.m. it is 7:31 and the store is still not open. Drivers are sitting out front waiting on the manager to get here. This happens a lot! Fire the manager and hire someone that will show up on time consistently to take care of customers and businesses that are trying to get work done in the community. I am I a business owner and need customer service and the door is not open. City of Broken Arrow is sitting in the parking lot waiting for store to open. Waisting taxpayers money because Napa is not open. Our new generation is a joke!
Called 5 times throughout the day, no one answered the phone. Called another store looking for a part, was told it was in North Tulsa. Called North Tulsa, they say OKC has. The next day, called again. In the middle of asking about the part, the associate hung up on me. Clearly, these guys do not have it together! Do not recommend any of these locations. Unless you like the run around. Disappointing.

Very impressed with the service at this store in Broken Arrow on Elm. Needed information mostly and was eager to answer questions and research somewhat almost obsolete engine items I was after. Was refreshing not to be shoved to the side because of not knowing exactly what i needed. My experience some 4 or 5 months ago here was somewhat frustrating. Again Thank you
